More than once, I have had a need or request that was answered not just with a fix, but with a permanent improvement of my service. They go out of their way to give me even better than I ask for, without extra charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The due date for my monthly bill is not a specific day of the month, but is dependent on when I approve the invoice, which is slightly inconvenient. (However, when I pointed this out, the company has solved it for me in a more than adequate way, so it is not really an issue.)
Due to their local Romanian partner going out of business, they ended up having to switch us to a new local partner, which was NOT good to us (and cost another $100/month for worse service). Not RemoFirst's fault.
Because of this local partner, we ended up finding a different solution. However, all RemoFirst employees and representatives treated us in an exemplary way throughout the entire process, including the offboarding. I would still very much recommend RemoFirst. Having to deal with the labour law in a different country would have been a nightmare for us. Working with RemoFirst means that we have somebody else taking care of all the respective headaches.
Of course, we still need to make some decisions. RemoFirst and RemoFirst's local partners (for us the relevant countries are France and Spain) always professionaly presented the options and helped us take the decisions.

We have an employee that moved abroad and RemoFirst was a good solution to keep employing her. Putting an intermediary in between was no issue at all. However, when we hired somebody new, he had to have a certain level of trust in us to work through an EoR. So it is not really a downside of working with RemoFirst, but a general disadvantage of using an EoR.

There is always someone who responds to my queries in a timely manner. There is also clarity on the legal requirements and how RemoFirst adheres to them.

The onboarding process was really easy, I received all the information I needed to start the process, and whenever I had a question they were attentive and quick to answer. The platform is very intuitive and guides you through the process as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once the onboarding process was finished, I didn't receive any information as to who was going to be my point of contact afterwards, either from Remofirst or from the local partner, which was a bit confusing, but I asked my onboarding contact and got an email to direct any further questions, so it was easily solved. In this era after covid so many companies allows their employers to work from wherever they are, that's fantastic. Remofirst allows your employer to hire you from any place, giving you the opportunity to stay in your country and having the right to work fully covered in terms of taxes. I'm still discovering the good and the bad things about this service so I can't say right now nothing bad about Remofirst.

The dashboard needs to be more user friendly, there are a lot of data that are obsolete, and the time off feature does not work well. I recently onboarded with Remofirst in Germany and the process was very smooth, I know consult the dashboard at leasce once a week and it integrates well with my routine. I can't think of enything I dislike. The only detail that could be improved is that I was asked to fill manually a document with some personal information during onboarding that could have been an online form in the website instead.
