Remote has made it simple and easy to track my hours as a contract employee. When I got my W2 benefits stripped away, I had track each hour I was actively working, down to the minute I was sitting with my butt in the chair and clicking the mouse at my desk. I work remote, so Remote made it very easy to log on in the morning, click the Clock-In button, and BOOM! My working hours (and minutes) were being tracked. And when I needed a break, all I had to do was click the Break button, and Remote would automatically clock me out and start my break time tracking. Then when it comes to submitting my time, and my manager wants to know exactly how I spent my time before he approved it, Remote gave me the opportunity to leave notes next to each block of time I clocked in and out, and I was easily able to select the days I worked and submit my invoice bi-weekly. Nothing really. Remote's user experience is fairly simple and easy to use. The only times of frustration come from when my employer's funds aren't received by Remote, and that causes a delay for me receiving my paycheck and being able to afford groceries for the week. But again, this isn't a fault of Remote, so I have nothing I dislike about Remote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I’m very pleased with Remote's platform and support, I’ve noticed that communication between internal teams sometimes slows down the process on our end. In cases where multiple teams need to be involved, response times can be longer than expected, which affects our ability to make timely decisions. Improving the flow of communication between departments would enhance the overall experience and efficiency for clients like us. I introduced Remote back in July 2023 (pleasant conversations with a dedicated account manager) and we implemented the tool in October 2023. First of all, Remote is a wonderful tool, easy to use and the customer service level is top-notch! The thing i like the most was the interface they provide, i didn't had to ask anyone where anything was and still found everything. Other thing is great is the support, i had a problem with my insurance card and within 2 days i had it solved and they only stopped talking with me after the case was really closed. The fact i dont have any knowledge of who Remote is specifically, doesn't bother me much it may be the fact i "dislike" the most Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is intuitive and super easy to use, they're very clear on how things work and on the timelines regarding the invoice steps and expected dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When comparing to their competitor (Deel) in which I used to receive my payment previously, I feel Remote is behind in terms of flexibility for the party receiving the payments. In the competitor I would get the payment deposited in the platform and then would be able to chose exactly what to do with it afterwards.
This would enable me to withdraw partially, in different accounts, even withdraw to a pre-paid card which I could use instantly if I needed.
Remote is less flexible, meaning that my cash can't just hang there and be split, the invoice always needs to be created with a specific single account to have it transferred to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lo interactivo y lo sencillo que es usar la plataforma, además de que es confiable, me ha gustado la dinámica de como se hacen los procesos, lo he usado al rededor de un mes, me ha gustado, la facilidad de subir los Invoices. It has all my work related contracts & payslips curated nicely at one place, which is a nice thing. In my previous workplace I had to manually dowload all docs and then upload it cloud was an extra effort, which I don't need to worry about anymore.
I can also see all my available leaves & can easily apply for leaves from the portal directly.
Customer representative are quick to response and ready to help.
I get notification reminders for updates like expense submission date etc. which is nice.

I like that it was easy for me to open the account, and set myself up, pretty straightforward, with clear messaging on your account status, invoices, how's the payment criteria, and others, plus the payment to my account was super easy.
There is a seamless process to integrate with my bank account and customer support is friendly and fast to reply. I use remote 2 times per month, cause I receive two payments every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
