As am using Remote.com for my day to day work it gives me very simple and easy design or i can a workflow to follow for my day to day activities.
For now mostly am using it for time tracking, timesheet submission, expense management that's quite good i can do everything here, it will handle my approval requests.
While am working with U.S clients it is very useful for me as it is handle all my payroll activities without any sort of inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an employee using Remote, I appreciate how easy and transparent the platform makes everything related to HR and payroll. The onboarding process was smooth, and the platform ensures that all my payments are timely and accurate, no matter where I’m located. I especially love the access to localized benefits, which makes me feel valued and supported as part of a global team. Remote truly eliminates the headaches of dealing with complex paperwork, allowing me to focus on my work without worrying about administrative hurdles. It’s a fantastic experience as an employee! We switched to Remote as our EOR and the difference between Remote and our latest provider was massive.
Remote's platform is a joy to use. Intuitive, quick and with a great user experience, you never feel lost whenever you are looking for something.
The onboarding was easy, and everything was ready from the first day!

We had some issues during the initial implementation because our contracts with the external company have some specific clauses that were not easily configured in the Remote platform. Remote meets all our requirements for an EOR provider. The platform is intuitive, modern, and very user-friendly. It has a wide range of features and functionalities, making using the product very seamless.
Implementation was a very good experience, primarily due to our very qualified, helpful and proactive Implementation Manager, Pedro - who has done a fantastic job of supporting us throughout the process of migrating from a previous EOR provider to Remote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing major comes to find. One thing I would mention is that being a larger company with fixed processes, there isn't always flexiblity around adding custom clauses in the contracts. The fact that the platform has been designed with different visions in mind, so that the employee and the company have a smooth and easy experience depending on the frequency. I had a problem and had to call customer support, who got back to me within minutes and solved my problem within minutes, with a lot of attention and making themselves available for whatever I needed. My company didn't need to do any integration training because the platform is intuitive and shows you everything you need to know with a well-articulated didactic approach. The fact that you cannot edit an invoice after it has been sent, however, I understand that this is a matter of the company's standard implementation process, so there must be a reason why this cannot be done Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I like about Remote is it's ease of use and it's superb customer service. The first time I used it I had some issues with connecting my bank, however the staff at Remote were patient and diligent at figuring it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could be a bit more flexible, as it doesn't allow you to create special sectons for your invoice. For example, I would like to be able to state the number of hours worked and the cost per hour, as opposed to doing it as a lump sum. In general, I'd like more flexibility in setting and filling out the fields of my invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to choose my schedule. I have met some of the most wonderful students and their families. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although I love getting reviewed, I wish it was more individualized. I had a subscription student, that had to leave a birthday party to zoom with me in the car. This 5 year old that is normally smiley was sad. I focused our lesson on her emotional needs at the time. It ended up being the one I got reviewed on. Typically, I score very high in my observations. But, this one I didn't. As we know, individualizing and relationships are key foundational skills to have before educating. I emailed and gave suggestions such as having both a scheduled and drop in observation. I also suggested that they watch another video.

In my case the best is that I can visualize how my invoices go through the payment process. I use it twice a month and so far it's been ok. Also, that my employer had the ability to set up automatic invoices is a plus. Everything is intuitive and easy to understand. When we got the training it all was clear and easy to use. So far, I haven't found anythign I would say I dislike about the use of it. Maybe the fact that I'm now required a 2FA is annoying but I also get it, so it's ok I guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The almost all in one interface and the true remote experience provided through the portal makes it satisfying for me. Loved the customer experience, I felt it was very unique to other portals I have used at different companies. No fuss in salary payments and regular updates, honest and easy to use features. I feel, when it comes to personal finance and managing tax, is something Remote needs to bring more options. I used a platform called Keka in India in my previous company. They had integrated with a popular tax managment portal called clear tax. If something similar is done even in-house, I believe it will really help with taxes and finance. Right now, its the only feature I feel isn't directluy availble on my end. Also, I would love to see more community involvement across remote users and more job lisitings to refer to my collegues and friends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an employee, I find Remote really easy to use. Payroll is always on time, and I never have to worry about paperwork or compliance issues.
