Rippling is incredibly easy, convenient, and user friendly for all of my needs. Everything is easy to find, navigate, and use and I hope my employer always uses it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly have no bad things to say about Rippling. I use it frequently and am always pleased. One suggestion would be to implement a 2 vactor verification where I don't have to input a code and could just press a button to verify it's me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to manage your employees, spending, and even inventory (laptops, monitors, etc.). The integration with insurance is amazing as well as the customer service is top notch. There's not been a single issue that wasn't resolved. It also has very complex options in terms of how you can organize your employees by department and it can properly reflect in Quickbooks Online. I love the ease of use of the mobile app to approve time cards and PTO requests while I'm away from my desktop or afterhours. Also the easy navigation to see HSA funds available, benefits balances, and PTO balances for myself has been extremely benefitial.
