CS agents don't usually have the specific knowledge of every country's information regarding payment, PTO, laws, legal stuff, etc. So whenever I have a very specific local question, they have to create a case for the local team to review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Remote is a convenient, fast and efficient way of managing the work-related admin. The interface is very user-friendly (the app can even be adapted for left handers!). Additionally, it allows to hire employees without having a local branch, which allows professionals to find the best matches with job positions all over the world. Would be great to have integration with other software. Eg there is software at my company for tracking days off, and it turns out I have to complete the days off in both remote and another provider, ensuring they are aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not dislike it, but maybe what they can add to their service. I hope they also consider having HR platforms too. That is not integrated but added to their service. We have been using remote for a year now, and the only thing we can't utilize here is the HR Platform that would automatically allow us to compute accrual leave. Remote has resulted very helpful in solving any problem around employment, payment and reimbursments. Their platform is easy to use and transparent, the payments arrive always on time (or even before!) and the customer service is always friendly and ready to solve the problems. Remote also keeps a hand on any additional bonuses, health check-ups and things that with other companies were easy to miss. My company has transitioned to Remote from another company, and the transition period was very smooth - we almost didn't notice it! The implementation of Remote was a breeze, as there was no turnover time or delays in payslips. It's also easy to integrate with any expenses that the company has, I can just simply add every expense in Remote. I frequently use the product to manage my payslips and ask questions. Some tax documents could be explained better for the employees, especially when the employees are foreigners and don't always understand all of the terms used in payslips - it would be great to provide the employees with a know-how around work-related burocracy and paperwork.
