What do you like best about Remote?

Nothing.

There's other platformts much betters Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

-Payslip - It's never disposed in time to us review

-Payment - Frequently issues related to paymenty (dalay and wrong amounts)

-Support - Only reply with generic answers

-Health Insurance - Helth insurance plans/costs change without clients approval.

-Profits Participation - For Brazilian workers the PLR (Profits participation) are a joke, (BRL 150)

-Vacations - The sallary is not paid in time. We need to inform Remote that they sould pay our sallary in advance in case of vacations in BR Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Bruno,

Thank you for your feedback. We are working closely with your client to address the health insurance challenge you mentioned. Please note though that these packages never change without your employer/client approval. That said, our goal is to resolve this and enhance your overall experience.

We apologize for the poor experience and frustration you've encountered regarding some of the vacation and pay-slip payout delays. In some scenarios, we still depend on third parties for Brazil pay-out calculations, which can cause delays beyond our direct control. However, we are transitioning these processes in-house over the next 2-3 months, fully eliminating these dependencies. We addressed these challenges in the meantime with our third-party provider to ensure they will not happen anymore in the meantime.
