The exchange rate has a difference of 2-3 pesos from the current market exchange, which is pretty big if you exchange/receive $100 or more. Also, I don't know if it's on my employers side or Remote's but it takes daaaays, sometimes weeks, for the money to arrive even though the payment on my employer's side has been made.
