What do you like best about RingEX?

I switched to RingEX due to the feature list and user interface. The calls are reliable, and the system is incredibly well laid out and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

I haven't found a downside yet. It has worked flawlessly for my office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous VoIP system probably had similar features, but getting the customer service to help you get it set up was impossible. They kept sending me 20 page PDF files with instructions rather than jumping on the phone with me to walk through the set up. RingEX will do just the opposite. They will do a video call with you for implementation, but there is plenty of help available in their knowledge base if you need to do a quick search for a change you're looking to make, etc. With RingEX, I am using all of the features we need for our office. What do you like best about RingEX?

I like that there are many options for front end receivign of calls and ability re get fax. When customer service is avaialble, they are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

Very difficult to get assistance from customer service. Continual problems with messaging registration without any guidance how to resolve. The features are VERY difficult to configure without a roadmap from customer service on the line with you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingEX?

What do you like best about RingEX?

Like most things that are powerful, it's sometimes difficult to figure out how to use the feaatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

In 2022 we had a need for a new VoIP phone system. We'd been early adopters of cloud-phone systems, back in 2013. Now we'd outgrown that and the vendor was increasing price without increasing service.

RingEX, formerly RingCentral, really delivered. The flexibility with devices, customer service, and features were attractive from the start. In addition, the cost was significantly lower for the feature set available. As time has moved on, RingEX continues to deliver new and innovative features. The recent release of RingSense AI delivers powerful, time-saving, features that greatly improves the user's effectivness.

What do you like best about RingEX?

I am liking the AI improvements in Ring Central. I like the number of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

I don't like that a voice message takes so long to process and sometimes the AI does a poor job of "translater". For example, I don't get all the numbers and words like "daughter" is translated "dog". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingEX?

RingEx is very easy to use. There is minimal programming that helps with the ease of implmentation even though the application still has a full client feature set. Our experience with RingEX customer support has been a positive one. The product is simple to deploy very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some prgramming steps related to transitioning customers from another RIngCentral partner to our account required us to work with RingCentral support as this process is not allowed outside of RingCentral support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingEX?

Staff are knowledgeable and able to fix technical issues quickly and easily. They show me through how to make changes in the system myself. The phone system is great and works well for us. It has all of the features of our old system. Set up was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingEX?

Now that we have a contact name and direct email it has greatly improved our RingCentral experience. A direct phone # to our account mgr Francisco would be even better. Love the ability to record our calls. Also we were very unhappy until we were given ONE contact as our account mgr. This has chenged everything for the better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

Long hold times.

We would like a direct phone # to contact our account manager.

Were very unhappy with the TCR registration process. It still shows as under review despite being a week past the deadline Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
