## Redzone Reviews
  ### 1. Intuitive, Real-Time Visibility That Makes Plant Monitoring Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt T. | District Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The app is intuitive and easy to use. It also provides a high level of visibility to what is going on in my plant in real time. I am able to multi-task and complete other things while still understanding what is going on.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The main downside for me is that there is so much you need to learn to really get the most out of the application. It takes more than a few months time to really get up to speed. I am still learning new features even today which is great but challenging when I have so much more to focus on in my role.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, we are trying to continue to grow and gain more capacity at the plant and we have benefitted tremendioulsy here. We have increased output by over 20% since we have implemented and our labor has remained essentially the same.

  ### 2. Redzone Transformed Our Daily Operations Through Better Communication and Less Downtime

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don L. | Production Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

We are a beverage manufacturing facility with about three hundred employees. We started our Redzone about 60 days ago and it has already changed dramatically how we operate day to day. It’s a shock sometimes when you see that initial OEE number, but Redzone has helped us raise that number each day through better communication and reducing downtime. It has completely changed our daily morning meeting structure to keep it clean and impactful, focusing more on the day ahead versus what happened yesterday.
Our coach Zach has from day one demonstrated leadership and clarity that has made this transition easier than any of us here had expected. One thing that our Redzone coach did that stood out right away was he did not just show us how to do use the program; he walked us through it once and made sure we understood it well enough to do it ourselves the next time. That made a significant difference. He was also very consistent about how engagement drives change, helping everyone get involved and encouraging the team to use Redzone to structure all the daily activities.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

If I could change one thing, I would like an Android app as many of our employees use Android phones.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has also made it easier for employees to raise issues that they may encounter in their day-to-day work environment. Having a direct line to management ensures concerns and ideas are heard and not lost or never mentioned. That has been a big shift for us culturally. From a practical standpoint, this has helped with communication across the workforce. We have multiple buildings and work areas, and before Redzone this meant frequent radio calls or walking back and forth just to pass along information. Now it is all right there at the workstation, and things move faster.

  ### 3. With Redzone we broke our all-time OEE record to an unthinkable 70.1%!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine C. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

We got the best results by implementing both the Productivity and Learn modules together. This had a major impact on our ability to develop and share videos of our standards and training content on how to use Redzone, so operators had everything they needed and could get up to speed quickly.

I also like the power of huddles. They elevated the voices of our operators and really changed how we prioritize the work we do, or how we course-correct during the shift using our real-time data.

Another powerful feature we use is Activities. We create actions in huddles as well as in the daily meeting, and we’re able to assign them to the right departments and track them for accountability.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

My factory had no major problems with Redzone, we're pleased with the results.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest issue was line availability. The major downtime events during our setup and ramp-up period really hurt our weekly results and pushed us into automatic weekend runs. Since we implemented Redzone, the difference has been significant: the sense of urgency and the team’s ownership have increased.

Now, every downtime event is treated seriously, starting from the huddle and continuing through our daily forum. Our meetings have shifted from opinion-based discussions to fact-based conversations, which helps us stay focused on resolving the major issues.

We put significant effort into training the team on SMART playcalls, and we’re now seeing the results. They can articulate more clearly what is needed, when it’s needed, and who will do what by when.

We’re very proud of our results so far. Even now after our coach, Caroline B. , left we still keep increasing our OEE. Just this year (2026), we went from 63.2% in January to a record-breaking 70.1% in April. We unlocked line capacity, which has enabled us to stay out of weekend runs. It’s had a massive impact on team morale and engagement.

  ### 4. Redzone helped us save $45K with the Compliance Module on a single product run

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian D. | Quality Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone brought my factory into the 21st century. Our data-analysis processes were archaic, and now we have information coming in live from our lines.

I’m working closely on the Compliance Module deployment, and I’ve found it very simple to create quality checks and set up the triggers. I was hesitant at first because my plant has more than 80 checks, but I can’t believe how quickly we were able to create them all.

I also appreciate how straightforward it is to create product parameters. Another big plus with Redzone is the coaching. It has been a key to success at our site, because it helped us match the implementation pace to our operators. Even though we had checks ready, we followed the coaching plan to implement them one at a time and go paperless before launching more checks.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

No downsides of using the Redzone system

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My site had very poor control over our quality processes. Sometimes it would take a week for checks to be verified and signed off. Because everything was done on paper, it felt like we had almost no visibility at all. And if something was off, there was a real risk that major issues could become irreversible, leading to significant scrap events.

The biggest impact has been on preventing potential quality deviations, such as best-before dates and label discrepancies. It was a significant win to use the bar code reader during quality checks and to have operators use their cameras to take pictures of the label. To put the situation in context, we already had a quality defect where the wrong labels were used, which led to scrapping the equivalent of $50K worth of product. Over a year, wrong dates represented $33K.

Within two weeks of the ingredient verification check, we had already caught three events of using the wrong seasoning, which—if not caught right away—would have led to full batches being scrapped (a $45K impact).

  ### 5. Accurate OEE and Engaged Operators with Redzone’s Automated Downtime Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catlin S. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone implemented something truly unique within our network: the capability to have automated asset counts and automated problem-code issues (upstream issues or downstream issues). This makes our downtime data much more precise, since operators only code downtime for their specific equipment.

This capability has made our OEE calculation more accurate, and now we can identify our main issues with real precision. Redzone analytics is also on its way to integrate with our Powerbi system, which will allow us to seamlessly keep all our analytics live. Before Redzone, we literally had operations populating a board, which then had to be transcribed into an Excel file and incorporated into Powerbi.

We have a diverse workforce, and Redzone being available in multiple languages was super impactful for us. The main dashboard and other visual tools are very effective as well, and they’ve made our operators more engaged by creating a sense of ownership for line performance that was hidden before. The TV screens are well designed and have stimulated healthy competition between our lines to see who gets top 1 on the shift.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

No major issues during implementation in our site.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My site struggled to identify and prioritize issues during the shift, and to resolve recurring problems. With Redzone, it’s very visual and easy to see what the teams should be working on in real time.

We’ve only just implemented it, but we can already see how Redzone has impacted the way we schedule production, how we allocate labor, and how we structure our problem-solving events using real-time data.

  ### 6. Redzone Transformed Our Shop-Floor Culture—Intuitive, Engaging, and Empowering

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Quality Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has been a complete game changer for our operation. What truly sets it apart is how quickly it transforms culture on the floor—not just performance metrics. The platform is intuitive, engaging, and incredibly effective at empowering operators to take ownership of productivity, downtime, and continuous improvement in real time. Within weeks, we saw a level of engagement and visibility that would have taken months (if not years) with traditional systems.

A huge part of our success came down to the coaching—and Caroline B. stands out as one of the best in the business. Her ability to connect with teams at every level is exceptional. She doesn’t just “teach the tool”; she brings energy, clarity, and purpose to the entire journey. Caroline B. has a unique talent for making complex concepts feel simple and actionable, while also holding the team accountable in a positive and motivating way.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone has been great so far, we didn't have any significant issues.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My main involvement was supporting the compliance implementation, with the goal of launching Redzone in a completely paperless way.

Redzone’s biggest benefit has been how easy it is for operators to use. From my side as an admin, I also really appreciate how practical it is to build and launch a check.

The biggest impact for us has been the live compliance dashboard. The Operations and Quality teams can react much faster to failed checks than plants that don’t have Redzone. Our follow-up on line issues has improved, and communication between teams is also better.

I also like the data analytics tools Redzone offers. We’ve been able to spot trends and use the SPC tools to help decrease giveaway.

  ### 7. Easy to Use from Day One—Great Coaching and Real-Time Data for Better Shift Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel L. | Continuous improvement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

We opened a brand-new manufacturing site and started using Redzone from day one. That allowed us to capture historical data from the beginning and track progress live.

Redzone is very easy to use, and it’s genuinely rewarding to have a tool that supports the plant-floor team when they need it most. We’re seeing the impact of using data to drive decision-making in our huddles, and it has improved communication across shifts.

The best thing about Redzone is the coaching. Caroline was patient with training the team and making sure we got the most out of the tool. We rolled out the compliance module, and it has helped our team become more disciplined about completing checks and resolving issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

So far we Don't have any issues we didn't resolve already

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is helping us execute our state-of-the-art factory vision. We launched it from the very first production run, and it helped us capture data from day one.

What stood out most was how easily our operators started using it. Features like adding comments on downtime issues have helped us escalate problems quickly. The compliance module has been a revolution in our organization. It’s the first site within our network to have quality check results live and visible, which has helped us spot issues sooner and expedite resolutions for failed checks.

Caroline B, our coach, has been a key player on executing our Organization vision. She has provided guidance to our team on improving our huddles and how to best taylor the compliance module to our needs.

  ### 8. Redzone Is a Manufacturing Game-Changer—Easy to Adopt and Packed with Insight

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary Grace P. | Operational Excellence Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

From the minute I got sent the link to explore the software I was hooked. Redzone is the one stop shop for manufacturing, integrating production management, problem solving, maintenance, quality, training, and best of all communication into one tool.

What I really like is that even for the most basic computer user, it's easy to pick up. During my first deployment I vividly remember training one of my old timer supervisors, who barely could use his email. I thought to myself, "he's never going to use this, it's too hard". Fast forward 2 weeks later and he's showing me that he figured out how to look at the performance trend in his department and his top downtime reasons. He wanted me to start a project to help him solve the problem. I was floored. I barely even knew how to find that information myself let alone someone who was likely the least tech savvy in our plant figuring it out on his own - this thing had to be magic. We teamed up and improved that top downtime making them the best performing department in our plant.

As a continuous improvement manager I was immediately more in tune with the problems at my site. I could finally chat with all those 3rd shift operators that I rarely saw, read the notes from all the huddles the day before to see what issues were happening, and monitor our quality checks to ensure they were trending the in right direction. Having so much more useful data at my fingertips is a gamechanger. In-app data can get you far but if you learn how to use Tableau (which you get licenses included with your redzone subscription) the opportunity is endless.

And then there are the Redzone coaches. I could go on and on about how fantastic they are but specifically Derrick Griffin has helped me see what great could look like. He lives and breathes "Empower the frontline to improve the bottom line" connecting with operators - even if they don't speak the same language. He's worked with all parts of our team and is an influential voice to help integrate the continuous improvement mindset into the culture of our company. He encourages me to not give up when deployments get hard and gives me new angles to attack changing people's behaviors. I know I'm a better CI professional and without a doubt Redzone super user after his coaching.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There honestly isn't much to dislike, but coming into a legacy Redzone company - with many admins before me - it was hard to sort through their customizations.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication! Having an iPad at each operators station gives them the ability to communicate what's happening and where they need support. I'm able to talk to people that were previously difficult for me to talk with. Its easy to see trends in issues to create a project team to attack.

  ### 9. Real-Time Dashboards and Coaching Make QAD Redzone Easy to Adopt

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben R. | Plant Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I really like being able to pull up the dashboard and see how efficiently we've run throughout the day. It's great to see things in real-time, which helps me make better decisions faster. I've really enjoyed getting rid of old paper checks and doing them in QAD Redzone because those checks are available in the same place as all the productivity information. We've also created some operator care checks that we didn't have documentation for before, which helps me hold everyone accountable to the tasks that make a difference to production. On top of all that, the software comes with coaching, and our Coach, Aaron Jackson, has coached us in a way that makes sense and it is very easy to learn. It feels like he puts himself in our shoes and really tries to understand things from our perspective, which makes the tool feel customized to our process.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

On days where there are a lot of changeovers, QAD Redzone can feel like a lot to do, and if you forget to put something in, you can't always go back and fix it.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, we're all making better use of our time. It's allowed us to see where we can and should put more effort into our work. We didn't have an organized daily meeting before Redzone, and now we have protected time structure to discuss the things that matter most in the day-to-day operation. Previously, tasks sometimes got lost in the business of the day, but with Redzone Activities, they are right in front of us, like a to-do list. It helps us stay on track, provide feedback, and actually see just how much we're getting done. We've also eliminated paper quality checks and added documentation to tasks where there was none before. This is helping us drive accountability across our entire team.

  ### 10. Redzone Makes Problems Visible—and Fixes Them Faster

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tammie B. | Packaging Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has allowed our struggles to become more visible and with this our problems are being solved and fixed much quicker than before. In our 90 day start up of redzone the packaging area has seen a 30 % uplift in our productivity. A great example of empowering the operators is my one operator had to go walk 50 + ft to a HMI screen to reset the conveyor every time they would stop. She entered her idea in the activity part of redzone suggesting to install a button by the conveyor so that 2 things could happen she would save on wasted motion walking and also make the line more efficient by getting it up and running faster. It was implemented within a few days. This shows that we are addressing the issues and makes the operator have a positive outlook on redzone and what it can do for us in the future. They also will be more reluctant to come up with ideas and share them in redzone when seeing results so quickly.
I also loved the redzone university which I did and made things not so scary. I am having all my supervisors do this also. This was encouraged by our coach Derrick and I agree helps get the whole team on board and using all the redzone features to allow us to become a more productive and efficient manufacturing team :)

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Getting the older generation comfortable with using a tablet .

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my area mechanical issues are some of our biggest problems. Redzone allows the workers to have a voice and create activities which help solve these issues and make us more productive. Our coach Derrick was awesome and was right there helping us every step of the way. His suggestions and support made learning redzone much easier .

  ### 11. Redzone Keeps Frontline Insights Centralized and Drives Continuous Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana M. | Continuous Improvement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is a great tool for keeping our business connected to the truest source of information: the people working directly on the floor. Having used other systems before, I noticed that while they could track OEE, they often fell short when it came to capturing valuable feedback from operators, mechanics, technicians, and everyone else on the team. With Redzone, I see team members actively using the platform to share details (whether through chats, pictures, or videos) which has proven incredibly helpful, especially when different shifts or leaders are investigating recurring issues. It’s great to have all this information centralized, and everything gets recorded in each run report for easy access.
When we kicked off targeted coaching at the start of this year, our site re-launched the huddles with help of our coach, Zach Thompson. Since then, there’s been a noticeable positive trend, not just more forums being held, but also a surge in actions and new ideas that are now being passed along to management forums for follow-up. It’s really important to give the employees the opportunity to feel seen and heard, and their contributions making a tangible impact, and Redzone is a great tool to do so.
The other part on Redzone that is been really helpful is the Kaizen forums, we have used these to conduct Root Cause Analysis, utilize the Fishbone tool and having the ability to manage all the action items and follow ups in one place is great and made our improvement efforts much more organize and effective.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Not at downside from the software by itself, but I was hoping to use Redzone to start implementing Centerlines (base settings) and CILs and then I learned that those are now part of a different module that we don't currently have.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is giving the people working directly on the floor the ability to communicate problems in real time but is also giving them the chance to propose new ideas or solutions that will improve the processes and will motivate them to develop more ownership.

  ### 12. Enhances Production with Real-Time Data Collection

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin R. | Director Of Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like QAD Redzone for its real-time data collecting and the effective communication it facilitates from the bottom to the top. Before QAD Redzone, we didn't have any kind of data collection—it was all manual. Now, it's possible to pull uptime and downtime data. I'm also looking forward to using the compliance module for digitized documentation in the future. The ease of setting up the system is pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

At the beginning of the project, the plant team wasn't included in the planning phases, so it was pretty surprising in terms of the scope of work that was needed from the plant team. The majority of this was decided by our corporate team.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find QAD Redzone crucial for real-time data collection and enhancing communication from the bottom to the top. It replaced our manual data processes and allows us to track uptime and downtime effectively, with future plans for digitized documentation.

  ### 13. Streamlined Compliance and Productivity Boost with QAD Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I use QAD Redzone primarily to drive productivity and ensure compliance across our facilities, and it plays a central role in standardizing processes, improving accountability, and maintaining consistent quality. I enjoy the ability to customize and build out my team's checks from anywhere, which offers great freedom and the ability to assist from any of our locations or even from home. The customization allows us to match the system to our actual workflow with specific fields, photos, and automatic calculations, keeping data consistent and complete, improving compliance, and saving time by automating tasks like defect percentages and credit calculations. I also appreciate the real-time tracking of performance and visibility into key metrics, helping us quickly identify inefficiencies and reduce downtime. The support from a great coach, Ricardo Guillen, has also been invaluable in gaining the knowledge needed to lead and manage Redzone effectively.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

As of now, just the sign off process for quality checks. We should be able to choose what is signed off. Not every data sheet needs to be signed off. Only CCPs and other optional things.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use QAD Redzone to drive productivity, ensure compliance, and eliminate paper issues. It's great for standardizing processes and improving accountability. It streamlines workflows, tracks performance, and enhances compliance by reducing errors. The customization feature further boosts efficiency and data consistency.

  ### 14. Streamlined Quality Checks, Needs Improved Workflow Alerts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooke S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I enjoy that we can set time limits for our quality checks, ensuring our product meets standards at the correct time. It's great that we receive prompts from QAD Redzone, which replaces the manual process where operators kept track of their time. The ability to monitor efficiency, track downtime, and remove paper forms and checks from the floor is really beneficial. I also appreciate having real-time data for quality checks, allowing us to quickly see operators' performance against standards, which has made them more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The cycle locations are clunky to me. I feel like there could be a better way to notify QAD Redzone that you are moving to another batch instead of having to allocate pounds. Skip the part about allocating the pounds. It's repetitive and I don't see what the use is. Also, there was a lot of work on the back end setting up product specifications and the checks themselves.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone helps us monitor efficiency, track downtime, target areas for improvement, remove paper forms, and provides real-time data for quality checks, enhancing operator performance.

  ### 15. Redzone Boosted OEE and Cut Downtime with Real-Time Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe J. | Plant Manager 3rd Street, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

On January 19, 2026, the PBI-Gordon Third Street Plant successfully launched the Redzone Productivity Module, an AI-native manufacturing platform designed to increase output, improve productivity, and reduce total manufacturing costs.

Redzone provides real-time visibility into line and product performance by measuring and tracking key metrics across the plant. Through intuitive dashboards and reporting, frontline teams and plant leaders gain immediate access to performance data, enabling faster decision-making and a clearer understanding of top losses. Built-in lean tools support collaboration and problem-solving directly on the floor.

In the two months following launch, the Third Street team has actively embraced Redzone’s continuous improvement capabilities. With coaching support from our Redzone coach, Tom, the team has conducted numerous 5-Why analyses and facilitated two Kaizen events focused on addressing key production losses. As a result, the plant has achieved a 41% reduction in downtime and a 25% increase in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The results are due to the engagement from our hourly owners, team leads, and Supervisors to continue to drive improvement and use the system to it’s potential.

Next steps include deploying Redzone’s Quality Compliance module in the coming months, while continuing to build on the team’s growing knowledge and application of Continuous Improvement tools.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing that comes to mind overall. It was really seamless.

  ### 16. Protecting Quality and Preventing Costly Holds with Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia M. | Quality Assurance Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has been the best tool we’ve used for managing quality checks and compliance on the plant floor. It takes critical checks out of binders and spreadsheets and puts them directly into the daily workflow, making it easy for operators to do the right thing at the right time. Quality checks are standardized, time-stamped, and fully traceable, which has strengthened compliance and audit readiness. More importantly, issues are caught and escalated immediately instead of being discovered after the fact. Redzone has helped create real accountability, reduce variation, and build confidence that standards are being followed every shift, every day.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I really enjoy Redzone. Nothing to highlight.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Redzone, missed or undocumented checks often resulted in product holds while teams investigated date accuracy, creating waste, delays, and risk. After implementing Redzone, those gaps were eliminated. On one occasion, a date coding issue was flagged in real time through a Redzone quality check, allowing the team to stop the line and correct it before product left the floor. That single catch prevented a large-scale product hold and potential rework or disposal, saving the company over $133,000 in product, labor, and lost production.

By standardizing quality checks, creating real-time visibility, and driving accountability, Redzone has helped reduce quality risk, minimize product holds, and protect both the business and the customer.

  ### 17. Empowers Proactive Manufacturing with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I really appreciate QAD Redzone's intuitive interface, which ensures high adoption rates among both operators and administrators. The system's reliability in data capture empowers our teams to transition from reactive to proactive, utilizing real-time insights to drive accountability and collaborative problem solving. Its versatility allows us to digitize and automate health checks, audits, checklists, making it a comprehensive tool for operational excellence. The intuitive interface and reliable data capture made our system adoption remarkably seamless, eliminating the time-consuming burden of manual data entry and accelerating our workflow significantly. Additionally, the setup process was seamless due to Redzone's helpful support and the established vendor ecosystem, reducing the need for IT support and simplifying adaptation to the system.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I feel everything works fine but there are a few things that could be better in terms of how the operator reviews the dashboard on their devices. The interface always starts with a pre-defined dashboard with very limited options to choose from if the operator had to change. It would be better if the operator had options to choose which screen they wanted to see every time they open the app. It would make it even more easier to navigate the app as it would be far fewer clicks to find the reliable information.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone helps us understand production line performance in real time, fostering communication to resolve issues quickly and ensuring high product quality. It digitizes audits, health checks, and checklists, eliminating manual data entry and speeding up workflows, empowering a seamless transition from reactive to proactive operations.

  ### 18. Redzone is the solution that got our operations to improve startup by 20min/day in the power hour

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maryam D. | Operations Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone made an unbelievable impact on our day-to-day operations. The huddles empowered our operators to use their voices for continuous improvement and to obtain the resources they needed.

I like the best that instead of just a software, we got a powerful change force. Along with the help of our coach, Caroline Brunstein, we got better at our Communication, Conflict resolution and issues-escalation.

Anyone that has doubts about implementing Redzone, know that you will get more than just the financial investment back, you'll get a culture of CI which is truly the x-factor in today's manufacturing world.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone has exceeded my expectations. Nothing I disliked.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Investing in Redzone was a considerable decision for our Organization and by far the one with the biggest return this year.
Our main problem was startup and sense of urgency in resolving downtime issues.
With the help of our coach, we implemented huddles 2x/shift with maintenance, ops and qa. That helped tremendeously the Communication with Teams and improved our sense of urgency.

With the monitoring of the power hour we implemented Actions from the downtime issues that helped the team reduce 20min/day in startup at our greatest volume line, equivalent to $125k/year Impact. We roled out the initiative to other Lines and also got a tremendous return.

  ### 19. Drew’s Support Made Redzone easy, he Felt like Part of Our Team!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lacey G. | material planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Drew was very helpful he seemed like he was a part of our team by the time he left. Having redzone is very nice when we are planning it help keep track of our washes, run time, issues we are having, most of all it's a communication tool that we can use on every shift!!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I have never had anything like redzone before the biggest issue i see is that people on the lines are coding downtime and arent laying the entire truth out for example if we are waiting on materials from our warehouse, whats the reason? is it because they just arrived? or is it because we are down by a driver etc. we dont find the root of the problem. this should be done by management but its not.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

redzone is very easy to use. it keeps track of our run time, it keeps track of our cleans, having 3 shifts its very difficult to communicate between all the shifts. Redzone is helping to solve these problems. Having Drew here helped intergrade our company with redzone. We were made to use it often and it became a habit for most of the employees. its very easy to use even without much training.

  ### 20. Excellent Visibility and Seamless Maintenance Workflow with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin B. | Production coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I value the visibility it provides and its ability to remove communication barriers across different organizational layers. For maintenance, it is an excellent tool that allows work to flow seamlessly from identifying an opportunity to implementing a solution, ensuring everyone remains informed and involved. Additionally, the consistent support we’ve received from the initial stages through our current implementation has been outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The TV displays could be more dynamic and customizable. Specifically, it would be beneficial to have a feature that automatically hides certain slides when a line is not running to keep the information relevant.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gets rid of the communication lag by giving us a real time view of what’s going on. For our maintenance crew, this means we can jump on equipment issues immediately instead of finding out days or weeks later when the damage is already done.

  ### 21. Real-Time Line Visibility and Plant-Wide Communication Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dalton T. | Assistant Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

One of my favorite aspects of Redzone is being able to see which lines are running, along with the specific product(s) currently being run. It saves me time because I don’t have to ask a supervisor who’s usually busy. I also love that I can quickly view all the important details for any line—who is running it, what problems they’ve faced recently, and how far along the current run is. On top of that, being able to communicate with anyone in the plant is a huge benefit, especially since we have three different shifts.
Integration in the begin was a little confusing but i think any huge project like this can be, as we're settling in with it i think this tool will help everyone day to day.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

At the moment, we’re not really using our forums page. Still, once everyone is fully set up and feels comfortable with it, I think it’ll be a useful way for shifts to stay in sync—whether that’s flagging problems as they come up or just giving a heads-up about things to keep an eye on for whichever line. I personally don't dislike anything specific about redzone, i do know some employees aren't technologically inclined so that creates a bit of frustration when they're beginning trying to figure things out.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has been exceptionally helpful with accountability, as well as tracking times for start ups, shut downs, change overs, any issues with the line, things are always recording and issues can be minimized.
At any point in time we can take a small glance and realize line "x" has been down a little extra long then what we had planned, so we can see where the issue started and go from there rather then running around asking a multitude of questions to anyone possible regarding the situation.

  ### 22. Redzone has proved invaluable to the QA Department

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larry B. | Quality Assurance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I have been involved with the implementation and use of a system similar to Redzone with a previous company. The Redzone implementation was far better than the other system. The system integrated easily and the coaches knew the product well. Our employees took grasp of Redzone better than I though they would. Working with our compliance coach was a joy. He fit in with our employees and management staff to where we consider him one of. He is part of the family at United Dairy Inc.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I have found nothing with Redzone that I do not like.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Redzone compliance module has solved the problems of missing paperwork, illegible writing and pencil whipping documents. I extremely like how Redzone assists in accountability for or quality checks. One problem that Redzone is benefitting the QA Department is through our product weight checks. The checks are more consistent and easier for our employees. Our coach, Tom Perkins, wired blue tooth cards into each of our scales and then programed the system so that the weights were taken, the values would populate directly into Redzone. That was very popular with our filler operators.

  ### 23. Boosts OEE and Communication Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew L. | Production Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I appreciate QAD Redzone's communication aspect, which has greatly increased communication and helped reduce machine downtime related to mechanical issues. I like the "action items" portion, as it adds traceability and accountability to problems, and can highlight any reoccurring issues through reports. Participating and leading the "huddles" allows me to directly communicate with the operators about priorities and gives them the opportunity to discuss issues or ideas they might have. The action items for mechanical issues are particularly useful because they prevent me from forgetting about issues and help me follow up with them day-to-day. The reports are beneficial as they convert the information inputted into Redzone into actionable analyses. Having a coach with us every step of the way also really helps.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Running detailed reports from my tablet would be very nice, but that's not a huge deal since I can do all that on a computer. It would just be nice to do that on the fly while I'm on the shop floor. Initial setup was challenging for us since we are a highly customized manufacturing facility, but the issues that we had were fixed in a timely manner with the guidance of our coach and the Redzone team.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use QAD Redzone to track overall OEE, improve machine uptime by highlighting problems and successes, enhance communication, reduce downtime, and increase accountability with action items and reports.

  ### 24. Using Redzone to manage the production and improve the culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcin G. | Production Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The connection with power-bi with helping to create the presentation and meeting view

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Communication, the price of the implementation

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help us to understand what happens and highlight some big downtime we didn't think about it in the first place as it adds just minutes and minutes through the day

  ### 25. Exceptional Support and Real-Time Insights Transform Our Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe K. | Plant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

RedZone has opened up the lines of communication between the plant workers, maintenance and our management staff. The high level of professionalism, knowledge and the ongoing support from the RedZone team has minimized any of the doubts we have had with the change to how we've down operations in the past. Having additional information and even seeing the facts / issues we know we had but seeing it in real time has brought issues to light and made us address them in a more urgent manner. We are an older minded plant but the transition into using the technology was accepted due to it being handled and implemented in such away that is was not intimidating to the staff. There are always learning curves and bumps in the road but we feel confident it will be addressed and handled by the RedZone team.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

To be honest it has been a very positive experience and that is greatly contributed to our rep Tom Perkins. He stepped in when we had a passing of the baton in regards to our rep / trainer but he made it to be a smooth transition.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Within our production there are a lot of variables, RedZone is giving us a snapshot upfront and then allowing us to dig deeper into our efficiency issues that will lead to a stronger bottom line.

  ### 26. The problem solving tool we needed for success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Latavious W. | Quality Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The Redzone Quality Module makes our job very easy. Quality checks are simple to do and hard to skip, and if something’s off we see it right away instead of finding out later. Having the history helps us catch trends and fix problems before they come back. It makes quality part of the job every shift, not just something we talk about.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone is a great tool, it has been very helpful.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Redzone, problems bounced around or got missed. An issue would come up, get written down or talked about, and then disappear between shifts. With Redzone, the problem gets logged right away, assigned to the right person, and tracked until it’s closed. Everyone can see the status, the history, and what was already tried, so we don’t keep fixing the same thing over and over.

  ### 27. Easy to Use on iPads, Great Support, and Better QA Focus

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan T. | Plant manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

ease of use for floor level associates. Having it at their figure tips for quick use on the Ipads. it is easily navigable. We have had great support from our coach Zach and have seen an increase in QA focus with quick catches on the production lines.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

probably the reporting functions, some reports are not easily found.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the compliance module we were able to get rid of paper QA checks allowing us time to focus on other areas while still being able to get it completed.
It has also raised awareness on our routine checks.

  ### 28. Transparent and Easy to Use, But Web Admin Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

We use QAD Redzone for production and maintenance. I appreciate that it keeps track of our progress on accounts and helps manage maintenance for machines and breakdowns. It provides us with exact outcomes on individual machines and products, which is very useful. Additionally, it allows us to keep inventory on our maintenance and track hours put into a machine. What stands out for me is its transparency; with just one click, I can see almost everything. It's also easy to use, which makes it convenient for our operations.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Web Admin is not working quite as well for us. The admin app was actually easier for our team to make adjustments on the fly.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use QAD Redzone to track progress on accounts and manage machine maintenance and breakdowns. It provides exact outcomes for machines and products and helps keep inventory on maintenance.

  ### 29. Live Metrics and Visual Dashboards That Drive Faster Decisions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valentina K. | Plant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

What I find most helpful about Redzone is the ability to track live metrics and make quick decisions. Turning what matters to the company into simple, visual dashboards makes it easier for employees to understand priorities and improves overall productivity.
Redzone’s on-site coaching adds significant value by supporting Kaizen events and reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement. Special thanks to Brenda for her leadership and hands-on support. The overall customer service experience has been excellent across the team.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The least helpful aspect of Redzone is the reporting side of the app. Tableau reports are slow and difficult to understand and manage. While the newer reporting interface is an improvement, there is still room to enhance KPI clarity and flexibility.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has been a big help in addressing several key operational challenges, especially around visibility, downtime, and continuous improvement. Having real time metrics allows us to quickly see performance trends and take action before small issues turn into bigger problems. The downtime tracking has been especially valuable, as it helps us understand why downtime is happening, correct the root causes, and put actions in place to avoid repeat issues.
What really sets Redzone apart is how this information is displayed through simple, visual dashboards that are easy for employees to understand. This creates better alignment across the shop floor, drives accountability, and encourages teams to be part of the solution. With the added coaching support and Kaizen focus, Redzone has helped us drive cultural change, reduce downtime, and continuously improve the way we operate.

  ### 30. Real-Time OEE Tracking Transformed Our Efficiency, GO REDZONE!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** FAIZUL B. | SENIOR SHIFT MILLER, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Before we had Redzone, we could only track OEE every 24 hours, which meant we couldn't monitor it on a shift-by-shift basis. Now, with Redzone, we are able to view our OEE for each shift. This allows us to keep a closer eye on machine downtime, and our team members can access live data. As a result, they are able to respond to the scores in real time, make necessary adjustments, and work towards improving line efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It's important that operators enter accurate data, because if incorrect information is provided, the results will also be unreliable. Additionally, we've noticed that huddles occur a bit too often in the mornings, especially since we already have daily meetings along with our regular huddles.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Redzone, we can easily access historical data, which allows us to track and review the performance of each production batch and every specific SKU. This means I can make the right adjustments when producing certain products, especially when additional manpower is needed. Redzone is also a great help because it lets us communicate within our work environment, making it simple to share pictures and videos among team members.

  ### 31. Real-Time Data and Insightful Dashboards Drive Performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lizbeth V. | Director of Operational Excellence, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It has real-time data that can drive actions to improve performance
The dashboards are easy to understand and use
Every level of the organization has access to the same data, and this helps with alignment and communication
Our RedZone Coach, Reggie, has been instrumental in the implementation and has helped us learn more about the system capabilities while also identifying opportunities for our business.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The sensors used to track the data are very sensitive to our process and sometimes don't track the data correctly; therefore data is not accurate.
RZ Analytics can't be modified and Tableau is not so easy to use

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having real-time data to track progress and proactively identify opportunities
Visibility across different levels of the organization to drive action
Once it is fully implemented, we are aiming to increase productivity and use it for continuous improvement

  ### 32. Redzone Revolutionizes Engagement, Communication, and Continuous Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle R. | Operations Trainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has transformed engagement and communication on the production floor. It empowers TEAm members to take an active role in identifying and addressing daily challenges, whether it’s equipment downtime, shift-to-shift communication, or troubleshooting issues. As associates experience firsthand how the system helps resolve problems, they become more invested in their roles.

One of the most valuable aspects of Redzone is its ability to highlight training needs. The visibility it provides allows me to pinpoint areas where additional coaching or support is required. Its messaging and communication features are equally impactful, I can stay connected through real-time updates on my iPad, ensuring I’m always in the loop.

From a leadership perspective, the visibility Redzone offers across shifts, departments, and even multiple sites is a game changer. It bridges gaps between cross-functional teams and fosters a culture of collaboration and accountability. By connecting production technicians directly with maintenance and engineering TEAm’s, Issues that once went unresolved are now addressed quickly and effectively.

Perhaps the most significant change is the voice Redzone gives to our TEAm members. They can share observations, submit photos or videos, and raise concerns by creating action items that are discussed during huddles. This increased transparency and participation not only accelerates problem-solving but also builds a stronger sense of ownership and teamwork across the plant.

The Redzone compliance module has completely transformed our operations. It has significantly advanced our zero-waste initiatives and reduced quality issues both on the production lines and in the lab. Whenever we encounter a challenge, Redzone is one of the first tools we turn to, whether it’s creating alerts, building data sheets, or providing actionable insights to operational TEAm’s. It’s become an integral part of how we improve processes and drive continuous improvement across the board.

Zach Thompson has truly been a perspective-changing Redzone coach. This isn’t to take anything away from the other coaches we’ve worked with, but when I met Zach in Spartanburg and began to experience his depth of knowledge, he opened my eyes to things I had never seen before in the compliance module. He introduced new ways of thinking about triggering data sheets, creating audits, and building option lists, approaches I hadn’t considered before.

Zach also shared a wealth of knowledge on offline compliance features that our coach hadn’t mentioned to us at our Tulsa plant during our compliance module roll-out. Our journey began with an incredible coach who was instrumental in launching our productivity module. Unfortunately, he soon left the company to start his own consulting business, which meant we lost the opportunity to have him back for additional module launches.

Our next coach for the compliance launch was a great guy and very helpful, but he didn’t show us the advanced features Zach was teaching in Spartanburg. Many of those things I had already discovered on my own by exploring the Redzone Knowledge Base and using support resources, including our good friend Edgar, their AI Support bot who has proven to be a very useful support tool.

I also have to highlight the way Zach conducted his trainings with frontline associates, it was next level. I had to return to Tulsa and adopt his methods, implementing them into our onboarding orientation process. Zach has continued to answer questions for both Spartanburg and Tulsa, even though he has no formal obligation to do so. That speaks volumes about his character.

I can’t say enough about Zach and his ongoing efforts to support our facilities. He has made my life easier by assisting with mass uploads for our MSS program. This was especially valuable because, during our compliance launch in Tulsa, our previous coach had guided us to build MSS checks as production checks instead of audits, which we discovered later on that the audit functions were the better option for those particular data sheets. Zach saved a ton of time in assisting with copying them over into audit form. Thank You Zach!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Their Frontline App is only available for IOS.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effeciency, Effectiveness, Engagement, Communication.

  ### 33. Now We Know What Maintenance Is Working On—and Why

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel C. | Maintenance Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

We recently implemented the maintenance module in our site and the Impact was tremenduous. First as a Communication and engagement tool for our team. And secondly, the real-time data it provides.
We can see what work orders and senses are open and so does the operations team, that way we can prioritize and act towards the same goal.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone is working well for us. Nothing to Report.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us give more visibility to the work done by maintenance and vice versa.
Operations can see which work orders and senses the techs worked on and help us prioritize the work according to criticality.
I particularly like to see the CIL and Centerline results on the maintenance dashboard. Also the history it keeps on machine issues.

  ### 34. Streamlined Operations with Barcode Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like moving from paper to online with QAD Redzone. It prompts the operator automatically for checks so they don't forget. Our coach Matt was great. It's great that you can scan barcodes for efficiency too.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I found the complexity with transferring paper-based forms into QAD Redzone challenging due to different people having different tasks on the same form, and having only one sign-off makes it hard to have both production and QA review as a final sign-off. I also face challenges in getting teams onboard with how and when to pull paper and discussing logistics of how many forms to launch, which lines to launch, and which areas, because of the large number and complexity of current forms.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find QAD Redzone helpful for moving quality compliance online, prompting operators automatically for checks, and scanning barcodes for efficiency. However, transferring paper forms is complex due to tasks overlap and single sign-off limitations for operators and QA.

  ### 35. Intuitive and Efficient, Streamlines Production Processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksei Z. | Business Intelligence Analyst

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

For me, the best thing about Redzone is definitely how intuitive and easy to use it is. Often, when I've seen it rolled out, there is initially some trepidation about its usability, especially with teams that might have a mix of different languages spoken on the shop floor. However, because it's a modern, slick, and easy-to-interact-with application, similar to an app on a personal phone, the upskilling required is minimal, and people can become competent with it very rapidly. We found that certain users were quickly becoming experts and even starting to show the coaches new tricks! My favorite thing is that it makes operators' lives easier, and they can see how it helps them do their work better and with higher quality.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

One of the improvements that I would like to see in Redzone to take it to the next level would be tying the operational data back to additional wider context. For example, reconciling it with planning financial records, such that it can be used to review holistic site performance. I've seen this done, but currently on an ad-hoc, bespoke basis.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone removes the need for manual data entry, allowing frontline staff to focus on running lines better rather than documenting issues. It also "makes the world smaller", bringing together the departments and levels within the business by giving a single view of performance visibility accessible to everyone.

  ### 36. The best Quality Control System in Manufacturing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin R. | Quality Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Our Quality program was all done by paper, so you can imagine the Revolution to be able to see the progress live of all checks done.
I like the agility of the tool and the engagement it brought to the floor. I'm surprised of the Communication improvement with QA

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing to Report. Redzone worked well at our site.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Organization had a paper-based compliance system, so Redzone came as the solution to improve our Quality assurance System.
What was most impactful was the SPC tracking of our most important product-paremeters. We track weights directly from the checkweigher now and we found out a great opportunity to reduce giveaway at the higher-size packs had 2% overfill. This represente a savings of $230K/year

  ### 37. The competitive edge that we needed to get us ahead in ops.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Troy B. | Machine Operator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The competitive edge that we needed to get us ahead in ops.
The huddles and the daily meeting really changed the way we respond to downtime events. QA, maintenance and ops stop to Address any Burning issues to get us Back on track.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

No downsldes observei while using Redzone.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone Solving actually helps us get problems fixed. When something goes wrong, it’s easy to call it out, get the right people involved, and track it until it’s resolved. We’re not just talking about issues anymore—we’re closing them. It’s made downtime more visible, handoffs clearer, and expectations obvious. We spend less time firefighting and more time running the line. Overall, it makes the job easier and helps us hit our numbers.

  ### 38. Enhanced Compliance and OEE for Grain Milling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like the structure QAD Redzone provides around company culture and the organization of activities and data. Our coach Aaron Jackson has been really helpful in integrating the unique needs of our operation into the QAD Redzone platform.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

In grain milling, a lot of the product loss is very hard to measure. We are looking into strategies and logs to begin tracking that data. I think we're already making great strides towards that, which will be impactful to our operation.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use QAD Redzone to manage downtime, enhance company culture, and organize activities and deadlines. It structures our company culture and organizes data, making operations smoother.

  ### 39. Simplifies Communication with Expert Coaching

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle B. | Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like the simplicity of the QAD Redzone app. It's straightforward to use, making my daily tasks easier to handle. I also really appreciate the coaches. They're not just experts on the app but also continuous improvement (CI) experts, which adds immense value to the experience.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I think there should be a more frequent recap program with coaches visiting for a week annually. Also, there's a lot of work needed on the front end for the initial setup and some work for maintenance on the back end.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone solves communication problems. I like the simplicity of the app and the expertise of the coaches, who are also CI experts.

  ### 40. Maintenance Module is a Must-Have Redzone feature

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chuck H. | Maintenance Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone stands out for the reliability module. The operators can open work requests that can be approved into work orders. That increased exponentially how early we can catch problems. Senses also help us on diagonosing issues.

I also like the maintenance dashboard where we can see live status of line issues. And the maintenance Calendar where operators can see PMs planned for the month.

Having a coach is a must. Without our coach onsite, Caroline B. we would not be able to take full advantage of all features tailored to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

All good so far with the Redzone implementation.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous maintenance system did not really hit our needs as much as Redzone does now.
With centerlines we now have specific machine parameters for every Single product we run. That really changed the operators life, who before needed to rely on a CI person to print those off daily (and hope those were the correct settings).

With Breakdowns, we have a better management of our downtime events and reporting of what job was done.

Finally, with the CILs we have team members inspecting lines every shift and if anything fails, it creates automated work orders.

  ### 41. Learn Module helps accelerate Team Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana S. | Training Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I'm in charge of building the Learn content for my site and Redzone has been super easy to create, update and access material relevante to the team members.

I really enjoy the fact that it connects to Problem codes and to products so if we have and line downtime event they can check plays when they most need it.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I have some wifi blind spots in my factory and I can't upload content at those places.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The plant that I work with has high turnover rates and we are about to open new Lines. So our main goal is to onboard team members quickly and get them to hit ground running soon.

Redzone has benefited us on builidng a training plan and executing the vision. Our coach is patient and helps us stay on course to achieve our plan within our ambitious timeline.

Team members already have access to a huge library we created helping access product manuals, operations forms and troubleshooting guides.

  ### 42. Great Productivity Metrics and Smooth Cross-Shift Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig R. | Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Productivity metrics are great, and it works well as a communication tool across shifts. Allows for paper checks to be done digitally and ensures that work flows are completed.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Project and activity management can be challenging at times if culture of the organization is not built around redzone.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is providing a place for all of our training materials to be stored and tracked. It also provides valuable and timely data to help improve daily and long term decision making.

  ### 43. Streamlined OEE Tracking and Productivity Boost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I really like all the information tracking that QAD Redzone offers. It's great to be able to just pull up Redzone right on my iPad and see how the lines are doing. If there's an issue, I can figure out what it is and immediately attack it. We have constant huddles and meetings throughout the day, and Redzone lets us know if we're running a little bit behind on a line, which allows us to immediately formulate a game plan to get back on track. I also love that the people from Redzone were extremely helpful during setup. They provided on-site coaching, which was integral to getting the system going smoothly. This support made the learning process very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use QAD Redzone for OEE tracking, Kaizen events, and continuous process improvement. It helps identify startup issues, reduce downtime, and maximize uptime, providing a wealth of information daily. I can quickly see line performance and address issues, keeping us on track with constant updates.

  ### 44. Redzone Drives Team Motivation and Lightning-Fast Issue Resolution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MARIO T. | production manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has been a great motivator for my team. We have TVs with scores pointing at the production lines and my line leads love to see the green hours.
Huddles have helped us align on priorities and get feedback about quality issues to our QC techs much faster and address the issues immediately.
The Reliability module has been a phenomenal as well. Just yesterday I was training one of my new leads to senses and almost as soon as I submitted the sense, one of the maintenance techs was standing behind me, tablet in hand, asking what was wrong. This kind of response time never happened before Redzone and honestly was a pleasant surprise.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Not really a dislike of the program but it was hard for us to accept the changes being made rapidly to our organization. But now, we are able to accept the change at a much faster pace as we have gotten use to the technology.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a business standpoint, Redzone has helped us with costing. Before, because of our short runs and SKU mix, we were not easily able to determine how much SKU would cost us. Using the Redzone data to analyze rates and labor by SKU has been tremendously easy and in turn, help us price fairly and competitively for our customers.
During our busy seasons, we see OEE that reaches 60%-70%, which almost double from where we started.

  ### 45. Redzone gave a Voice to our ESL operators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra D. | Production Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone helped to give a Voice to the operators and to envolve them in the continuous improvement initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I did not have and issues with Redzone..

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a multi-cultural team that have English as a Second Language. Redzone helped to give avoice to these team members.
Now we increased engagement and owenership of the Lines by escalation of downtime events in Redzone.
They use pictures and videos to open work ordens and call our maintenance team right away to solve issues.
It also speeded up the time to get Lines released at pre-ops as we Connect with QA team live and see their progress in the dashboard.

  ### 46. Redzone shaped the culture of my factory

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carter W. | Operations Superintendent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like how it changes and shapes the culture of my team. Since we started Redzone, it increased the sense of urgency and engagement of the operators specially towards breakdown events.

Deploying the productivity module mas not necessarily an easy task given the complexity of our line arrangement, but with the support of the coach Caroline Brunstein we were able to hit the ground running soon to establish a baseline OEE.

What had the greatest Impact so far were the kaizen events. One that stood out is our startup improvement. With Redzone we learned we were losing close to 20min of our power hour and we were able to remover 17min by changing things within our control.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It mas dificult to get access to my equipment as it mas protected from the manufaturers. It mas not a Redzone issue per say, but I appreciate how the coach and project manager helped us navigate this issue with OEM

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to unlock capacity of our Cook Lines. Redzone helped us identify and realize those opportunities.
On top of that, it helped my team get better at analyzing data to identify top issues to quickly Address them

  ### 47. We not to 100% paperless with Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia H. | Quality Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Our paperless Journey has been nothing short of remarkable.
We started with more than 100 checks and bad less than 3 months to deactivate our old System. Redzone stood mas for how user-friendly it is and data analytics.

We were able to successfully tranfer the checks with less than 3 weeks. What I like the best mas our coach Caroline B who helped our team decretes the amount of missed checks from 43% to about 0.8%. The coaching makes the total difference.

Moving forward, given how much benefits the compliance module unlocked, we'r considering buying Learn to have our product manual transferes over.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone is Great, I have no complaints so far

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We thought we bad purchased Redzone because of the the analytics powehouse that it provides. But through the Journey we know now the biggest a-ha is the engagement with the frontline team and the Access to real-time data.

Our main goal mas to become paperless in 90 days and we were able to do it in 3 weeks, so it surrasse our expectativas

  ### 48. Redzone is Worth the investment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nestor F. | Continuous Improvement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

For a manufacturing or production environment looking to digitalise operations, improve data visibility, engage the floor staff, and move away from paper checks, Redzone is the best option.

You get real ROI (improved communication, faster audits, better shift handovers) , the investment pays off quickly

The coach, Caroline B., went above and Beyond to make sure it mas a smooth transiton. She also helped a not with the change management that mas needed with our Organization.

I also loved the reporting tools.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing. The transiton mas smooth.
I appreciate the coach's help on off weeks to make sure we were still on track.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an 10% uplift and with Redzone we were able to get even more than we anticipated!
What stands is what it did to our culture. the engagement we are getting from operator in unprecedented.

We were original just getting the productivity and compliance module, out decided to get all 4 after the Great results we saw.

  ### 49. Compliance Module

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kandace S. | Quality Food Safety Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Our facility recently completed the 90-day launch of Redzone Compliance Module and really appreciates what the module brings to the TEAm. The top few items that the Redzone Compliance Module improved at our facility are (1) visibility on missed and failed quality checks in real time, (2) reduction of paper waste, (3) ease in pulling data for audits, and (4) coaching for the first 90 days of launch which ensures effective use of the tool.
Before the Redzone Compliance module, we had many checks being completed by technicians on the floor every 15 minutes. Since all these checks were on paper, the only way a supervisor or a member of the quality TEAm would know if a check was missed or failed was if they were told by the technician or they walked out to the line and reviewed all the paper checks which is time consuming. In Redzone Compliance module, you can setup alerts or actions to different groups of people (e.g. supervisors, quality) when a check is missed or failed in real time which leads to more timely and effective solutions.
During the launch, we discovered that pulling the data from completed checks is significantly more efficient than pulling data from paper in an audit. We performed two mock audits during our first 90 days and found that all the data could be pulled within a few minutes in the system rather than having to dig for the right paper check to show an auditor.
The Redzone Compliance Module is able to hold complicated checks and trigger checks in a variety of ways. Since we already had the Redzone Productivity Module, we were able to not only trigger checks based on a specific date and time, but also when a specific downtime code is entered or run uptime.
The most important resource that Redzone offers to promote a successful Redzone Module launch is having a dedicated coach to assist with implementation of the module for the first 90 days. Our coach, Zach Thompson, met with a small TEAm onsite for four weeks leading up to the launch week to train us on how to enter checks in Redzone. During launch week, Zach trained all production and quality associates on how to complete a check, actively addressed issues we were having with the new checks, and trained the quality TEAm on how to pull the data from Redzone for auditing purposes. In later weeks, he created countless checks in the module, trained all departments onsite on how to complete a check, and went through the validation process with the Quality TEAm, clearly communicating what SOPs and other requirements that needed to be done to meet 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, often having templates associated with all documents we needed. This greatly reduced the time for the site to go paperless which was accomplished in 45 days after initial launch. Due to the preparation the site did upfront plus the coaching provided by Redzone, we were able to create 90%+ of the checks we intend to transition to Redzone within the first 90 days. This greatly reduces the resource commitment from the site after launch. I highly recommend the Redzone Compliance Module to any site that would like to have a more effective and visible quality system with significant launch support.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone only works with Apple devices, so the upfront cost is more than other systems.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Redzone, we had multitudes of paper. Taking paper away has really cleaned up the clipboards and notebooks in the lab. It is also so much easier in an audit to be able to pull it up on screen versus sifting through folders of paper.

  ### 50. Successfully Paperless with the Redzone Compliance Module!

The only challenge with using Redzone is that it does require Apple devices, so Apple TVs do have to be purchased to show the information on a TV.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, Redzone Compliance has allowed the site to go paperless on many quality checks and checks in other departments such as standard work and daily checklists.
