What do you like best about Remote?

The onboarding and kyc was okay, the navigation is intuitive, the document reader with e-signatures is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

It is very difficult to understand how to work with Remote as a contractor when providing services as a company but residing in a different country.

Invoicing functionality misses drafts - whenever I quit the form of creating invoice my progress is not saved.

The worst thing that happened to me was automated invoicing: my employer has issued and paid an invoice automatically without my review - with a random number that messes up my whole bookkeeping and without a valid VAT number that is required in EU when working with b2b transactions between eu companies. Even though it is a communication issue, I have never seen employers to issue employee's invoices and it's just not how it should be done.

It is really easier to have an e-signed contract with any software available on the market and handle invoices yourself, if you are a company providing services in EU.

The mobile app is completely useless but it's installation is recommended in every corner of this software. I have installed it and it always redirects me to a mobile browser because something is not yet supported in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote?

Remote is easy to use and very compliant. I liked how they did the background verification as well as that is quite important to employers as well as to Remote. Gives both the employer and employee a sense of security. It's also easy to integrate and implement in your organization. What do you dislike about Remote?

The customer support could be better as I've noticed there is a significant gap from when a ticket is issued till you get a response. Additionally ,after you respond, the time taken to respond back or take action is quite long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote?

As a contractor using Remote.com for the first time, I’ve been really impressed by how user-friendly and efficient the platform is. The setup process was smooth, and I was able to easily navigate through the tools to manage my work and payments.

What do you dislike about Remote?

While Remote.com is a great platform overall, I was initially under the impression that they had direct partnerships with banks in all countries, including Guatemala. Although it's true that they do work with banks in certain countries, I realized that Guatemala isn't one of those countries with an established partnership. As a result, payment processing times have been a bit delayed compared to what I expected. It would be helpful if they could expand their network of banking partners to include more countries, as it would make the payment experience smoother and more efficient. What do you like best about Remote?

I have been using Remote for a couple of months now, and I was really surprised to have the option to sign up for global health care. I must point out I have not applied for that just yet, but I'm certainly considering it, and it's something I hadn't expected. I have been receiving payments from my employer withouth a hitch, the whole invoicing process is automatic and super reliable. The implementation process has also been incredibly easy and straightforward. It's certainly a step up from the previous service my employer and I used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

It would be great to have extra options such as receiving my payment early when I want (certainly fees would apply). Being an international employee at my company, I would like to have such an option to take advantage of currency fluctuations, which may be advantageous even after fees and taxes. What do you like best about Remote?

I use remote twice a month to follow up on my invoices for my only client with whom I have a perpetual contract. Invoices send automatically, and it's super clear about invoices sent and the status of the payment. The timeline and estimated dates are especially helpful to know when I can expect my payment.

What do you dislike about Remote?

The setup process at the early beginning had a few difficulties around setting up my account for withdrawl. I had to reach out to the remote support team to understand how I had to enter the data, as the copy in the page was generic for all countries instead of specific to mine (which they knew already, so that would have been a nice touch). What do you like best about Remote?

Since my work switched over to Remote, it's made invoicing and payouts easier than before. Our last payment provider had a lot of problems that would often take weeks to get resolved. In the many months since we've switched over, all those issues have been quickly remedied. It was very easy to set up and integrate into our invoicing. Early on, I forgot a few necessary details and Remote immediately let me know what needed to be fixed before the payments happened instead of after so there wasn't any issue. What do you dislike about Remote?

What do you like best about Remote?

I enjoy how easy it is to use Remote. It was easy to set up and my pay is always accurate. Remote also has different features which I find useful. For example, it shows me my pay and keeps track of my time with number of tutoring sessions I have completed and even which type of sessions I have used. I also like how it has my tax information and sent me reminders when I would need to update something within Remote. I also enjoy how they send me emails when pay is received, reviewed, and submitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

I have not used customer support from them so I am not sure how it is, and I only really go on when I need to double check something with my pay or taxes. There is no particulator thing that I have found that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote?

I started using Remote for my stipend payments for interviews, and it’s made the whole process really simple. Once I got through the initial setup, everything ran smoothly. Tracking payments and managing payroll has been hassle-free, and I didn’t have to spend time figuring things out.

What I appreciate most is how straightforward it is , no unnecessary extras, just the essential features I need. Their customer support is friendly and approachable, which is always a plus. I use Remote as needed, depending on my employer, and it’s been reliable every time. What do you dislike about Remote?

The onboarding procedure was a bit complicated and could benefit from more country-specific terms, particularly when it comes to necessary documents. What do you like best about Remote?

I used to have to submit invoices for each pay period and submit separate expense reports. It was up to me to remember to submit everything by a certain time, which can be difficult with my busy schedule. Since my company has switched to Remote, I don't have to think about my pay invoices at all anymore and submitted expenses takes almost no time at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

The only thing that I've found that I don't like about Remote is that I've had to resubmit my withdrawel method several times in just a few months.
