I don't like that a voice message takes so long to process and sometimes the AI does a poor job of "translater". For example, I don't get all the numbers and words like "daughter" is translated "dog". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
RingEx is very easy to use. There is minimal programming that helps with the ease of implmentation even though the application still has a full client feature set. There are some prgramming steps related to transitioning customers from another RIngCentral partner to our account required us to work with RingCentral support as this process is not allowed outside of RingCentral support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Now that we have a contact name and direct email it has greatly improved our RingCentral experience. A direct phone # to our account mgr Francisco would be even better. Love the ability to record our calls. Also we were very unhappy until we were given ONE contact as our account mgr.
