What do you like best about Remote?

Remote is definitely a great tool to manage my team's employment-related requests. It efficiently handles my daily team tasks such as managing PTO requests and reviewing expense submissions from my team members.

In addition to that Remote provides a comprehensive overview of my team's absences, making it so much easier to promptly address any pending tasks with alerts and reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

There is room for improvement in the user interface and the variety of available features could be extended a bit further.

As an example, it would a great plus to integrate benefits upsell options that my team members could opt for depending on their needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Remote's helping me on employment-related requests, specially with tasks such as managing PTO requests and reviewing expense submissions.

What do you like best about Remote?

I had a smooth onboarding, with a clear sequence of steps. Document uploading and form filling were easy.

The support team helped me efficiently, quickly addressing a ticket I opened.

Self-service capabilities are available, e.g I was able to request a work certificate through the Remote interface.

Payslips are well-formatted. They are more legible than others I got in the past. I am alerted by the issue of new ones by convenient email notifications.

I’d recommend Remote to friends and colleagues. I’m already evangelizing the brand across my network of peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

Until now I didn't experience any friction with Remote. I haven't tried yet the experiences of requesting time off and reporting expenses. I have no doubt they will meet my expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I got the offer from my current company, I asked if it was possible to leverage on an Employer of Record, to avoid the need to open the Italian Partita IVA (i.e, being a contractor). The company accepted: they were already familiar with Remote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote?

Thanks to Remote I've been able to work with a great international remote-first company !

I've had the change to work in a multi-cultural environment, filled with brilliant amazing people!

The ability to work fully remotely while maintaining the benefits and perks of other employees in my location is great.

Remote's service cover all the employers and employees needs - For my location, Portugal, all statutory requirements are in place and ease of use, support, features is remarkable.

I actually prefer working through remote than a company's HR department as they're super efficient and have round the clock support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

Nothing to dislike really, Remote makes it easy to work remotely - I haven't felt any issues due to the nature of remote work. Sigining documents, uploading it through the app is easy, support is quick, payment is on time and have not had any payroll errors so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remote made it possible for me to get hired through a international remote-first company while keeping all the benefits of employees in Portugal!

Thanks to remote I've been able to stay in my hometown where I grew up while working in a competitive job market abroad (via the internet!)

What do you like best about Remote?

I think that from the HR point of view, I work there, it takes a bit too long to retrieve the payment the business has made. I am both guest and business user since I manage payments and also get paid there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote?

Remote has made the process of working for an overseas company a lot easier. Salary payments are always on time, and their support system works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
