That I have to send an email or chat everytime to follow up on my pay unlike other platforms like for example Deel who sends the pay real time. I have to wait 2-5 days for remote to send mine and it's causing me a lot of stress.

Also, a lot of people in your support team seem to not know what's going on and I had unanswered emails too. It would be helpful to give people an answer and a reasonable TAT of when they will be back of they are looking for answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was recently onboarded by Remote and after my first payroll, I had doubts about salary and taxation. I raised it with Aakash, one of the senior payroll client specialists and his response was completely unexpected in the most pleasant way. He sent me two fully detailed downloadable documents that had extensive information on the query that I had raised. The worksheet had a year's full salary and tax breakdown, split by months. This made it easier for me to understand, and I can now use the worksheet as a living doc for all my taxation purposes. How cool is that! Brownie point is the ease of usage with the platform. Very minimal and at the same time, very thought-out.
