What do you like best about RemoFirst?

- The team at RemoFirst and their partners are super responsive and helpful throughout the onboarding process and while I was employed.

- The application is easy to use, and the UI provides a clear, precise description of what I need to do.

- Easy to manage reimbursement, PTO, payslips, etc. Everything you need can be easily reached. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemoFirst?

- I wish it had a dark mode

What do you like best about RemoFirst?

What do you like best about RemoFirst?

During onboarding, Remofirst immediately helped with questions and checked the documents very quickly.

Even when a document was not uploaded legibly, I received a notification immediately and the new document was approved extremely quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RemoFirst?

The Remofirst platform is fairly easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemoFirst?

As a new customer, there was a lot I did not know and while our sales representative was helpful, our initial client manager was not informative or cordial. Thankfully, Remofirst remedied this and provided us with a new client manager and in country contact. Both of whom have been pleasant to work with and they scheduled introductory calls to answer our questions.

It would be helpful if there was a checklist or document that clients could receive to help answer some common questions like what the employees in country will be granted so as the employer, we have assurance that they will be taken care of. Many of questions have been answered after the fact so understanding the full picture prior to the employee being setting up would be more beneficial.

For example, how to reconcile vacation benefits/accrual rates, etc.

Understanding the touch that the employee will receive from Remofirst would help provide reassurance and reduce the employee having to conduct outreach to the client for support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RemoFirst?

It was extremely easy to use, integrate and implement. The process was fast and no many steps were required. The amount of features were requested by my employer but were the one I will use more frequently. I received customer support during the whole process.
