## Redzone Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined Operations with Barcode Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like moving from paper to online with QAD Redzone. It prompts the operator automatically for checks so they don't forget. Our coach Matt was great. It's great that you can scan barcodes for efficiency too.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I found the complexity with transferring paper-based forms into QAD Redzone challenging due to different people having different tasks on the same form, and having only one sign-off makes it hard to have both production and QA review as a final sign-off. I also face challenges in getting teams onboard with how and when to pull paper and discussing logistics of how many forms to launch, which lines to launch, and which areas, because of the large number and complexity of current forms.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find QAD Redzone helpful for moving quality compliance online, prompting operators automatically for checks, and scanning barcodes for efficiency. However, transferring paper forms is complex due to tasks overlap and single sign-off limitations for operators and QA.

  ### 2. Intuitive and Efficient, Streamlines Production Processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksei Z. | Business Intelligence Analyst

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

For me, the best thing about Redzone is definitely how intuitive and easy to use it is. Often, when I've seen it rolled out, there is initially some trepidation about its usability, especially with teams that might have a mix of different languages spoken on the shop floor. However, because it's a modern, slick, and easy-to-interact-with application, similar to an app on a personal phone, the upskilling required is minimal, and people can become competent with it very rapidly. We found that certain users were quickly becoming experts and even starting to show the coaches new tricks! My favorite thing is that it makes operators' lives easier, and they can see how it helps them do their work better and with higher quality.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

One of the improvements that I would like to see in Redzone to take it to the next level would be tying the operational data back to additional wider context. For example, reconciling it with planning financial records, such that it can be used to review holistic site performance. I've seen this done, but currently on an ad-hoc, bespoke basis.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone removes the need for manual data entry, allowing frontline staff to focus on running lines better rather than documenting issues. It also "makes the world smaller", bringing together the departments and levels within the business by giving a single view of performance visibility accessible to everyone.

  ### 3. Live Data and Huddles That Drive Continuous Improvement and coaches approaches to Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The fact that it’s a single-platform tool helps leaders get the right tools to use Redzone effectively. I also like how the huddles drive a change in mindset and encourage a different way of thinking. Because the data is live, we don’t need to report numbers anymore; instead, we focus on continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The downside is that the boot camps are scheduled months after implementation. Ideally, this should be changed so they happen before implementation or launch.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There’s good engagement from supervisors, and people are able to get involved and have a voice where, perhaps, beforehand they wouldn’t have.

  ### 4. The best Quality Control System in Manufacturing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin R. | Quality Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Our Quality program was all done by paper, so you can imagine the Revolution to be able to see the progress live of all checks done.
I like the agility of the tool and the engagement it brought to the floor. I'm surprised of the Communication improvement with QA

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing to Report. Redzone worked well at our site.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Organization had a paper-based compliance system, so Redzone came as the solution to improve our Quality assurance System.
What was most impactful was the SPC tracking of our most important product-paremeters. We track weights directly from the checkweigher now and we found out a great opportunity to reduce giveaway at the higher-size packs had 2% overfill. This represente a savings of $230K/year

  ### 5. The competitive edge that we needed to get us ahead in ops.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Troy B. | Machine Operator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The competitive edge that we needed to get us ahead in ops.
The huddles and the daily meeting really changed the way we respond to downtime events. QA, maintenance and ops stop to Address any Burning issues to get us Back on track.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

No downsldes observei while using Redzone.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone Solving actually helps us get problems fixed. When something goes wrong, it’s easy to call it out, get the right people involved, and track it until it’s resolved. We’re not just talking about issues anymore—we’re closing them. It’s made downtime more visible, handoffs clearer, and expectations obvious. We spend less time firefighting and more time running the line. Overall, it makes the job easier and helps us hit our numbers.

  ### 6. Enhanced Compliance and OEE for Grain Milling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like the structure QAD Redzone provides around company culture and the organization of activities and data. Our coach Aaron Jackson has been really helpful in integrating the unique needs of our operation into the QAD Redzone platform.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

In grain milling, a lot of the product loss is very hard to measure. We are looking into strategies and logs to begin tracking that data. I think we're already making great strides towards that, which will be impactful to our operation.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use QAD Redzone to manage downtime, enhance company culture, and organize activities and deadlines. It structures our company culture and organizes data, making operations smoother.

  ### 7. Simplifies Communication with Expert Coaching

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle B. | Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like the simplicity of the QAD Redzone app. It's straightforward to use, making my daily tasks easier to handle. I also really appreciate the coaches. They're not just experts on the app but also continuous improvement (CI) experts, which adds immense value to the experience.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I think there should be a more frequent recap program with coaches visiting for a week annually. Also, there's a lot of work needed on the front end for the initial setup and some work for maintenance on the back end.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone solves communication problems. I like the simplicity of the app and the expertise of the coaches, who are also CI experts.

  ### 8. Strong Paperless Compliance, but No Desktop App for Reviewing Photos and Checks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The compliance module is quite good for going paperless and creating closed-loop processes for quality and related workflows.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The lack of a desktop app makes it difficult to view pictures taken in RedZone compliance without having to open a tablet. As managers, we all have laptops and don’t need a tablet sitting on our desks just to follow up on failed checks or issues where photos help describe what happened.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

going paperless and the quality checks having characteristics built in makes it hard for operators to 'cheat' a check.

  ### 9. Maintenance Module is a Must-Have Redzone feature

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chuck H. | Maintenance Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone stands out for the reliability module. The operators can open work requests that can be approved into work orders. That increased exponentially how early we can catch problems. Senses also help us on diagonosing issues.

I also like the maintenance dashboard where we can see live status of line issues. And the maintenance Calendar where operators can see PMs planned for the month.

Having a coach is a must. Without our coach onsite, Caroline B. we would not be able to take full advantage of all features tailored to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

All good so far with the Redzone implementation.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous maintenance system did not really hit our needs as much as Redzone does now.
With centerlines we now have specific machine parameters for every Single product we run. That really changed the operators life, who before needed to rely on a CI person to print those off daily (and hope those were the correct settings).

With Breakdowns, we have a better management of our downtime events and reporting of what job was done.

Finally, with the CILs we have team members inspecting lines every shift and if anything fails, it creates automated work orders.

  ### 10. Learn Module helps accelerate Team Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana S. | Training Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I'm in charge of building the Learn content for my site and Redzone has been super easy to create, update and access material relevante to the team members.

I really enjoy the fact that it connects to Problem codes and to products so if we have and line downtime event they can check plays when they most need it.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I have some wifi blind spots in my factory and I can't upload content at those places.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The plant that I work with has high turnover rates and we are about to open new Lines. So our main goal is to onboard team members quickly and get them to hit ground running soon.

Redzone has benefited us on builidng a training plan and executing the vision. Our coach is patient and helps us stay on course to achieve our plan within our ambitious timeline.

Team members already have access to a huge library we created helping access product manuals, operations forms and troubleshooting guides.

  ### 11. Great Productivity Metrics and Smooth Cross-Shift Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig R. | Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Productivity metrics are great, and it works well as a communication tool across shifts. Allows for paper checks to be done digitally and ensures that work flows are completed.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Project and activity management can be challenging at times if culture of the organization is not built around redzone.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is providing a place for all of our training materials to be stored and tracked. It also provides valuable and timely data to help improve daily and long term decision making.

  ### 12. Streamlined OEE Tracking and Productivity Boost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I really like all the information tracking that QAD Redzone offers. It's great to be able to just pull up Redzone right on my iPad and see how the lines are doing. If there's an issue, I can figure out what it is and immediately attack it. We have constant huddles and meetings throughout the day, and Redzone lets us know if we're running a little bit behind on a line, which allows us to immediately formulate a game plan to get back on track. I also love that the people from Redzone were extremely helpful during setup. They provided on-site coaching, which was integral to getting the system going smoothly. This support made the learning process very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use QAD Redzone for OEE tracking, Kaizen events, and continuous process improvement. It helps identify startup issues, reduce downtime, and maximize uptime, providing a wealth of information daily. I can quickly see line performance and address issues, keeping us on track with constant updates.

  ### 13. Redzone Drives Team Motivation and Lightning-Fast Issue Resolution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MARIO T. | production manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has been a great motivator for my team. We have TVs with scores pointing at the production lines and my line leads love to see the green hours.
Huddles have helped us align on priorities and get feedback about quality issues to our QC techs much faster and address the issues immediately.
The Reliability module has been a phenomenal as well. Just yesterday I was training one of my new leads to senses and almost as soon as I submitted the sense, one of the maintenance techs was standing behind me, tablet in hand, asking what was wrong. This kind of response time never happened before Redzone and honestly was a pleasant surprise.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Not really a dislike of the program but it was hard for us to accept the changes being made rapidly to our organization. But now, we are able to accept the change at a much faster pace as we have gotten use to the technology.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a business standpoint, Redzone has helped us with costing. Before, because of our short runs and SKU mix, we were not easily able to determine how much SKU would cost us. Using the Redzone data to analyze rates and labor by SKU has been tremendously easy and in turn, help us price fairly and competitively for our customers.
During our busy seasons, we see OEE that reaches 60%-70%, which almost double from where we started.

  ### 14. Redzone gave a Voice to our ESL operators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra D. | Production Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone helped to give a Voice to the operators and to envolve them in the continuous improvement initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I did not have and issues with Redzone..

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a multi-cultural team that have English as a Second Language. Redzone helped to give avoice to these team members.
Now we increased engagement and owenership of the Lines by escalation of downtime events in Redzone.
They use pictures and videos to open work ordens and call our maintenance team right away to solve issues.
It also speeded up the time to get Lines released at pre-ops as we Connect with QA team live and see their progress in the dashboard.

  ### 15. Redzone shaped the culture of my factory

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carter W. | Operations Superintendent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like how it changes and shapes the culture of my team. Since we started Redzone, it increased the sense of urgency and engagement of the operators specially towards breakdown events.

Deploying the productivity module mas not necessarily an easy task given the complexity of our line arrangement, but with the support of the coach Caroline Brunstein we were able to hit the ground running soon to establish a baseline OEE.

What had the greatest Impact so far were the kaizen events. One that stood out is our startup improvement. With Redzone we learned we were losing close to 20min of our power hour and we were able to remover 17min by changing things within our control.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It mas dificult to get access to my equipment as it mas protected from the manufaturers. It mas not a Redzone issue per say, but I appreciate how the coach and project manager helped us navigate this issue with OEM

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to unlock capacity of our Cook Lines. Redzone helped us identify and realize those opportunities.
On top of that, it helped my team get better at analyzing data to identify top issues to quickly Address them

  ### 16. We not to 100% paperless with Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia H. | Quality Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Our paperless Journey has been nothing short of remarkable.
We started with more than 100 checks and bad less than 3 months to deactivate our old System. Redzone stood mas for how user-friendly it is and data analytics.

We were able to successfully tranfer the checks with less than 3 weeks. What I like the best mas our coach Caroline B who helped our team decretes the amount of missed checks from 43% to about 0.8%. The coaching makes the total difference.

Moving forward, given how much benefits the compliance module unlocked, we'r considering buying Learn to have our product manual transferes over.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone is Great, I have no complaints so far

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We thought we bad purchased Redzone because of the the analytics powehouse that it provides. But through the Journey we know now the biggest a-ha is the engagement with the frontline team and the Access to real-time data.

Our main goal mas to become paperless in 90 days and we were able to do it in 3 weeks, so it surrasse our expectativas

  ### 17. Redzone is Worth the investment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nestor F. | Continuous Improvement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

For a manufacturing or production environment looking to digitalise operations, improve data visibility, engage the floor staff, and move away from paper checks, Redzone is the best option.

You get real ROI (improved communication, faster audits, better shift handovers) , the investment pays off quickly

The coach, Caroline B., went above and Beyond to make sure it mas a smooth transiton. She also helped a not with the change management that mas needed with our Organization.

I also loved the reporting tools.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing. The transiton mas smooth.
I appreciate the coach's help on off weeks to make sure we were still on track.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an 10% uplift and with Redzone we were able to get even more than we anticipated!
What stands is what it did to our culture. the engagement we are getting from operator in unprecedented.

We were original just getting the productivity and compliance module, out decided to get all 4 after the Great results we saw.

  ### 18. Compliance Module

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kandace S. | Quality Food Safety Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Our facility recently completed the 90-day launch of Redzone Compliance Module and really appreciates what the module brings to the TEAm. The top few items that the Redzone Compliance Module improved at our facility are (1) visibility on missed and failed quality checks in real time, (2) reduction of paper waste, (3) ease in pulling data for audits, and (4) coaching for the first 90 days of launch which ensures effective use of the tool.
Before the Redzone Compliance module, we had many checks being completed by technicians on the floor every 15 minutes. Since all these checks were on paper, the only way a supervisor or a member of the quality TEAm would know if a check was missed or failed was if they were told by the technician or they walked out to the line and reviewed all the paper checks which is time consuming. In Redzone Compliance module, you can setup alerts or actions to different groups of people (e.g. supervisors, quality) when a check is missed or failed in real time which leads to more timely and effective solutions.
During the launch, we discovered that pulling the data from completed checks is significantly more efficient than pulling data from paper in an audit. We performed two mock audits during our first 90 days and found that all the data could be pulled within a few minutes in the system rather than having to dig for the right paper check to show an auditor.
The Redzone Compliance Module is able to hold complicated checks and trigger checks in a variety of ways. Since we already had the Redzone Productivity Module, we were able to not only trigger checks based on a specific date and time, but also when a specific downtime code is entered or run uptime.
The most important resource that Redzone offers to promote a successful Redzone Module launch is having a dedicated coach to assist with implementation of the module for the first 90 days. Our coach, Zach Thompson, met with a small TEAm onsite for four weeks leading up to the launch week to train us on how to enter checks in Redzone. During launch week, Zach trained all production and quality associates on how to complete a check, actively addressed issues we were having with the new checks, and trained the quality TEAm on how to pull the data from Redzone for auditing purposes. In later weeks, he created countless checks in the module, trained all departments onsite on how to complete a check, and went through the validation process with the Quality TEAm, clearly communicating what SOPs and other requirements that needed to be done to meet 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, often having templates associated with all documents we needed. This greatly reduced the time for the site to go paperless which was accomplished in 45 days after initial launch. Due to the preparation the site did upfront plus the coaching provided by Redzone, we were able to create 90%+ of the checks we intend to transition to Redzone within the first 90 days. This greatly reduces the resource commitment from the site after launch. I highly recommend the Redzone Compliance Module to any site that would like to have a more effective and visible quality system with significant launch support.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone only works with Apple devices, so the upfront cost is more than other systems.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Redzone, we had multitudes of paper. Taking paper away has really cleaned up the clipboards and notebooks in the lab. It is also so much easier in an audit to be able to pull it up on screen versus sifting through folders of paper.

  ### 19. Successfully Paperless with the Redzone Compliance Module!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The only challenge with using Redzone is that it does require Apple devices, so Apple TVs do have to be purchased to show the information on a TV.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, Redzone Compliance has allowed the site to go paperless on many quality checks and checks in other departments such as standard work and daily checklists.

  ### 20. User-Friendly Redzone with Exceptional Coaching Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone was very user friendly. Neil West our coach was so helpful and spent so much time ensuring that we had a smooth transition and were using Redzone effectively to support our processes and what we wanted out of it.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone is very useful for packaging lines and was not entirely useful for some of our processes. Additionally it didn’t really accommodate for extensive change overs. I feel like a few more tweaks would allow it to be more useful. It would have also been better to have the project team located in the same time zone. Our project manager Max was in the uk and this was difficult/ delayed responses.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great tool to track all production lines. Previously our old ofs was only set up on two lines. This gave visibility across the entire factory.

  ### 21. Boosted Team Efficiency and Transparency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meagan S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I love everything about QAD Redzone so far. Aaron has been amazing at making sure we have our Is dotted and our Ts crossed. We have come together so much as a team and are looking forward to seeing more results this year. The setup was very easy thanks to Aaron and the team.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

We have still a lot to learn and hope to incorporate more things for our business.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone helps us track production rates and downtime, enabling employees to code downtime for management to improve problem areas. It's brought our team together, and we're excited to see more results.

  ### 22. User-Friendly Tool That Significantly Improves Shop Floor Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It's user friendly and helps with communication significantly across the shop floor.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I have not found any downsides so far, I think I would just make the forums easier to read and understand from someone on the outside that is not participating.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to take a deeper dive into our problems and really put a number on what it is costing us.

  ### 23. Absolutely transformative for our operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie W. | Manufacturing Engineer III, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The user interface is intuitive, even for operators who are less tech-savvy — adoption was fast and smooth.

Real-time visibility into OEE, downtime events, and production performance has been a game changer. We can pinpoint bottlenecks and act almost immediately.

The communication tools built into Redzone have closed long-standing gaps between shifts, departments, and management. Everyone is aligned and better able to address issues as they arise.

The coaching and rollout support was exceptional. Our Redzone coach provided hands-on guidance, ensured follow-through, and helped embed best practices across teams.

The platform drives accountability. Frontline employees can see their impact, and management can reward progress transparently.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

That some of the built-in reporting can feel rigid; more customizable or dynamic graphs would be a welcomed enhancement.

Expanding support beyond iOS/iPad (into Windows or desktop interfaces) would broaden usability across all teams.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is solving the visibility and communication gap that has always existed between the production floor and leadership. Before Redzone, much of our performance data was delayed or buried in spreadsheets, making it difficult to act quickly or engage the team.

It felt like piloting a jet liner without any GPS or gauges. Could you imagine flying a plane in the fog or darkness without gauges to tell you your altitude, fuel level, or radar to show the mountain ahead? We're not actually flying a plane here (I don't even have my pilots license), but now we have real-time insight into downtime, efficiency, and quality metrics, allowing us to identify issues and implement countermeasures on the spot. AKA - avoid flying into the mountain or running out of fuel.

It’s also bridged communication across shifts and departments. Operators can log events, leave notes, and celebrate wins in one shared platform, so nothing gets lost between handoffs. That visibility has built accountability and ownership at every level.

Redzone has turned our data into action and our workforce into a unified team, driving improvements in productivity, quality, and morale all at once.

  ### 24. Powerful Analytics That Connects the Shop Floor to Plant Objectives

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith R. | Continuous Improvement Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Its ability to connect the shop floor to plant objectives and leadership - the interactive components and the data analytics and reports are powerful.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The forums are not as flexible as I would like to capture notes during the discussions to have a one stop shop for operational data

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows to prioritize our work and identify operational challenges real time

  ### 25. Redzone helped us reduce turnover

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terry P. | Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The best feature about Redzone for our plant now is the Learning Module. It provides on-demand content upon a downtime event. It also help us onboard the team and monitor kill completion.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

So far it has worked well for the plant.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone Learn module helped execute our strategy to reduce operator turnover. With the Redzone coach, Caroline B., the team developed a robust training plan and created more than 200 Learning packages with videos and quizzes to get our team up-to-speed.
We are on an expanding site, so Redzone will be part of our strategy to onboard team members to our new Lines.

  ### 26. Empowers Teams and Delivers Peace of Mind

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan S. | Production Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

What I appreciate most about this tool is how it has empowered my team. They end their day feeling truly heard. The features that let you monitor every aspect of your production facility offer peace of mind and make it easier to identify areas that could use improvement.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

What I like least is not knowing for sure when a chat has been opened by the recipient. I would really appreciate a feature that confirms when a chat has actually been opened.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage a large number of SKUs, and Redzone has made it significantly easier to investigate potential issues, particularly when it comes to compliance. Our team is highly motivated to stay in the green, so having the OEE targets displayed directly in front of the drivers is extremely helpful and makes perfect sense.

  ### 27. Comprehensive Platform with Great Production Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The visibility of our production performance and the comprehensive approach the entire platform offers.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There are a few instances when I wish i could customize certain forum dashboards. Building out the compliance module and learning module are a very large lift.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

visibility into where we are experiencing downtime and increasing communication and problem solving across all departments

  ### 28. Proactive Visibility and Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like the visibility of issues and communications that QAD Redzone offers. It's valuable for shifting from a reactive to a proactive approach by highlighting issues and being more present.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

On fishbones when creating solutions, having a high-level export and list of solutions in order would be better rather than going into each one to look at the score.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone highlights top-level and low-level data for run rates, downtime, and fault codes. It provides visibility of issues and communications, flipping the needle from being reactive to proactive, highlighting issues and ensuring we are more present.

  ### 29. Automated Data Collection and Real-Time Visibility That Elevate Team Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lyle J. | Continuous Improvement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Automated data collection, combined with real-time data display and clear communication across all levels of the organization. I also like that it can handle all quality checks within the same system, and that it provides a framework for huddles and forums so we can get more out of our team meetings.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The only downside I see with Redzone right now is that it’s Apple-based software. It would be great if it were available on other platforms as well.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone helps us collect accurate downtime data and OEE, while also providing clear communication channels for staff and teams both on and off the production floor.

  ### 30. Redzone is a versatile tool that truly improved the training experience at my factory

Redzone helped our training team to create a new strategy to onboard new operators and provide a better Learning experience for the new hires

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I had a Great experience with the tool using it everyday.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the Business is expanding we were tasked with the Challenge to onboard operators quickly setting them up for success.
Redzone's coach helped us to Build a strategy to Cover training for different operations positions and create content to complement the theoretical training portion before the shadowing with the trainers.
Redzone is a versatile tool that truly improved the training experience.

  ### 31. Streamlined Compliance and Productivity Boost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine Y.

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I love the way QAD Redzone pulls data quickly and creates data sheets in so many ways. I love the bars and gold stars, which help us understand who's winning and where we need to improve. The compliance piece is huge, as we get to have all our data in one place, understand missed checks, and get on them ASAP. Everyone sees the score and is on it.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

We're working through the activities, trying to make it useful for us since we don't have maintenance in QAD Redzone. I wish the productivity module included the compliance team. They didn't know how to maneuver around in Redzone if you hadn't taken the productivity course. They were behind the ball.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone helps with accurate data collection, making us audit-ready and paperless. It improves team performance by identifying downtime and providing compliance insights. We love its quick data access, colorful data sheets, and the way it highlights areas for improvement.

  ### 32. Streamlined QA Processes with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dana J.

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I find QAD Redzone to be an excellent software solution for our facility. It allows us to digitize and organize all our QA checks, turning them into meaningful, data-driven processes. I appreciate the ability to create new production checks and track efficiencies and other key metrics with ease. The coach (Juan Conde Belmares) has been outstanding, providing creative and practical ideas, training the entire facility, and guiding me through creating reports on Tableau. The compliance module is fantastic; it showed its value when we lost a QA tech but still became more efficient. I like how Redzone enables the combination of production and QA, bridging that gap and tracking the maintenance team's performance better. The ability to have an item/sheet completion trigger another department's check is a feature I particularly enjoy. Overall, it saves time, tracks employee progress, and measures performance.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I don't like not seeing the title of the run ID on the cover page and having to click inside the check to view basic information. Also, the inability to add or subtract time and the limited features with arithmetic functions are frustrating.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone helps digitize QA checks, making them data-driven and organized. It improves efficiency and tracks key metrics with ease. The product facilitates smooth task completion across departments and bridges gaps between production, QA, and maintenance teams, boosting performance and saving time.

  ### 33. Real-Time Visibility That Drives Performance Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** giosbeer m. | Production/Sanitation Supervisor, Food Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has supported our production, quality, and maintenance teams by providing real-time visibility and data-driven insights, allowing us to take immediate action in areas that need improvement and enhance overall performance. It has also equipped us with tools such as the 5 Whys, which have helped us identify ways to improve OEE by reducing waste and labor costs.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

At the moment, I don't have any dislikes regarding Redzone. It is easy to use and serves as a convenient OEE visualization tool, offering valuable insights into our manufacturing performance.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has also helped me improve in my department by enabling me to engage with issues in other departments through real-time communication with operators and supervisors. It has given me the advantage of connecting across departments to identify issues sooner and solve problems faster.

  ### 34. Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John K. | Plant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone empowers our employees on the floor. It allows them access to multiple lines of communication, which leads to quicker response time when issues or questions arise. Not only does Redzone allow management to set goals and review productivity in real time, it gives operators the real time data and "scoreboard," which results in a more driven and focused workforce. Lastly, the encouragement. In manufacturing, encouragement goes a long way and Redzone allows us to see who is making improvement & who is engaged and staying on track to hit their production goals. We are able to "reward" that effort more visibly plant wide.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There is not much I dislike, if anything, about redzone. If I had to pick one thing that has been the most difficult, it is changing how our supervisory and floor EE's approach communicating issues and/or resolving those issues. The huddles & DVS are where this change was required to take place. Voicing those issues amongst their peers, thinking more critically, and being a part of the solution was something new that has taken some support.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving communication gaps, which has benefited how quickly we react to issues when they arise. It is also assisting us with seeing our production gaps and where our focus needs to be to improve throughput and efficiency. An example would be our portion control lines. We have noticed through our redzone downtime events that our bottleneck one several lines is keeping product fed to our machines. This has resulted in our management group reviewing our entire system to determine what equipment is needed that will reduce this downtime.

  ### 35. Exceptional Support and Community Feel, Instantly Connects Our Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tito C. | VIce President of Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The team and coaches are always available to assist whenever you need support. It truly feels like a community of people working together. The service is very intuitive to use and has helped connect our workforce to everything happening in our facility, allowing us to respond quickly to any issues that arise on the floor.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The amount of information can feel overwhelming at first. However, as time goes on, you and your team will find an approach that suits you best.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone gives us a thorough overview of what is happening on our floor. It makes it easy to pinpoint the downtime issues we face, enabling us to address them directly. This is allowing us to reduce our downtime and increasing our OEE.

  ### 36. All the Information in One Place—Easy to Find What You Need

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It brings a lot of information together in one place, making it easy to find what I need.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

When people enter incorrect data into the system.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us go back through any run and figure out any mistakes and also helps us validate ideas about runrates.

  ### 37. Packaging Supervisor

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donna C. | Packaging Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is really helpful when you are managing multiple lines and shifts. It really helps open up the communication between teams.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The only downside I have seen so far is that the amount of checks during each hour is a lot to keep up with especially if you are having to deal with a issue. your check will go away and you don't even know you missed one.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is helping with communicating with other teams and also it helps with setting up you next day for success with reminders such as activitys

  ### 38. Accurate Data & Mobile Access, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dustin E. | grocery order worker trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like the accuracy of the numbers in QAD Redzone. I also appreciate being able to see numbers from my phone, which is really convenient. The initial setup of QAD Redzone was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

have simpler set up for front-line workers

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use QAD Redzone for logging data and reviewing spots for improvement, which helps streamline operations.

  ### 39. Redzone & Coffee

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma J. | Production Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

What I like best about Redzone is the visibility. Not only is our manager group able to track the performance of our team and impact due to changes and improvements made, but the floor operators feel like their hardwork is showing off. The competition and communication that Redzone has brought to our production floor is unmatched to any previous systems we had in place.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

What I dislike about Redzone are the number of imbedded reports that you have to dig through. It can sometimes feel clunky to search for data or show trends in a meaningful way quickly. While active production runs are visible, the flow can sometimes feel busy. What I like best is that we now have the data, the struggle is around finding it.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accountability for performance on the floor and acting on data and proof rather than feeling.

  ### 40. Easy-to-Use, Operator-Friendly Software with Excellent Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JAVIER Z. | Packaging Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Software and easy to use, operator friendly

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing so far it has been great for us and our trainer is excellent

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

our Performance has been doing better since we purchased this software and ROI should be quick

  ### 41. Redzone mas the game-changer in my Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emilio R. | Operacional Excelente Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone basically helps factories run smoother and faster. My team saw a big jump in productivity —because everyone’s connected, working off real-time data instead of chasing paper. It makes it way easier to spot issues, fix them fast, and keep the line moving. Plus, people actually like using it—it boosts communication, gets everyone more engaged, and helps build a stronger, more efficient shop floor without needing extra hands.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

So Far I've bhad a really Great experience.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were very primitive in the way of collecting data. Now we can make decisions based on whats happening live.
I love the engagement from the shop floor.
The training module mas helped us speed up with the way we onboard and get team member hitting the floor running.

  ### 42. Redzone Revolutionized Our Team Communication and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel L. | Sr. Manager Maintenance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has really changed how my team communicates and gets stuff done. Every morning when I come in, I can see right away what actions, PMs, and work orders got finished while I was gone. My techs add photos and videos to the work orders so it’s super clear what the problem was and what they fixed. They actually like using it because it’s quick and easy. Thanks to how easy the app is to use (just like using a cell phone app) and the coaching program, my techs picked up Redzone super quick.
Accountability’s a lot better now too. I can assign PMs and actions straight to my team, and they get alerts right on their iPads, so nothing slips through the cracks. We can track due dates and progress really easily. My team just updates the work order as they go — from 0 to 100% — when they accept it, order parts, get the parts in, and finish the job. Makes it super easy to see where everything’s at. Our coach showed us how to build all the PMs and triggers, and honestly, the software’s really easy to tweak. Now PMs and Operator Care Checks just pop up when they’re due, so we don’t have to guess what to do next.
One of our favorite things is the Breakdown feature. It’s way better than a radio call or text message because everyone gets the full story. Operators can throw in photos, videos, and explain what went wrong. Nothing gets lost in translation anymore. Once a breakdown’s submitted, all my techs see it right away on their tablets, start coming up with a plan to fix it, and jump into action. Since we started using it, our Mean Time to Repair dropped, and our site’s downtime is down 53%.
The Maintenance Dashboard is another big help. It’s easy to read and lets me see what’s done, what’s pending, and what we still need to hit. I can check it any time and know exactly where the team’s at for the day. Mornings are way smoother now. I don’t have to guess or bug my techs for updates.
Parts Inventory feature is great too. The team can update what they used or restocked right away, and I can see what’s in stock from my desk. Now I don’t have to dig through bins and cabinets in the Parts Room to see if we got something.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Sometimes having to switch between different tabs in the forums can be a bit clunky. It would be great to have the Maintenance Dashboard show up on the Overview Tab in a forum.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone really brought everything together for us. We communicate better, react faster, and stay on top of things way easier than before. Since launching Reliability, our site’s OEE has improved by 41%, which is huge.
It’s not just our numbers that got better. Our teamwork did too. Redzone really helped bring the team closer together. My techs collaborate way better now; before, there were some divides. It’s helped us close the loop on communication and made a big difference in how we work day to day.
Another big win for me is how much easier audit prep has become. All my PMs and work orders are digitized, so I don’t have to dig through piles of paper anymore. Everything’s right there when I need it.
Through Redzone’s coaching program, we’ve also upskilled our OP2s to spot wear and tear during setups and take more ownership of the equipment. That’s been a game changer. The Production team now helps care for the assets instead of relying completely on Maintenance. Before Redzone, all that extra responsibility was on our shoulders. Redzone didn’t just improve our processes. It’s made us a stronger, more connected team.

  ### 43. Redzone coaching is the game-changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaz M. | Continuous Improvement System Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The coaching was phenomenal. Caroline was truly the differentiator. We held a kaizen on the Bosch machines and decreased downtime by 1h/week on the first month.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Everything worked well in our plants so far.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our plant needs to generate $1M in savings in the fiscal year.
Redzone is helping us get all the expertise on the floor increasing engagement. Also, with the reliability module we implemented centerlines and CIL's which helped tremendeously identifying mechanical issues before the failure point.

  ### 44. Redzone Brings Powerful Transparency and Reveals Hidden Inefficiencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron B. | Compliance Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone helps us with transparency. We weee able to recognize inefficiencies that we were unaware of once the data was available.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Small learning curve, but our facilitator was very good at explaining everything and walking us through scenarios.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has helped us with our production output. We are consistently settling new daily, weekly, and monthly weight goals.

  ### 45. Insightful Metrics Make Performance Tracking a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dale S. | Sr. Manager of Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

viewing operational performance using metrics

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I can't identify anything yet. The Compliance tool is a bit more complex than the performance tool, but we're still learning.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to measure and report our performance like our other facility. We were able to perform a Kaizen with measurable data to reach a conclusion and corrective action. We will also be able to measure the effectiveness of our CA. leaders are able to recognize individuals and teams for their performance in an immediate and documented way that other employees can see. Employees are able to provide informative comments about their day and what affects them most. We all talk the same language when using RZ.

  ### 46. Redzone Transformed Our Maintenance Program and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marin R. | Maintenance Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

We launched Redzone about a year ago-the same time a became a Maintenance Director. Before we did not have any sort of daily meeting to align priorities, but with Daily Vital Sign, I have been able to connect with the operations team and prioritize actions requested from them.
I was very excited to launch the Reliability module and honestly it did not disappoint. We had to build and train everything from scratch as we had no program before Redzone, and our coach helped walk us through this process step by step. Now we have work orders-parts-and PMs for almost everything we do. It has helped us organize in many ways and has given more ownership to the maintenance techs to take charge of work.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Because Redzone has provided so much to take us to the next level in terms of our maintenance program, it is hard to provide something i dislike. l would say it can be difficult to get every department on the same page in terms of using Redzone successfully, but that has very little to do with the actual software.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned before, Redzone has really helped my Maintenance Technicians take more ownership over their work and requests from operators. Before, I was getting phone calls from every department, and now lot of work has been taken off my shoulders as the Techs respond to senses, breakdowns and work requests.
Our Preventative Maintenance program is relatively new, but we have experienced a 17% downtime reduction during the reliability portion alone and a 36% reduction in the 1 year using the system.

  ### 47. Lots of opportunities and capabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marshall H. | QFS Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like that there is always a way to make Redzone work for your situation. The coaches have a lot of experience in various industries that allow them to be able to make good suggestions for your firm that are relevant.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Sometimes it can be challenging to come up with a way to do something that may be unique to your organization, though most of the time the coaches can find a way to make it work, without drastically changing practices at the site.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is giving us a lot of capability to track production more effectively and track and trace compliance with our quality team.

  ### 48. Digital Quality and Compliance Checks Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Margarita M. | Quality Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

That we now have digital quality and compliance checks.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

As of now, no negative feedback from a Quality perspective.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving real time visibility with product development and checks.

  ### 49. Redzone Empowers Open Team Communication on the Production Floor

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is a great way for the entire company to communicate concerns and issues during production and work through them together as a team. It provides a space for people to share their input without feeling like they’re causing trouble or creating problems.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I think the reporting function in Redzone were limited. For example when we want to review existing quality checks in PDF form, we would have pages to review without any way to format or hide certain inputs that do not need to be shown.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A as I unfortunately was not in Redzone for a long period of time.

  ### 50. Redzone had an Impact of $80K in my plant in one run

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel C. | Quality Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The compliance module is what I like best about Redzone. The live dashboard really impacted our day-to-day approach: now we have visibility live of our defects and opportunities, which before would take us a week to get (when probably maybe too late already).

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing comes to mind. It revolutionized our process truly.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our paperwork would take up to a week to get processed. After implementing Redzone we can see all results live.
Our main issue mas giveaway. With SPC charts in one Single run where we would lose up to $80K, we were able to make $13K! All because of the Alert System we out in place with Redzone.
