I like the tiles and the icons are all organized in one tab and it's easy to navigate across the tiles. It is easy to be implemented even on new hires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hope we can personalize the color or upload like a background. it makes it more pleasing to the eye. I use it a lot on everyday use. automates payroll, especially the onboarding process. It eliminated have the calculate deductions for each employee as they onboarded or made adjustments. The API integration with Netsuite is a big plus as well, as I am easily able to map the accounts to my Netsuite enviornemnt. I'll give a big plus for their chatbot/customer support as well. The layout of Rippling is not the most intuative, it has so many features/switches, but it can be difficult to find where everything is at sometimes. I also wish it had the ability to handle multi-subsidiary payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I absolutely love using Rippling! One thing I really like is how easy it is to track time and edit timecards. It’s very straightforward, which makes the whole process a lot less stressful. Adjusting hours and reviewing time entries is just a breeze.
Another huge benefit is the mobile app. I can access everything I need when I’m away from my desk. It's pretty convenient since I am able to manage time, check reports, or even make quick updates from my phone.

I find the platform super easy to use but one thing I don’t like is when it times out, and I have to go through the authenticator process again. It is a bit complex looking lots of small links and icons.It is a bit difficult for a non financial person (me) to navigate BUT customer service is there for you and once you learn the steps you need it is fast and easy 5 minute payrolls with 4 emaployees. Important to mention when you first implement Rippling customer service will walk you through the whole process. I'm at my second company where I've moved to Rippling. Everything and everyone from the sales team, benefits team, to implementation, and support has affirmed that going with Rippling was the right choice. What I like the most, is how robust Rippling is, while still being intuitve an easy to navigate. Having everything from PTO, company cards and expenses, talent management, payroll, benefits, and more on one platform makes my work so much easier and drives employees to use the system. This might already exist and I jusr haven't discovered it yet... when building out the time off policies, I wish there was a cheatsheet, pop-up, or workflow that indicated state-specifica compliance standards. For example, At the start of creating Sick Leave Policy, there was a drop down to choose what location(s) the policy woud apply to, then give prompts for compliance specific to that state. For example, our company sick leave is 40hrs/yr, but several states require a higher accrual rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like it because it is easy to use and I havent needed anyone to explain how to use it. On the other hand, the features continue to improve the service for payroll management and certain aspects of human resources. I highly recommend Rippling for the following reasons:
- Great UX/UI design.
- Scalability for small businesses to grow.
- Wide range of integration options.

No customer service available via phone calls - however, this is somewhat irrelevant as their AI chatbot is quite capable of providing correct answers and actual person helps you if the AI doesn't work.
You are almost on your own - however, this is also somewhat doable as they provide extensive self learning materials online.
