As a team we use Quantcast across the majority of our clients, so use the platform daily. The user interface is really easy to use, which for a programmatic team is one of the most important aspects, which also includes campaign setup and implementation and we very rarely encounter blockers to going live. We predominantly use the platform for Display & Video campaigns which we are very comfortable in using and see strong performance across campaigns. We have also always had very strong relationships with our regional reps in Manchester and found them to be knowledgeable and responsive. It would be great if there was a tool allowing us to extract insights from any data trends or areas the platform is automatically optimising towards, to add depth to our weekly reports alongside any manual optimisations made. Also whilst the number of ways we can optimise campaign performance is ok it can be a little manual, for instance creating exclusion lists for site optimisations, and it would be good if there was more ways to optimise (such as looking at intent triggers and being able to refine this). Also budget flighting continues to be frustrating for clients which have distinct monthly budgets but want to extend the existing campaigns. I wouldn't say that Quantcast is our go to platform for 3rd party integrations or PMP / PG buying, it feels a little bit behind competitors for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I use the Quantcast Platform I know I'll be able to set up an entire campaign in minutes. I can get at-a-glance insights from their UI, and if there's ever an issue I encounter I know I can reach out to their support team and get the answer quickly and easily. - The UI is easy to navigate.

- When pulling reports, and you want to include reports with a specific word or phrase, you cannot - you need to individually select the campaign/campaign ID. Sometimes it takes long as we have a few to select.

As a programmatic trader within an agency, using the Quantcast platform has been a good experience with the platform offering utility and effectiveness not found in others. Customer support and service has always been excellent as our reps have always been on hand to help set up / QA / troubleshoot campaigns.
