Paycor seemed great until you need to talk to someone for help. Customer support must flip through a binder of Q & A to assist with your problem. Now that my W-2 and W-3 for the company are not correct it is taking forever for someone to help resolve the issue and Paycor wants to charge several fees to fix everything. My departments were entered in the company level and the employee profiles. There is still $0 Filings and when Paycor "tax Team" files your reports they are clearly not reviewed and just signed.
I have called in requesting help for a few tax issues and now those cases can't be found. One case that was created that I went to respond to two days later was also deleted from "My cases".
It is impossible to reach someone to resolve your issue, even after creating a case. Paycor has made a mistake filing wages to a few states we work in and they are wanting me to pay to have these issues corrected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
