Remote is a great tool as an employee to receive on time my paycheck, it's a very clean and friendly interface that allows to easily set PTO, request documents and keep all payslips and records online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Onboarding and contract-related management were fast, easy and clear.
Day to day usage of the platform for paysplips and expenses management is pleasant and never had any issue on that side.
Payslips come early and salary is deposited in advance for the current month, which is quite good for employees.
Support is always on point, replying and fixing when needed fast and effectively - I have never happened to receive a generic/useless reply to some inquiry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes you have to ask support to gather some country-specific information, although I believe that's to be expected considering that the company has to provide an UI that caters to all countries so can't be immediately clear for all specificities at all times.
I had to keep an eye on accounting for my PTO because calculation happened to be slightly off at some point; however support fixed the issue and replied in just a couple of days.

I recently had the opportunity to use Remote. Here's my detailed review based on several key criteria.
Ease of Use
The platform offers a clean and intuitive interface, making it easy to navigate through different sections. Most tasks can be performed with minimal clicks, and the learning curve is quite gentle for new users.
Customer Support
Customer support has been a highlight of using this platform. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, addressing my queries quickly. They offer multiple channels for support, including live chat, email, and phone, which ensures that we can get help whenever needed.
Frequency of Use
Given its comprehensive feature set, I find myself using the platform weekly. The platform’s design encourages frequent use without feeling cumbersome.
