  ### 1. Intuitive Onboarding and Helpful AI Notes, but Support Can Be Time-Consuming

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

It’s pretty easy to onboard new employees because the UI/UX is straightforward and intuitive. The AI Transcript Notes are also helpful for keeping the conversation flowing and making sure we don’t miss key points.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

Their technical support team consistently takes up our time, especially when problems could have been resolved with straightforward answers instead of putting us through a loop of the same responses.

I also feel that some features should have been included in the subscription plan rather than placed in the Add-Ons. Performance-wise, even though we’ve been using RingCentral for a long time, there are still unresolved issues, and our company will likely have to find workarounds instead.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI transcription feature has been extremely helpful. Call Monitoring has also helped our teams improve the quality of their calls.

Recently, we've integrated RingCentral with HubSpot and have been helping our team to keep up with their KPIs.

  ### 2. Terrible to cancel, lacking honesty from their reps.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

I liked that my users could download the app and use their cell phones with the service. Nobody wants to be tied to a desk phone, so this made it much more convenient.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

The price was the reason I looked to make a switch, and I found that other well known services cost half.  They lacked morals when I tried to cancel. During cancellation, support repeatedly told us we could not cancel or even reduce licenses because of a contract they could not produce. After reviewing our own agreement, we found no minimum seat requirement. Once we pointed this out, support suddenly agreed to reduce the account to a single line. The issue was eventually resolved, but only after significant back-and-forth. I recommend obtaining and reading your contract before accepting statements about what changes are or are not permitted.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They do not seem to have any problem solving tools that other services do not also have.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

I really appreciate how RingEX brings calling, messaging, and meetings together in one place. It’s easy to use, reliable, and helps our team stay connected without constantly switching between different apps. Having everything integrated makes day-to-day communication simpler, and we can move quickly from chat to a call or a meeting without changing tools, which saves a lot of time.

Features like presence status, call forwarding, and the smooth transitions between chats and calls help boost our productivity. The integration with our CRM applications is also a big help, since it keeps communication tied to our daily workflows. On top of that, the initial setup was smoother than I expected: most configurations were straightforward, so we were able to get up and running with minimal training.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

Overall, it has worked really well for me, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The desktop app can feel a little slow at times, especially when handling multiple chats. Still, it’s flexible overall, which I appreciate.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find RingEX helps solve communication disorganization by bringing calls, messages, and meetings into one place, which saves time. It’s easy to use, keeps us connected without constantly switching between apps, and improves productivity with features like presence status and call forwarding.

  ### 4. RingEx is easy to setup. I've setup 25 contact center very easily using IVR editor and duplications

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

Pricing is fair, and it now includes an AI feature we can use while on calls. The UI is easy to understand, and the implementation process was superb. I also like that you can duplicate settings or a call queue, which makes setup almost instant. Our employees adapted quickly with minimal training.

The platform offers a wide range of features, including video, voice, messaging, and integration capabilities. On top of that, the support team is knowledgeable and highly responsive. I also frequently use the support button whenever I have questions or need help.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

If you don’t have much basic VOIP experience, the initial setup can feel overwhelming. I get that certain integrations will naturally take some effort, but I’ve run into occasional call-quality issues that can impact reliability. On top of that, the live reports and analytics could use more context and clearer explanations, and they’d be easier to work with if the interface were more user-friendly—especially for people who aren’t technically inclined.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They’ve addressed all of our challenges, especially around managing communication channels, by bringing voice, video, and messaging together and streamlining our tools into a single platform. This consolidation removes the need for separate applications and makes it much easier for teams to stay connected, whether they’re in the office or working remotely. The biggest benefits we’ve seen are higher team productivity, faster customer response times, and lower IT overhead, since we no longer have to maintain and manage multiple communication tools.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

The technical support team has been fantastic - easy to get a hold of, provide great support and are always willing to dive in and investigate our issues. The support we have received from the RingCentral team has really been what makes RingCentral stand out above and beyond from other phone providers we have used in the past. 

Beyond the support, the RingCentral features have helped us streamline our call flow, allow us better access to patients with less voicemails to return overall. Can't recommend enough.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

We’ve experienced some connection issues with both incoming and outgoing calls, and we’ve had a hard time getting them resolved.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us not have nearly as many voicemails to return to patients at our clinic, the IVR that we have set up has been incredibly user friendly and has worked perfectly - calls get automatically routed to the right place, the queues have been helpful and beneficial for patients. The voicemail transcription features have been SO helpful for our office, saving time on the back end when recording messages for the team to return. Call recordings have also helped our office from a quality improvement standpoint for staff and we have integrated these recordings into our staff review process.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

One of the best things about RingEX is able to use it different ways to answer calls. Deskphone, Desktop app and cell phone app. I am not always at my desk or my users are running around the office, but able to answer calls via cell app makes it so a call is not missed. I also appreciate being able to record calls or have AI take notes of the conversation. This is helpful for follow ups.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

One of the issues I see is unable to separate desktop app and cell phone in users profiles. We have had cases where it would be helpful to turn off cell phone app in the incoming call rules, but keep it ringing in the desktop app.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently there are no issues that saved time or cost reduction.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

I like that RingCentral has had the best uptime of all the SaaS solutions we’ve used. That level of reliability is critical for our business because it gives us confidence that we can consistently count on the service. The AI features are also a major plus. Our users can review notes from calls with customers afterward, which helps everyone stay aligned and makes follow-ups much easier.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

What I like least about RingEX is that there should be easier ways to build out and manage subsidiaries. We’d really love the option to split our multiple subsidiaries out within the Admin Portal, so that things like Call Queues, logos, groups, Caller ID, and addresses are simpler to set up, organize, and visualize.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven’t had any dropped calls, and I like having a notetaker. Call routing also works well and sends calls where they need to go.

I like how RingEX integrates with our existing ecosystem. It works seamlessly with Microsoft Teams and Salesforce, which means our users can use the apps they are already familiar with and don't have to spend time learning a new application to make a call. Additionally, I appreciate the range of options available to us. The initial setup was pretty seamless.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

We experience a delay when connecting to calls. This may be related to Windows settings but it is difficult to resolve the issue. This isn't unique to RingEX, as other providers have the same issue.

RingEX enables us to make and receive calls, text clients, and provide rich support through familiar apps like Microsoft Teams and Salesforce without needing standalone software. It keeps us accessible for meaningful client interactions, integrates smoothly, and requires no new learning curve.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

What I appreciate most about RingEX is how it seamlessly bridges the gap for international business. It provides a fully functional virtual number with all the essential features—SMS, voicemail, and even fax—that work exactly like a physical line. The AI-powered tools, specifically the automated call recordings and summaries, have been incredibly helpful for staying organized. Beyond the features, the interface is polished and the system reliability is outstanding; I rarely, if ever, encounter downtime or lag. It’s a high-performing tool that offers great value for the price.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

The call forwarding function sometimes didn’t work for some reason; however, I haven’t had any issues with it lately.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a permitting company for motor carriers, we struggled to manually track complex vehicle dimensions and route restrictions that came up during long calls with state agencies and drivers.

We used to have a hard time documenting technical permit details accurately. Now we can rely on RingEX’s AI-generated call summaries and transcripts, which has led to a 100% accuracy rate on our permit applications and a major reduction in costly revisions.

This feature alone saves our team hours of manual note-taking each day, which lets us turn around more permit requests in less time.

  ### 10. Efficient, Easily configurable and to understand.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

The ability to make changes quickly and efficiently.  The logging and call visibility is easily accessible and detailed.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

Overflow queues do not work correctly like every other phone system or VoIP system. Normally, when an overflow queue is rung, it rings only the members that are logged into that queue.  With RingCentral, it rings everyone in the group no matter if they are taking calls from that queue or not.  This flaw breaks the whole feature of having overflow queues and creates more network traffic than is needed.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solved the call quality issues and gives us more flexibility to where our employees can work.  It also decentralizes our phone system so we no longer have one single point of failure.
