What do you like best about RingEX?

I find RingEX user-friendly and dependable. I really like how they've integrated the Zoom platform into their own, making it easy for me to start video meetings without needing another platform. Having the RingEX app open all day means I can quickly click to set up a meeting. "Easy Call Monitoring and Headset Calling Right from My Computer"
What do you like best about RingEX?

I Like monitoring everything from my computer screen. I make phone calls from Ring Central on my computer and never use my phone, just a headset. What do you dislike about RingEX?

What do you like best about RingEX?

Solid phone system with many features.

Switching to a cloud phone system helped us manage multiple sites communication easily.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

You have to have a separate system for Contact Center (we used RingCX)

What do you like best about RingEX?

The task manager enables me to monitor workflows across different departments and teams effectively. The meeting features are exactly what we need to maintain momentum on the business side. I really enjoy the chat functionality, and the GIFs add a fun, lighthearted touch. Having access to a wide range of phone and IVR options allows us to keep growing without ever missing a call.

"Seamless PC-to-Phone App That Keeps Work Calls Separate"
What do you like best about RingEX?

Seamless working options from PC app to Phone app. Allows me to keep my work calls, texts, etc seperated thru an app and not have Vendors using my direct mobile number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

The license model should be more flexible for customers with high turnover. We have to purchase a license and then are stuck until the annual renewal date. Monthly or quarterly flex within lets say 10-15% of call lines to go up/down without being obligated for a full annual term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

There are a number of ways to do essentially the same thing. This makes implementation and maintenance tricky if multiple people manage the system. It will take time before it becomes intuitive where to go if something isn't working the way you intended. "Effortless Phone Access, Stellar Support"
What do you like best about RingEX?

I really like that with RingEX, I can answer the phones from our cell phones even when we're away from the office. I also find the application easy to use, especially when setting up new employees and extensions—it's quick and easy. Their customer support is excellent; they were very helpful when I needed to set up holiday hours. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the lady who did our training and taught us well.
