Rippling is fantastic for reviewing employee documents such as handbooks and compliance forms. Rippling makes it easy to navigate through the form, save it to my computer, and submit it to my manager for review. Rippling is also great with pay information. It was easy to designate parts of my paycheck to different accounts, find my tax information, and review my pay stubs. Rippling has been the best payroll software I have used before, by far! I rated Rippling a 9 because it offers an excellent user experience, especially with its streamlined payroll and HR management tools. For example, the ability to integrate payroll with benefits administration has saved our team a lot of time and reduced errors. However, I think the reporting tools could be a bit more customizable to meet specific needs. If that improvement were made, I’d have no hesitation rating it a 10. One aspect of Rippling that I find frustrating is the limited customization options for its reporting tools. Although the standard reports address most needs, it can be challenging when I can't easily tailor reports to specific metrics that are unique to my organization. Additionally, while the mobile app is functional, it sometimes lacks the intuitiveness of the desktop version. If these issues were addressed, it would enhance the overall experience of the platform. However, despite these concerns, the core functionality of Rippling remains strong, and these limitations do not significantly detract from its overall benefits. Honest to goodness, I was super satisfied with Rippling! It made HR, IT and payroll run like greased lightning and it did everything with remarkable efficiency. Everything was made easy by its integration, automation, and simple interface, so I never had to struggle much to understand it. Otherwise, I would say that it fully fit my business needs. If I'm nitpicking, perhaps it took a bit of time for me to learn all of its features-but after that it was really easy. It has tons of features that makes our lives easier everyday! I love how it is easy to visualize the information and that I can create reports to gather data for analysis. I like to create automations on the platform for reminders etc. Every time we need assistance, we always reach out to to the CS team and they are always available to help us out. That for people registered in another country, setting up their bank account and getting it verified is very tricky and usually takes a while. We understand the purpose of it, safety matters and everything related to it, but it would be nice to be able to facilitate that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There’s little to dislike, but occasional navigation issues can arise when exploring less frequently used features. Some advanced customizations require a learning curve. The UI isn't bad but sometimes it can be hard to find the feature that you're looking for. Especially since Rippling keeps developing and updating the application (This is a good thing). Sometimes features have moved from one location to another and I struggle to find where I need to go to do what I'm trying to do. There's also a few times where the application hasn't been as flexible as we would like it to, especially I would like there to be a "back" button on a lot more forms than there are now. -Applying for leave/Work from home etc is quite simple.

-The way it shows the org structure is marvelous.

-One can see all his total numbers of leaves, like- PL, sick leave, paternity or maternity leave, WFH days even holiday list altogether in a single place using Rippling portal.

- I felt it lacks some feature and there is a lot of scope of incorporating extra feature here.

I like how it is not an overwhelming software to use and very user friendly. I used to use ADP at previous jobs, and I always found it difficult to navigate, but this is the first time I use Rippling, and I love it so far! As a nurse employed by copilot IQ, I use rippling daily for time management and overall it's been a great tool and easy to implement. I like how user-friendly the platform is clocking in and out is seamless, and I appreciate the automatic tracking of my hours. One thing that I dislike about ripping would be the mobile app. It can be a bit slow at times and there are a few extra steps to correct a missed punch a more responsive app with a smoother process for edits would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As of recently, I have started using Rippling with a company I started working with last month. This is the easiest straightforward payroll system that doesn't seem to have many issues if any at all compared to their competitors, such as something like ADP. I am able to get all of my financial records and information from them easily, and signing in is also really easy and simple. I have had issues with other companies or payroll systems that do not function as well as this one. I never have issues logging in. When I used other platforms similar to this one, I would have to contact my manager to get into the app more times than not, because it would say that my password wasn't correct, even though it absolutely was. I have not had any issues with Rippling on that kind of issue!! So far, Rippling is awesome! I thoroughly like the set up of things and how easy it is to access my financial information, as well as access to the system itself. Thank you to the Rippling team!
