I’ve been using Remote for a month now, and honestly, it’s been great for the most part. It’s super easy to navigate, and I didn’t have to waste time figuring out where things are—it’s all laid out pretty clearly. Setting it up was quick; it felt like a plug-and-play situation, which was a big win for me. The customer support team is super responsive and always helpful whenever I’ve had a question. I use it almost daily, and I love that it has a ton of features that cover everything I need for managing HR tasks. On the flip side, there are some things about Remote that really bug me. While the interface is simple, it can be a bit too basic at times. I wish it had more customization options so I could tweak things to fit my team better. Implementing some features took longer than expected because their instructions weren’t always clear. Customer support is usually good, but there were a couple of times when it felt like they were giving canned answers instead of actually addressing my issue. I also feel like some of the features are just there for show—I don’t use half of them because they’re not practical for our setup. Integration with certain tools wasn’t as smooth as I hoped either, and I had to do some manual workarounds to make it work. It’s not terrible, but it’s something that could definitely improve. I recently enrolled with my company for Payroll and HR through Remote.com, and I must say,the onboarding process was incredibly smooth, with all my questions being answered on priority, making the transition effortless and stress-free. A major highlight for me has been the timely salary payments and Global Payroll Experience,extremely user-friendly HR portal,amazing health insurance coverage and clear communication by their team. What stands out the most about Remote is how user-friendly and efficient the platform is. I use Remote daily to track my work hours, breaks, and manage HR and payroll inquiries or to-do lists. As a virtual assistant and technical writer, I rely on Remote for HR updates, payroll inquiries, document access, and time tracking. Switching from our old system has been smooth and easy; there was no need for tutorials, as all you need is to log in, and navigating through different screens and tabs is a breeze. Everything I need is in one place, making the system incredibly convenient. All the information related to HR and payroll is easily accessible. Integrating Remote into our daily workflow has also been seamless—just a few minutes of use per day, and you’re set to focus on your main tasks. The chat support is top-notch—unlike most automated systems, Remote’s support agents are always available to provide specific and helpful responses. The accurate and detailed payslips are another highlight, giving me full transparency on earnings, deductions, and benefits. One area where Remote could improve is by offering a digital company ID feature. This would be a useful addition, especially for transactions that require identity verification. I've found Remote to be an incredibly straight forward process in being employed overseas. I recently moved to the UK from New Zealand and decided to keep working for the same company and Remote made this process so easy. Whenever I have any questions or queries regarding pay / holidays etc I get a response from someone from the team within about 5 minutes which is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support team is always there, solving the questions I have and also the company I am working with.
Very supportive for documents that are needed to work in a different country.

Guaranteed pay out features and fast robust payment system
Previously i use other apps... While they also offering similar features like remote offer, but remote give better navigation and confirmity. Too many options is not good as no option, i think remote can provide limited but most necessary features we will use frequently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far nothing, but the exchange rate seems to be low exchange rate / not middle one. It is better if they can give better rate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Remote has helped me securing a contract that is valid at the national level, which means a huge improvement on the "job security" part, as well as helping and saving me a lot of time (and money) on the taxing process by managing it directly.
The platform is pretty straight forward as well, and I make sure to check it every month a couple of times at least, as it provides info on the payslip and payment processing, detailed taxing based on your location and such. I also had basically to just wait for a bit once my company started using remote, as aside from basic national documentation and a signature, nothing else was needed. There are some limitations, especially with the support that can be provided, as I dealt before with issues related to the payroll not having the expected bonuses, but I do understand that is all based on the info the company sent, so remote.com is not at fault, but I would like a bit of more proactivity or easier way to direct on who sent the info, and the possibility to do last hour corrections (maybe getting a Payslip draft, before the transfer process starts for example).
