What do you like best about RemoFirst?

I liked how easy the process was for me, as an employee. I got a few emails with all the relevant and required information, explaining why something is needed from me and what the next steps are. This made the process of moving forward and submitting everything quick and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RemoFirst?

In my dealings with Remofirst, I like best the attention and customer service that they provide. They make time for weekly meetings to discuss open items. They are also try to be flexible whenever possible, tailor-fit their services according to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemoFirst?

For some cases, especially if it involves the local partners, it takes them a bit more time to respond, because they consult them. But I guess that's the downside if the local partners are not owned by Remofirst itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RemoFirst?

Remofirst have provided a tailored and extremely efficient service. Questions and support have been provided without delay from our initial contact through to the completion of onboarding of our first overseas hire and the platform was very easy and intuitive to use. In terms of cost also, they are very competitive within the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RemoFirst?

I am very pleased that my company decided to use Remofirst to employ me officially. My onboarding process was smooth and I'm on the payroll already for a couple of months. This works just as good as if my company were in my country of residence! Also several times I had additional requests (to provide a certificate, to update my information, to help me with family benefits) and someone from Remofirst team was always very fast to react and helpful. So I'm very happy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemoFirst?

Nothing so far, our company admin initially was not pleased though that the first account manager was in a different time zone, but we were assigned a different account manager Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RemoFirst?

Remofirst representatives were willing to explain things over and over again, addressing every question I had and even schedules multiple videocalls because I was very hesitant of using a thrid party as an 'umbrella company' to hire me. However, everything went so smooth and did not involve any extra steps for me as an employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemoFirst?

It took quite some time to receive my contract so I would advice to do everything on time. However, I think this was something on my Employer's side because Remofirst takes about 1 week to create the contract since the Employer submits all the documentation, and I believe my Employer company did not have this clear. What do you like best about RemoFirst?

support from the people i work with, especially from Miguel Kepski - he is the BEST!!! However the rest of the team is also very helpful and supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
