What do you like best about Remote?

I was expecting a delay of 2 to 3 days to receive my payment, but within some hours of Remote.com receiving the resources from my employee, it was paid out in my banking account. It was really impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

There was some misunderstanding in my first payment that I was not informed that Wise would be an intermediary in the transaction so I was afraid that the payment was not going to my banking account but it was clarified by the Remote.com support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very user friendly and being able to talk directly to them via chat when there is an issue is very useful. They normally get back to you quickly and they look for answers if they do not know it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote?

I have been using Remote to receive payments for more than a year now. I love the following things:

- I can always reach out to customer support easily and they are very responsive.

- I can very easily change my bank details to receive the payments.

- There is automatic invoice creation so I don't need to create them myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

The only thing that I don't like is that my payments usually take so long to be received (usually 5 working days) - the payment is approved by the payer but it takes long time for me to receive it (not sure if it takes a long time from the payment to be received by Remote or to be sent out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote?

The process was quick and clear everything was intuitive to fill in online. The communication from Remote team was great, I got updated on all the steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

At the beginning I could not enter the app but after the latest app update this has been resolved.

What do you like best about Remote?

Quick turn around time when it comes to receiving funds after apporoval of invoices. there are no transaction costs that I as the receipient need to pay which is awesome. Creating invoices is very easy as well as uploading them and the option to store multiple banking details and easily change the withdrawal method at any point or for each invoice submitted. What do you dislike about Remote?

Maybe it is a user error but I have not been able to print a statement for my earning. Also I feel a mobile application would definitely make things better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
