Redzone is a very user-friendly system that often feels like it is built from the end-user back. It has been quickly adopted by most of our organization and has opened communication channels across departments. Redzone is a very flexible system that can adapt to changing environments. The program allows you to customize on many levels; several years in, and we are still finding new ways to utilize Redzone to help make our organization more efficient. The primary drawback is the limitation presented by only being able to utilize iOS (Apple) products to run the software. This creates an added cost and requires multiple devices if the rest of your organization uses Windows-based hardware for other business systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very simple to use and implement. Support from onsite coaches and e-mail support has been brilliant so far. Neil has been a great coach to the site and we have worked closely over the last few months in ironing out all any problems that we have faced.
The operators love the system and have taken to it very well. Given the operators a voice they did not have before and we have been abel to communicate to our team easily. We have also been able to integrate our production plans that helps the operators see in real time how close they are to reaching production.

The main challenges have been around some site specific issues that have come up. Redzone is great if you have 1 SKU on 1 location, however if you do multiple SKUs on a line or have multiple infeeds then the data can be difficult to capture easily.
The enterprise update should improve things, but currently it is difficult to input any custom reports or files into the meeting structures that exist within the application.
My main bug bear is that you cannot choose a custom time for meetings and forums. A huddle will only give me shift until now, Daily gives me a window that is greater than 24hrs, but not enough of a window that I can see what has occured on a weekend. There is a custom option in the admin app, but this does not give you an overview screen and does not let you select how much data you want to see. THe main solution to this is using Power BI or Tableau but can be clunky to use on the iPad when in a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
