What do you like best about Remote?

I have all my HR stuff like payslips, expenses, and days off on Remote, which is really handy. I find the user experience interface friendly, making it easy to navigate. The AI Assistant is a big help by reading necessary details from documents and photos to fill out forms, which saves me a lot of time. Before using Remote, I had to manually rewrite amounts and details from receipts into a company's spreadsheet, but now I just upload a picture of a receipt and the AI Assistant fills it for me—I just add some notes, and that's it. What do you like best about Remote?

I appreciate how I can check the days I don't have to go to the office and my colleagues can see easily which days I'd love to have a time off. It's very simple and useful, and I think every company should have it because it makes employees' lives better and easier. I also find it incredibly helpful that I can see the exact amount of my salary and the day I will receive it. Using Remote has been absolutely good, and it helps me every day. I find Remote easy to use, simple, and it gets things done with little effort needed. It's easy to check my payroll progress, which is super helpful. The setup was very easy, and the team finds it straightforward to handle. I love how Remote is much easier to handle compared to Odoo, which we used before. What do you dislike about Remote?

I think the mobile app needs to be the same with the desktop or browser layout, for example, it's better if we can see the year-to-date earnings in mobile too, instead of just in desktop. What I like most about Remote is how responsive and accessible their support team is; they are very prompt in resolving issues, and it's always easy to get in contact with them whenever I need help. What do you like best about Remote?

I like that the entire interface of Remote is online, which makes it easy to manage through a web browser or my mobile application. This setup allows me to do things on the go without needing to log into a computer, which is super convenient. I can easily upload any required documents via mobile or web, and if I need to check payroll or payslips, I can just log in to the app and access that information right away. The AI chat option is pretty helpful too, as it allows me to find documents or get answers to my questions easily, like asking about upcoming holidays. The chat feature quickly replies with the information I need. The onboarding process was also pretty great, straightforward, and very smooth. The initial setup was pretty easy, with all required documents clearly mentioned and the upload process being very simple. What do you dislike about Remote?

The only problem is with the regional holidays since I stay in Maharashtra, India. Each state has different holidays, and it doesn't automatically show the holidays for my state. Every time, I have to select options for which state I'm in to see the holidays. Ideally, it should show it upfront by default and maybe notify me that it's a holiday. What do you like best about Remote?

Remote is the most appropriate as it gathers all the processes under one roof of managing international workforce. I apply it in my HR practice on regular basis to deal with contracts, benefits and payroll of employees in various locations. Its compliance features and documentation make it cover all the features that you do not want to leave out. What do you dislike about Remote?

A weakness that I have observed is that the customization of payroll schedule to accommodate very specific regional requirements is sometimes challengeable. This at times slows down processing of our smaller offices in our HR team. What do you like best about Remote?

I was in a unique position when I was hired as the first US-based employee for a global consulting firm, and tasked with setting up our US operations. Having not been on the HR or admin side of things before, I needed an easy, affordable, and quick way to establish benefits, payroll, and operations for my company to onboard me. Remote made these all seamless and easy, and made it simple for me to make the case to my employer for using an outsourced HR company.

What do you like best about Remote?

I like literally everything about Remote. I appreciate the fact that they send you the salary before the end of the month, five days too early, and they keep you informed. I enjoy the automation they have, and how fast they respond to any queries or issues I might have. Everything is so clean, so clear, and organized, including all your documents that you can easily see in the app. Their automated workflow sends you notifications every week to submit your hours, and they provide both monthly and yearly payslips. Their customer support, whether through online chat, AI chat, or direct support, always answers on the same day, which I find very impressive. The best thing about Remote is the security it offers to international processes in payroll and management of contracts. I use it every day to pay multi country and benefits and to check compliance. It has the inbuilt features, all the trackings and control is done in an organized fashion, that conserves time and eliminates stress. The disadvantage of Remote is that not all reporting functionalities are available especially in an effort to subdivide data by country or department. Some processes are still manual to review, so they slow down the payroll cycles.
