I really liked the ease of adding payment methods (bank accounts) to receive my first payments in Spain. I was transferred from Colombia, and the company used Remote to make the payments to me. Similarly, it was very easy to download the payment support, and the way the traceability of the money is displayed from when it is sent until it reaches my account is very easy to understand. Customer support is fast and efficient. The frequency of use I had was approximately 3 months. The ease of implementation and integration allows accounts from any European country to be linked very comfortably. The number of functions it has makes it an optimal solution for any company. Something I didn't like is that if you receive a payment for one account, but then you have to switch to another account for "x" or "y" reason, the payment you received with the first account is no longer accessible to download the receipt, this should be corrected. Sometimes there wasn’t the quickest replies but my case was quite unique with Spanish government changing the rules so I don’t blame remote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful for me is easy flow to create invoices and track down vacations, seek leaves e.t.c. I saw how some bugs were quickly fixed after contacting customer support so it makes me feel that product is continiously evolving.
It was quickly integrated with our company and easy for us (developers) to start using it. So for now Im using remote about two or three times in month, to raise invoice, create some leave days requests.
Also iOS application is very useful when you want to quickly check status of invoice because you can use face id instead of auth codes so you can check it as often as you want without need to open additional apps (with auth codes). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately our company have not finished integration of sick\leave days count. But Im sure that this is not remote fault and will be resolved as quickly as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
