What do you like best about Outreach?

I liked being able to create sequences with multiple touchpoints and types of touchpoints (e.g. email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.). I also liked being able to report on sequence performance against different metrics, such as open, click, and reply rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

While I was able to report on individual sequences, I found it difficult to understand how sequences performed as a whole, and to be able to compare sequences of similar types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-The variety in the sequence steps - be it a manual email, automated email, LinkedIn, or calling - Outreach is a one-stop-shop platform to organize and personalize it all.

-Scheduling of the emails

-The ability to view all the past conversation

-The ability to integrate with Salesforce that updates it all automatically

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Just one thing: Whenever the task section is closed on the right, I get redirected to the Tasks tab again.

It becomes a little annoying especially when you are on a 'Sequence/Prospect' tab; you close the task on the right and you are taken to the 'Tasks' tab again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

The ease of the software is great. In a world where you're trying to maximize time and quality outreach really helps you to accomplish both. Having my tasks and everything on one platform has made my life so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's sometimes a pain when updating contacts that if you don't update it in salesforce the information won't transfer over, but I'm not sure if this is something that's been fixed or not Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

Love the calendar invite function, ability to coordinate calendars, putting prospects into sequences, templates you can create for commonly sent emails for follow up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
