Rippling is my portal through which I handle day to day business at my online tutoring job, Littera. Through Rippling I can check on my payments, see which courses I have been enrolled in, which courses I have completed, check on tax information and more. It is an easy to use portal and very handy and convenient. It has made my time at Littera streamlined and hassle-free. I like the categories present on the platform. The category icons are also arranged correctly. I appreciate the security features on the platform. I'm very happy to use the 2FA login because it is very secure. The feature I like the most on this platform is the Org Chart, as it provides details about every employee and the company’s structure. I personally feel that the combination of the header color and icons is good, but the overall body looks too white. If it had a slightly different color, it would look even better. I noticed that when I go to the profile page to get a response, it takes a little time, and during that time, we show two loaders. It would look better with just one loader. Everything I need is all in one spot. I can see how many hours I worked and also celebrate the anniversaries and birthdays of coworkers all within one platform. I like that I don't have to go to another program to fill out work related reviews. I am constantly checking my hours and love that I can do this all from the phone app as well. I am paid every two weeks and am required to meet a certain hour limit each week. It is frustrating to me that I can't break down the second week in the pay period to see how many hours I've worked that week alone, as they are all calculated into my full 2 week time span. The hours are also calculated in decimals not conducive to match a 60 minute work hour so that calculating can get confusing as well. I only have one specific job and in order to clock in, I have to choose that job, which is labeled as "default." To me, it would make more sense if I only have one clock in code to just already default to that job instead of making me go an extra step to select that everytime. There are times when parts of the app timeout and throw an error but it's not in mission critical areas of the application. The app is also very large so you can kind of get lost looking for things at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I highly recommend Rippling personally, who use it everyday in my job as a freelancer. Very smooth in all of my payment transactions. You can add multiple bank accounts to receive payment as well. The Web portal is very easy to navigate and everything is organized in a way that the user would easily find what they're looking for, like documents, task, pay stub, time cards and etc.. This is an all in one portal and the best feature is the app that the user can download on their phones. Customer support is also available incase you encounter any trouble with app or the portal. The mobile app sometimes takes a second to load, and if there’s a payroll issue, I have to go through my HR team instead of getting direct support. I like the customer support when ever I end up with errors. The platform is user friendly, and implementation across different use cases is amazing. I often like the different numbers of features offered in Multi-Country Payroll Software and the local payroll. Onboarding is also great with better integrations across google suite and docusign

Sometimes I disliked the complex process involved in payroll setup process, but customer support was great enough to solve it.

Rippling offers a wide range of services and acts as a one stop destination for all my needs, right from attendance and leave management to payslip and onboarding tracking.

In times of need i can always turn to rippling to solve my issues because of a versatile customer support. Rippling has become a integral part of my day to day activity and its customisability and smooth integration and implementation within my organisation makes it very easy to pick up and pass it on to the new employees. Most of my experience is as an end user of Rippling. I find it really easy to file for time off, view my organizational data, and perform benefits changes. I have used these all roughly monthly, and find them really great to use. I feel that the approvals happen smoothly and I am notified when needed, and no more than that. I am also an end user of Rippling MDM, and I feel that this offering from them is lacking. I use MacOS. My organization has set up policies for there to be default programs (reasonable), but when implemented in Rippling it reorganizes the icons in my dock and resizes the dock every time my computer is restarted.

I also have an edge case of a situation for their benefits enrollment, and sometimes my year-end selections end up being jumbled a little with my healthcare provider.
