It makes responding to my customers quick and easy. I like the default verbiage that I can save for future use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't find anything that I disliked about this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use, friendly user interface, sales implementation convenience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can be complicated to navigate, slightly expensive, not enough companies using the same tool practice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use and intuitive interface. Everything is where I expect it to be, and it's easy to jump in as a first-time user and figure out how to utilize Outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Organization of sequences/templates. I wish it were easier to categorize and organize what teams should be using and when; the tags and group functionalities are nice now but could be a bit easier to find and sort through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Outreach is an excellent tool for brand new BDRs, seasoned AEs, and everyone in between. The user interface is easy to understand, so it enables a streamlined onboarding process.
Our implementation was seamless, and our management team felt highly supported as we moved onto the platform. We're able to create sequences, templates, and snippets (mini-templates that can be inserted into emails) by persona and vertical. The platform also allows for live call monitoring and syncs with our CRM in near-real-time.
The major benefit to Outreach is the highly granular reporting and analytics behind the scenes that helps our team to optimize for the best messaging, time of the day to call, and CTAs to boost reply rates through A/B testing. Our CSM is stellar, as well. Major fan of the platform and the entire Outreach team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A major improvement would be an auto-refresh for the live call monitoring so that we don't need to click "reload" every few seconds to see if new calls have shown up. (This became a greater need as we've gone remote over the past year!)
Additionally, it would be helpful if Outreach provided intelligent recommendations for subject lines, CTAs, and ways to A/B test to improve our open and reply rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best is the fact that the UI is friendly and inviting to play around and learn. However, the true power in organizing my day-to-day prospecting and automating emails through sequences is a plus, and also getting visibility of engagement makes outreach my go-to tool every day. Features such as voicemail drop make a huge difference in saving time from call to call and I no longer have to stare at my CRM for hours trying to figure out what my day looks like. The only thing I would like is a mobile app for both iOS and Android. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our BDR team migrated to Outreach. Our team has been able to run campaigns with zero issues for over a year successfully. The integration and stand-up process was relatively straightforward. Recently Outreach has invested significantly in the platform to develop the insights and reporting capabilities. It's very powerful. I also love the responsiveness to vacation/OOO responses so you never have to worry about hitting a prospect five times during their vacation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love a clear delineation as to my main point of contact after logging in to the platform. I'm aware of who the best person to contact is, but it would be nice to have it easy to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the (somewhat) ease of setting up and managing the Salesforce plugin and the reporting capabilities within SFDC around Outreach data. I also appreciate their content library where you can locate best practices and great virtual chat support when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Trying to maintain Outreach as a newer resource after it was neglected for almost the whole time Visier has had it is a nightmare to be frank. I also hate how often our Outreach customer service and AE change and how hard it always seems to get genuine help from a real person as opposed to always using the virtual chat option which doesn't work for all the types of things I currently need LOTS of help on. The sales insights that are included within the platform. Not only am I bale to track outreach but also pipeline details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lots of tools in one, there is a learning curve to ensure I am using it in a streamlined manner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use, integrations, ROI, roadmap & innovations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting has improved recently but is could still be much more robust. Would like to see tighter integration with Salesforce to improve customer journey management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a sales rep, I spend almost all my time in Outreach! It's incredible for automating my sales outreach - as the title suggests, I can't imagine how sales reps get their job done effectively without a tool like Outreach. There's so much functionality - from task management and sequencing, to templates and calendar scheduling, to powerful reporting and insights. Pretty much everything you need to get your outbound efforts off and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface can be a bit clunky and confused to navigate at times. In particular, I'm not a fan of how small the window is to send emails when moving through tasks. I find myself wanting to use the Outreach extension in Gmail for additional formatting (not the worst thing though). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
