**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like about Remote is how easy the platform is to access and use. The interface is very user-friendly, which makes navigating through the system smooth even for first-time users. One of the features I appreciate the most is how simple and straightforward it is to submit timesheets. The process is not complicated, and everything is organized clearly, making it convenient to complete tasks efficiently without confusion or unnecessary steps.

Another feature I find very helpful is the option to reuse previously submitted timesheets by setting them as the default. This saves a lot of time and effort, especially when your weekly entries are usually the same. Instead of manually entering the same details every time, you can simply select the default timesheet and the system will automatically populate the entries from the previous week. This makes the workflow much faster and more efficient.

What’s also great is that the platform still allows flexibility even after auto-filling the timesheet. Before submitting, you can easily review and edit the hours or make adjustments whenever needed. This balance of convenience and flexibility makes the overall experience more efficient and stress-free. Overall, Remote provides a smooth and practical platform that simplifies time tracking and submission.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There is very little that I find unhelpful about using Remote since the platform is smooth and easy to use overall. One area that could be improved is the customer support system. Since Remote is used globally, having a 24/7 live chat support option would be more convenient instead of only submitting tickets and waiting for a response. A real-time support feature would make the platform even more efficient and user-friendly in the future.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing that Remote solves and benefits me with is the process of applying for leave or sick leave. The platform is very easy to use and navigate, making the application process simple and hassle-free. Instead of going through a long or complicated procedure, employees can quickly submit their leave requests with only a few clicks.

Another thing I appreciate is how the request is sent directly in real time to the HR department for approval. This makes the process faster, more efficient, and more convenient for both employees and management. Overall, the system helps save time and reduces the stress of handling leave applications manually.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Most things I need to do are touchless. So I can self serve on my Remote dashboard and request things like employment letters by myself. I also like that I can chat with support if I run into issues. For me as an employee, it's free of charge so that's a nice bonus. I have not connected Remote with any other integrations so I can't comment on that. The dashboard is snappy and quick to load so I'm not waiting to get important details like my payslips.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Can take a while to get a response back to a customised employer letter when needed. Also I found it tricky to follow the health insurance sign up instructions, this is much easier when you are employed directly.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote opens up career opportunities in companies that I normally would not be eligible to work for as they don't have an Irish entity. I work remotely and I value self service tools like Remotes dashboard.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like about remote is the ease of access of the platform. It is very user-friendly platform and submitting the timesheet is very easy and not complicated. You can also set a timesheet that was previously used by setting the timesheet to default so that by next time, if you are adding new timesheet, you can just select the default timesheet and it will automatically filled with the same timesheet you used on a previous week. And whats nice is you can still edit the hours before submitting it.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Nothing is least helpful about using the Remote, almost everything is seamless and easy to use, maybe the downside I can add is the chat support, since remote is being used all around the globe, its better to have a chat support that is available 24/7 rather than sending a ticket and waiting for a resolution, so to sum up it should be a real time solution in the future.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing the remote is solving a problem and benefitting me is when applying for leave or Sick leave, Its very easy to use and navigate when you are applying for a leave, the ease of access is very simple, not complicated when applying for those leaves. 1 click and it will be sent directly real time to the HR department of the company for approval.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like how friendly the interface of Remote is, making it easy to navigate. Everything has been seamless during my time using it, and I haven't encountered any problems with my benefits as a worker. Also, the efficiency Remote brings means my company doesn't need to hire anyone else to manage timesheets and payslips. The timeliness of the operators or customer service people is something I appreciate too; they always respond quickly, even through email, which is reassuring whenever I have inquiries or issues that need clarification.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I would like to share that although most of the instances that I am having a conversation with the customer representatives through email are still timely. , I think it would be faster if there is a platform or a part on the website itself that has a direct chat where I am talking to a live person just in case I have questions that need to be answered ASAP. And I dont have to wait for one to two business days for them to get answered.

Chat bot and customer care specialists t are available around the clock to assist with any queries and that's so convenient for me as I work odd hours (night shift). All my queries were answered clearly and the chatbot articles cleared a lot of my doubts. The help centre has ton of useful information at your disposal

Had a bit of a problem with downloading my salary slips at first but that was quickly resolved after I reached out support it was smooth sailing from there....getting a problem fixed or taken care of is a breeze

I don't have to manually fill out my timesheets, there's a function that allows me to automate timesheets and this saves me so much time. They always give me a heads up when I'm about to be paid and they show me all the relevant information so my pay is never a surprise, this helps me plan and budget accurately.

I appreciate how Remote manages payroll, leave policy, and documentation, especially in India where we have members. The mobile application is easy to understand. I'm highly advocating the way Remote effectively takes care of Payroll, Leave Policy, Documentation, and region-specific country laws. It's great that Remote ensures region-specific laws are adhered to, and leaves specific to states are maintained accurately. All documents, whether uploaded by an employee or employer, are easily accessible on the application. Setting up a profile on Remote is really easy, more like filling out a simple form, which accurately captures details in the HR database.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I would suggest the MFA should have more options and not limited to just one. In case the individual loses one, the member can access the website using another alternative.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

As a growing fashion business owner, what I like most about Remote is how it lets me hire people from different countries without needing to set up a company there, since it handles the legal employment side for me. A couple of my business owner friends recommended it, and it’s been a huge help because it manages payroll, taxes, and compliance all in one place. It honestly makes scaling my remote team feel much simpler and less risky so I can focus on building my brand. I think the support team at Remote is excellent. The platform is very strong on tax compliance and provides multiple payment options. I also like how straightforward the invoicing features are, especially when it comes to logging and marking time or overtime, which makes it easier for my salary to be paid on a monthly basis.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I feel like remote payments are sometimes a bit more delayed compared to other platforms we’ve used before. I also don’t like that there isn’t a more advanced option for contractors. On top of that, there seems to be less loyalty or fewer perks than with other companies or platforms that offer more discounts and a wider variety of options. I really feel like they could improve in these areas.

Remote has been a game-changer for our team. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use — onboarding was smooth and we were up and running within days. The chatbot support is genuinely helpful and responsive, and whenever we needed to reach a human agent, response times were impressively fast. Salary payments are processed quickly and reliably, which gives both our team members and finance department real peace of mind. The onboarding experience for new hires is one of the best I've seen in an HR tool.

There's not much to dislike after a month of use. The reporting dashboard could offer a bit more customization for power users, and occasionally the chatbot needs to hand off to a human agent for more complex queries. These are minor points in an otherwise excellent product.

Remote has simplified the complexity of managing global employment for our team. Before using Remote, coordinating compliant contracts, payroll, and onboarding across different regions was a time-consuming challenge. **What do you like best about Remote?**

I use Remote to check my payslips, do my expenses, and ask for holidays. I really appreciate the new chat function as an employer of record because it gives me instant legal HR answers to my questions. I like the chat, the user-friendly platform, and the clarity it provides. It's really super easy to use, and the mobile app is complete. I receive push notifications whenever my payslip is ready, for example. The initial setup was very clear.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

In France, we have a different way to calculate time off and I don't find this to be the case on Remote. RTT should be clear for example on the number we are gonna have each year. Congés n-1 and N must also be separated in views.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to check payslips, manage expenses, and request holidays. It solves legal HR queries instantly with the chat function and is easy to use, with a complete mobile app and push notifications for payslips.

Some Remote Desktop Services (RDS) scenarios aren’t yet supported. If you rely on older RemoteApp or Desktop Connection workflows, you may still need the legacy Remote Desktop app. The new interface is more customizable, but that also means users accustomed to the old Remote Desktop app may feel disoriented at first

At first, it was a bit hard to navigate. I wasn't sure how to go about using it. I feel like it could be easier to track or upload your time sheet. I'm not sure if I'm not able to do it, but it's something that doesn't have to be done weekly. If there's an option to automatically record your hours and then you approve that, I need that option.

I really like Remote because I am a business owner and I have multiple branches of my boutiques to different locations so hiring remotely really is necessary. I have an international team that takes care of administrative tasks and because of Remote managing them got really easy for me. Remote is taking care if the salary, contractual agreements, and the benefit related processes. The platform is pretty simple yet very excellent in terms of its performance, the price is just right, their customer support is very accommodating as well when I reached out to them for an inquiry. Over all everything is great!

What I really appreciate about Remote is how much it simplifies managing a global team. Hiring and paying people across different countries used to feel overwhelming, but now it’s pretty straightforward. As an admin, it’s a huge relief knowing compliance is already built in. Remote is a fantastic platform that is super easy to install and navigate — everything from pay slips to performance tracking is all in one place. The interface is clean and intuitive, and each section loads extremely fast with no lag or delays. It integrates smoothly with our existing workflow and onboarding new employees was seamless. We have not had any issues with deposits or payroll accuracy, making it well worth the price. The support team is responsive and helpful whenever needed, and having all employee data, payroll, and performance information in one smart dashboard makes managing our team so much easier. Highly recommend it!

There isn't something I dislike, I cant find the app in MAC.

To compare Remote with other EOR payroll platforms, Remote has offered our company the luxury of dealing with all legal aspects of creating a contract and informing us in a tmely manner if there is something missing from the new hire. The customer support is incredible and very fast repliers. There is plenty of features useful to be used. I use this platform daily to manage my EOR and their payroll, time offs. It has been incredibly easy to use for the new hires as well.

There isn't anything that comes top of my head that I don't like about Remote. It's worth it the price that we are paying.

Payroll management is the main and most benefiting feature that Remote does for our EOR hires where we don't have an entity on. The remote team knows all the rules and all the country specific regulations so our team does not have to deal with any of that, we just initiate the onboarding of that new hire and give in the personal information and the rest is dealt from Remote. Before using Remote, it was very hard to keep up and stay accurate with all of the new hires all around the world. Remote has definitely have a great impact to our workflow.

Remote makes onboarding and payroll incredibly reliable.  The interface is very clean and user-friendly. I used it weekly for time tracking, monthly for pay stubs. It only takes a few seconds to perform these tasks. What impressed the most was the seamless setup of the account during the onboarding process. The responsive customer support and the ease of integration for uploading the documents.

Remote work seamlessly with the national public holidays.
One great idea for future enhancements would be the ability to auto-sync additional state-specific regional holidays, which currently require a manual request and a 1-2 day approval process.  This would take ease of use to a whole new level.

Remote solves the problem of hiring people from all over the globe by handling the complexity of local laws, taxes, and work ownership.
Personally, I find that Remote provides a lot of peace of mind, knowing that my contract is 100%  compliant.

I think minor improvements, like a 24 /7 chat support if you encounter some problems. Since remote is being used worldwide, wherever you are in the world, someone can reply with your concern in realtime to lessen creating tickets

The problem that remote is helping us is submitting our timesheet, even if you do it manually, there is an option where you can set it as a default so that next timesheet you submit, you just have the use the default one, and whats good is you can still edit it before submitting.

I like how user-friendly the software is. It is very easy to understand, especially the section where we need to upload files. It also sends notifications for almost everything—whether there is a ticket about pay or updates on timesheet submissions. It is truly a one-stop shop for everything you need to know regarding HR. Also, I love the fact that we got our first pay on time. I also love the AI chat feature. There are opportunities to improve, but the overall performance of Remote software is good. So far, I have not connected it to other integrations or external tools. I would love to explore the integrations part. In my opinion, my client made a good investment in taking on Remote software.

This is my first time being introduced to and using Remote. Compared to other software platforms I have used in the past, I hope they can improve the response time of their customer support. It would be highly beneficial to have a support team that responds within the same day. Communication becomes difficult when days pass without an answer—especially when relying on a general support inbox. Even when reaching out directly via a specific email address, it still takes few days to get a response.

Before using the platform, our international client faced a massive hurdle because they have no legal business entity established in the Philippines. We were previously managed through a local third-party agency, which created a complete lack of transparency. Clocking in is simple: I log in, tap once, and I’m signed in or out. There aren’t any complicated menus or drawn-out steps to get through. I can also download my paychecks whenever I want, without having to go through HR, and they’re neatly filed so they’re easy to find and access. The vacation and leave request section is straightforward too; I can quickly see how many days I have left and submit a request in seconds. Overall, the app looks great, everything is well organized, and it’s easy to navigate. You don’t need to be a tech expert to use it. I've been using daily Remote for about a month now and it's great to be able to track expenses, especially for someone like me who travels frequently. It's very useful to have a chat with a dedicated customer support operator so you can report problems without having to send emails. From my perspective as an employee, implementation was very simple: I received an email with the link to register, and within 5 minutes I had my account ready to clock in. No complicated procedures. I don't know much about the technical integrations because as an employee I only use the basic functions, but I can say that the app works well on its own!

Improvements needed - 1. In the document upload section, you can't delete a file once it's uploaded. I don't know if it's intentional, but there should be a time limit to delete a file. 2. You can't update the name of the uploaded file or specify the purpose of the document. This could be simplified. 3. A help or general query section is missing in the request section for asking general doubts and confirmations. 4. In the expense section, it doesn't allow creating trip details and requires uploading files one by one, which can be a problem for big travel. 5. The deposit method should be hidden and moved to the request section rather than outside for account additions. 6. The EOR document is clear, but the onboarding process related to NPS and EPS is a bit slow and could be improved.

What I like best about Remote is how intuitive and easy it is to set up. The invoice generation feature saves me a lot of time because I can create and manage invoices within minutes instead of handling everything manually. Connecting my local bank account was also seamless, which makes tracking payments simple and organized. Overall, it has streamlined my workflow and made managing finances much more efficient.

The one thing that i am currently facing is that it offers a bit lower dollar conversion rate as I work from Pakistan and I get paid in US dollars so the conversion rate is a bit lower. You should make the rate better

I like that Remote enables me to work from Spain and simplifies the process of administrating employment matters by unifying everything into one platform. It lets me manage local regulations, leave requests, time sheeting, and more, all in one place. Setting up Remote was also really easy for me, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I find that Remote can be quite slow and error-prone. Recently, I was trying to update timesheets, and it took me a really long time because the timesheets took forever to load. I couldn't batch approve them and I keep getting errors. I've seen that a couple of times on the platform where things won't load or there's errors when I'm trying to do things. Also, there's no clear way to make support requests other than through mandated things. If you have a more general request, there doesn't seem to be a way to do it through the platform. It seems like you have to email separately off the platform, which I don't really understand since the whole point is to have everything in this platform. When I was applying for my maternity leave, it all ended up being through email anyway. I didn't really like that; I felt like, what was the point of having the platform?

I love that Remote has articles with frequently asked questions that I can read at my own pace, which allows me to make notes and ask questions. Plus, there's customer support available essentially 24/7. If I struggle to do anything on the app or with any functions, I can easily get help either by consulting the articles or by reaching out to customer support. I'm a South African-based independent contractor working for a UK-based company, and Remote has streamlined the process for me. It answers all my questions regarding contracts and payments, helping me focus on the work. It gives me peace of mind and assurance that I can ask questions and get timely answers without feeling stupid. The initial setup was very easy, with intuitive steps and animations to help figure things out. I would rank it a 10 out of 10 for setup and recommend it 10/10 to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I guess if I had to improve anything it would be the user interface: slightly bigger icons might make things easier to find like where to add timesheets and invoices. I think the icons are a little bit small they don’t jump at you when you open the app immediately so that could be very helpful and maybe a little more color variation. Everything about the app works fine I think if it just looked a lot more vibrant it might be easier to navigate for some people.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I find Remote incredibly easy to use and appreciate its quick and smooth payouts. It offers options for payouts to almost all banks in Pakistan, which is really convenient, although some banks are not supported. I also really like that there are no fees on the withdrawal for the person receiving the funds. Compared to services like Payoneer that charge significant fees and take longer for transactions, Remote processes my invoices quickly—often within hours. This efficiency is a standout feature.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I would really like to have an option to disable Guaranteed Payout while paying out from USD to PKR. The guaranteed payout gives a terrible conversion rate (1 USD = 271 PKR even though the actual rate is 1 USD = 281 PKR). I preferred it before, where the conversion rate was provided by the receiving bank instead of Remote. Also, Remote can only pay out in PKR for Pakistani accounts, and I would like to have an option to payout in foreign currency accounts like USD, EUR, GBP, etc. It's frustrating because I have USD accounts in Pakistani banks that I cannot pay out to using Remote. Also, Remote still doesn't allow using Meezan Bank Limited and Allied Bank Limited for Payouts in Pakistan, and I would like them to support these since some of my colleagues use these banks.

Remote simplifies the payment process in Pakistan by handling invoice and mass salary payouts, avoiding fees on withdrawals, and ensuring quick transfers. It offers a valuable alternative when others like Multiplier and Payoneer failed in invoice processing and fees management.

I really like the Remote application because it is quite intuitive and has a phone app in addition to the website. I also like that the support I have received has been quick and clear. I like receiving push notifications in the app and emails. I like that the app includes a graph and that the money shown is really the net money after taxes, which helps a lot to visualize my actual payment. This helps a lot to give me a clear idea instantly. I enjoy that the initial setup was easy and intuitive, and I like that my position and annual salary are visible.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I would really like the delivery time of the payment receipt to be improved, because I receive the payment, but I'm always unsure of what I was paid for. I have to wait 3 to 5 days for it to be delivered. More than a day is not pleasing to me. I would also wish for the net annual salary to be given, not just the gross. I also don't like that the items on the payment receipt are not as straightforward as "grocery vouchers."

I also appreciate that whenever I need additional help, I can send an email and get the assistance I need quickly. The initial setup was really easy, and I managed to learn how to use the platform in less than a day. Overall, I think it's really good.

Nothing really. I mean, other than maybe having, like, a more clear channel where you could communicate to people what your issues are, maybe that would be great. The emails have worked fine for me. I just love how easily I can access Remote through my mobile. I can update files through different devices, and everything is in one place, like contracts and benefits. I'm just new to this, but I believe the tracking and the tabs would be very useful. The option of splitting your payroll to different banks is also a nice option. The initial setup of Remote was very easy, and the document upload was nice.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Right now, after we transferred, we got several questions and clarifications that we hoped would be addressed, but no staff or personnel from Remote have met with us and discussed our concerns.

Remote removed the middleman in payroll and performance records, allowing seamless integration through BambooHR. I appreciate the easy mobile access and having everything in one place, like contracts and benefits, while enabling salary tracking and payroll splitting across banks.
