For years, I used to work with PR agencies, because managing the relationship with many journalists and news outlets is a full-time job. But now, I can do it by myself, and really build a long-lasting relationship and exchange. All professional features make life easier like the Newsroom and the fast Database search, but the best ever feature is the campaign that allow me not only to centralize my sendings, but to track opens and bounces and to do FOLLOW-UPS! I just recently did a free trial with Prowly to test out their service and send a press release. It is very helpful for sourcing the right media contacts to send your release to. I understand I was using the free trial but I got all the way to the end to hit send on my press release and it told me I had to pay to actually send it. This wasn't indicated anywhere through the free trial process (and if it was it was not clear). Very frustrating.
