There are a few points that we liked best about Remofirst:
1. The easiness to use the platform
2. The responsiveness from the team

We do not have any dislike about Remofist that are worth writting in a review, it's a fantastic platform that we have recommended to plenty of other companies and founders! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Remofirst helped us hire offshore/remote employees internationally without worrying about hiring laws and regulations in the country. They take care of everything regarding global payroll and make sure it's fully compliant. They are very professional and process-oriented. Our contact is helpful and answers all questions. The platform is easy to use from an administrators perspective. It is a great way to have a small amount of employees in the US and make sure everything is done properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometime communication can be delayed, this could be related to time zone differences though. I also don't like that things can be auto approved on the platform without actual admin approval, ex. an invoice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While their pricing is competitive, the real advantage of using Remofirst is their customer service and transparency. We were completely new to the world of EOR, and we had a specific person we wanted to hire, in a pretty short timeframe...but they happened to be in another country. Our Account Executive was helpful, responsive, and patient with our many questions, and offered us competitive pricing. Then the Customer Service Team got us all set up and ready to go with a quick turnaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love their customer service; they always respond to my questions within the day and provide detailed information on a query. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Remofirst uses too many platforms; they should be consolidated into one. There is Precision, Payworks and Remofirst, all of which provide some of the same information and similar services.
2. The US company that I work for, which has hired Remofirst as their provider for Canadian employees, offers insurance after 3-months of employment. In contrast, Remofirst only provides health and dental insurance after 6 months. I have worked in Montreal, Canada, for over 20 years, and I have never worked for a company that only offers insurance after 6 months. When I asked Remofirs, they told me those are the Canadian requirements, which is untrue.
3. In the past, I have worked with Deel, a direct competitor of Remofirst, and I found their system more user-friendly and less constricting. Through Deel I was allowed unlimited PTO in my contract (see comment 4 below) and insurance as of day 1 of my employment.
4. The company that I work for also offers unlimited PTO, but I was told that Remofirst does not allow that; therefore, a set number of weeks had to be included in my contract. Again the limitations of Remofirst are exposed since I am not offered the same services in Canada as my employer offers their employees in the US because of Remofirst's limitations. What I liked most about Remofirst is their customer service! Special kudos to our account manager, Victor, who has consistently provided us with speedy and prompt responses from initial contact up to now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I guess it would be their webapp. When we partnered with them last year, they were in the midst of rebranding from remoteam to remofirst. Hence, their website was still in progress and it only went live a few months after partnering with them. Their new website is easy to navigate/user friendly though I haven't delved/explored it deeply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would have said the dashboard 6-8 months ago but they are constantly making improvements to it so it is much more robust currently and allows for self-service of many tasks (salary adjustments, adding new team members, reimbursement of expenses, etc.). The only thing I don't like about Remofirst is the lack of integration with payroll platforms such as Rippling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
