A multitude of redundant platforms, all requiring different login credentials, with two-factor authentification. SIX (6) months of employment prior to the insurance & benefits eligibility (never seen before in 16 years of working in Quebec). Inconsistent pay deposit days, lack of support for a PTO vacation structure, and the absurd requirement of submitting weekly timesheets while being a full-time salaried employee... amongst other things.
