Implementation was really easy during all process, UX/UI friendly, intuitive and communicative during all process. Support is always provided in case we need it and the features are a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Remote.com for a few months now, and it's a helpful tool for people like me who utilises a remote work setup. Through Remote.com, it's very easy for me to track the time I dedicate for work and the leave credits I take in a specific timeframe. Processing invoices has never been easier as well by the use of their time-tracking tool and you can expect that each hour of work is properly accounted for.
Their customer support, especially live chat, is top-tier since the agents are very attentive to my needs as a user and very knowledgeable about the issues I reported to them. Their site is also unchallenging to navigate and integrate - it only took me a few minutes to learn the basic tools and other site's implementations.
With the help of Remote.com, I can now manage and maintain my contract with my employer without any need for complex processes and unnecessary documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Personally, I think that the payment process can be a bit lengthy. There was a time where it took more than a week for my payment to arrive in my bank account after invoice approval so having quicker payouts would definitely make the experience more superb. I also think that if there are any delays in processing the payroll, they should also let the users/contractors know any updates as to the reason/s causing such delays. I haven't been able to use the Remote app for logging expenses and have found the desktop version most reliable. On the fly, would love to get the app working the way I've used other expense tracking apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Remote App is very accessible and easy to use. I use it twice a month to submit my invoices and it's features are not confusing. The app was also pretty easy to install and intergrate. It allows me to generate invoices for my employer and get paid in a fixed amount which I can directly add in my local currency. There are no deductions since my payment is guaranteed by remote Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recently I've had 2 instances where I was blocked from generating invoices. One was when Wise blocked my bank account without any notice and I was not able to generate my invoice at the right time resulting in a late payment. Another one was very recently where the entire team was not able to generate invoices but for some other reason and we were blocked for 1 day or 2 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Remote should come up with the telephonic customer support, though the email support is so quick and good. Now a days people used to call directly rather than typing an email. This is just my opinion and not dislike of Remote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
