Customer service was a concern. There wasn't a dedicated person or team, so when we had questions or issues, we would call, be on hold sometimes for over an hour, and the person wouldn't know the history because there were no notes left by the previous agent. It was frustrating to retell the issue over and over. Sometimes, after a long hold, the call would disconnect. Most importantly, the agents did not know how to resolve our concerns.
