I've been using Rippling for a few years now through my employer and have enjoyed the seamless ways to input my time and look through benefits as well. I like to be able to go back and find and filter paystubs as well. I use it daily because it's so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Personally, Rippling hasn't had any major downsides for me. I feel comfortable using it and it always saves my place which I enjoy. Sometimes including the break/meal time could be a feature that can be saved ongoing especially when they see it being used the same way but other than that no complaints. We switched our whole HR payroll and benefits to Rippling and we thought Rippling would've done more of the transferring for us. We sent them access to our prior system and we thought they would duplicate what we had and and we would've started fresh once the integration was complete. Unfortunately, that was not the case. It felt like we had to do all of it and it took many hours of time we didn't expect. We had to write our own policies into the Rippling system and it was not very user-friendly to begin with. What I like best abut Rippling is how it can be easy to navigate. I also appreciate the email notifiaction and alert banners that appear in app when information needs to be updated for example, like duirng open enrollemnt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While it can be easy to navigate, it can also be a bit confusing to move around the platform. For instance, it was hard to see and to know that I was suppose to click on the "next" button all the way on the bottom of my screen. I had to coordiante with HR for instractions and then found out it was just a button I had to click on that didn't appear on my screen until I scrolled down. As a employee, I have a full set of options related to my requests to the company. I have transparency, history of requests and a full view of the approval flow. There's also the possibility of tasks management, view of the org diagram and reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful thing I liked about rippling is it's easy to use and provides up-to-date features which are really helpful in making things smoother, ease of implementation was not so easy as we have to move from different provider in between the payroll year, I have been using rippling quite a few times in a week just to check work space statuses. The downside i found is it becomes really messy if you have to log in to the website as you have to look for specific canadian website otherwise it'll take you to US site, I really feel that customer support is not as much good as it was before with other provider as they have calling option but rippling does not provide that. Rippling is easy to use! Its user-friendly organization and visual features allow for me to quickly find the task that I am looking for. I love that I only have to go to one site to review a pay stub and request time off. The to do list is helpful in alerting me of new tasks. Reminder and informational emails provide necessary info., along with a gentle nudge if I still have something that needs to be completed. The best thing about Rippling is its speed and efficiency. The onboarding process was incredibly smooth, with everything from document signing to benefits enrollment completed in just a few clicks. The platform is intuitive, well-organized, and eliminates the usual back-and-forth that can slow down the process. Honestly, my experience with Rippling was overwhelmingly positive, but if I had to pick one area for improvement, it would be that some sections could use clearer instructions for first-time users. To me personally, rippling has a lot of great things available in one place and it's easy to navigate them.

I really like the easiness of turning on/off certain features. For example: I used to receive emails each time I got paid, it would also show how much I got paid. Overtime, due to my privacy preferences, I turned off: 'Display how much you got paid in an email.' And it worked seamlessly and I still get generic emails about getting paid, but no one can see how much if they are standing behind me.

Another great thing are the tax forms and amazing UI when it comes to reading how much you got taxed and when.

The time-off system is amazing too, I love it. I love using PTO so this the feature I use the most. Shows me how many hours I used too.

As an HR Manager for a small manufacturing company, one of the things I like best about Rippling is how it streamlines multiple HR and IT functions into one platform. As a one-person HR team, I don't have the luxury of managing separate systems for payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee records, so Rippling's ability to consolidate all these tasks in one place saves me a tremendous amount of time and effort.

The automation features are a lifesaver. For example, onboarding new employees is incredibly efficient, with automated document collection, benefit enrollments, and even device provisioning. This reduces the administrative burden and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

As a solo HR person, having quick and reliable customer support is important, especially when there are time-sensitive issues, such as payroll discrepancies or compliance concerns. I love that all information regarding my employment is in one place. I can look up my pay stubs and check my insurance benefits all in one place. We also use Rippling as our "Water Cooler" which is our fun space. We can see what employees are out for the day, and see the upcoming employee birthdays and anniversaries on a daily basis.
