No customer service available via phone calls - however, this is somewhat irrelevant as their AI chatbot is quite capable of providing correct answers and actual person helps you if the AI doesn't work.

You are almost on your own - however, this is also somewhat doable as they provide extensive self learning materials online.

Rippling has a very streamlined interface that makes it a joy to use. Compared to having to look up half-forgotten places to manage a half-dozen different items tangential to my employment, this is a solid improvement. I've heard the customer support is great, having one point of contact to see me through any issue is a very good policy - I used to have to reach out random contacts at Navia to resolve multiple recurring reimbursement rejection misunderstandings so I know how much of a problem that can be without it. It's really easy to use, all the informations are organized so it makes everything clear about where to go or click, also the explanations are very simple so it doesn't take too much time to learn. I use Rippling to work everyday and it's 100% porcent better the other websites we used to use on the company cause everything was so difficult to understand so wasn't simple to use. I have used many HR/workforce management softwares, as I have worked at multiple companies in my career. Rippling is by far the best of them. There are multiple reasons for this. Rippling has an extremely user-friendly user interface. All the key information is summarized and highlighted whenever it is required. I use Rippling as an employee of a company very often, and I have no issues with it whatsover. Furthermore, Rippling is also extremely secure, with multiple forms of two factor authentication available. All the key elements required for any user are easily found, and they are all integrated very nicely with each other. Rippling has many features available, such as finance, time off, reports, approvals, and organization charts.Any company can set up their account with their exact needs and requirements easily, and also ensure integration between employees of the company is simple to do. Rippling also offers excellent customer support, if it is ever required by any user, and has detailed guides, and resources to learn the application very quickly.
