"Seamless PC-to-Phone App That Keeps Work Calls Separate"
What do you like best about RingEX?

Seamless working options from PC app to Phone app. Allows me to keep my work calls, texts, etc seperated thru an app and not have Vendors using my direct mobile number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

The license model should be more flexible for customers with high turnover. We have to purchase a license and then are stuck until the annual renewal date. What do you like best about RingEX?

What do you dislike about RingEX?

There are a number of ways to do essentially the same thing. This makes implementation and maintenance tricky if multiple people manage the system. It will take time before it becomes intuitive where to go if something isn't working the way you intended. Creating multiple schedules for a menu is not possible without creating multiple versions of the menu. Powerful but cumbersome and complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Phone Access, Stellar Support"
What do you like best about RingEX?

I really like that with RingEX, I can answer the phones from our cell phones even when we're away from the office. I also find the application easy to use, especially when setting up new employees and extensions—it's quick and easy. Their customer support is excellent; they were very helpful when I needed to set up holiday hours. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the lady who did our training and taught us well. "Lots of Functionality but Some Clunky Aspects in Admin Portal"
What do you like best about RingEX?

RingEX provides a lot of customization and functionality to meet diverse needs, which I think is very important since this program isn't specific to any industry or area of business. From an admin standpoint, setting up a new user is pretty easy, and I especially like a newer update of being able to schedule the invitation email in advance. That's very helpful!

We have three office locations with staff working remotely some of the time and calls run smoothly as if everyone was in one place. The RingCentral chat is also very nice, as is the ability to text our clients from within the desktop app.

I recently contacted support in order to cancel some extra RingEX licenses we were not using during our contract renewal period and they made if very easy. It only took one chat session to accomplish exactly what I needed to, and quickly.

We use the RC video very frequently and sometimes record meetings and both are easy to use. I love that you can send a link to a video participant and they do not need to download the program to join a video call. Makes it very easy for them and we rarely have anyone who experiences issues getting into the video call.

Sending faxes is easy and received faxes can easily be forwarded via email to the proper person in our team. Text messages and voicemails can also be easily transferred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

I've found that some settings in the admin portal move randomly and become difficult to find. We also have had issues with certain settings within the admin portal changing on their own and that is very frustrating. Luckily this isn't a common issue, but the one we've experienced is incoming calls get routed to a welcome message (which ends up being our voicemail recording) instead of ringing through. It hasn't happened recently, but has happened several times. Maybe this is fixed now, I do not know.

Recording a new voicemail is easy enough form the handset, but navigating to the importing/exporting so that the voicemail plays both during and after hours is a bit labor-intensive. I also wish voicemails could be saved from within the RC admin portal.

Features/settings in the admin portal that we don't use often are sometimes difficult to find/get to as it's not as intuitively located as I think it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Communication Tool with Amazing Features"
What do you like best about RingEX?

I find RingEX very easy to use, which is great for all our client communication within the office. The call notes and AI-transcribed notes are amazing and super useful, helping us ensure we don't miss anything important during and after calls, like action items or specific things said. Additionally, it allows us to easily transfer calls between members both in and out of the office. I like that RingEX makes it smooth and easy to text all of my clientele. The texting aspect is for sure my favorite, and I love that it's simple and easy to use. I've used a few other business phone services, and I truly love that RingEX offers texting because others have not.
