What do you like best about Outreach?

I like the Outreach everywhere that pops up when you are in Salesforce. I like how easy the templates and sequences are to set up. The AB testing within sequences is a great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

The activity doesn't sync to outreach well. It's in Salesforce, but not all calls/emails sync to the Outreach platform itself. It also takes a very long time to load reports and they often time out before I get info. I don't like how you can't Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving issues with mass communication on an individual level. We also use this for non-traditional sales teams like onboarding and services teams who usually don't have access to sequence tools. It has helped with clients who have gone dark or follow ups to onboading calls as tempaltes and sequences are ready to go and consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

This has become a necessary tool for the team to keep track of their prospects and tasks each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

The CS support is pretty bad. We have meetings with our CS rep regularly, and he has provided us little to no value, and every question we ask he has to circle back on and claims he's going to "email us" the answer then, it will take weeks. The platform crashes pretty regularly, and there's consistent errors when making dials at least once a week for teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

Outreach offers the opportunity to drive sales at scale. The platform is especially well positioned to automate Outbound processes and we have seen loads of success with it. Support and integration with other tools such as Salesforce is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

It's a bit more difficult to use and maint Outreach in international markets covering multiple languages. The tool can definitely still scale in this direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

I like Outreach because I feel empowered to take action immediately and when I want - not limited by my own bandwidth or by marketing's messaging. Its' power is in automation, and therefore my productivity. The automation allows me to reach more people in a shorter time frame and be able to listen intently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I don't have many dislikes about Outreach, but if I had to pick one, I think it would be the set-up and learning process. It's not entirely intuitive in terms of understanding what messages have been sent already and where a rep can INTELLIGENTLY get started selling to someone who very likely has received multiple emails already. What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Outreach?

The ability to create sequences quickly, add content and see results. Our team adopted Outreach to be able to connect with prospects quickly and efficiently. It is easy to use, easy to understand, and the individual user can be set up really quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Implementation, we purchased this tool several years ago and no one took ownership of implementation. We leaned into the tool, purchased a managed services agreement, and have been become, expert users. Our sales and marketing team depends on Outreach at this point. Outreach to leads, quick follow-up, connections with contacts, and creating a pipeline for our sales team. This tool allows our junior reps to quickly onboard and begin prospecting to customers. What do you like best about Outreach?

Neat UI: The platform is easy to use by non-technical people Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Stability: It's common to see some slowness or issues every week.

Lack of features on the API: Basic requests such as negative filtering and filtering on some essential fields like "opted-out" are not present.

Lack of features on the UI: The UI is optimized for usability and not for the richness of the features. It works fine for small/medium businesses, but when you heavily rely on outreach, some features for power users are lacking. Mainly the lack of detailed monitoring or the possibility to export certain parts of the data to build a in house monitoring solution.

What do you like best about Outreach?

It's a really great tool for automated sequences, monitoring communications between reps and customers, and managing follow up tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Sometimes we wait several days to hear back from their support team and I have to follow up just to get a reply. Also they've changed reps on us so many times that I've stopped trying to keep track. Basically as they've gotten larger we're no longer "feeling the love". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

easy to use, our account exec from outreach responds to my lead quickly when there is a problem. I like being able to text. also love sequences and tasks that keep me more productive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes outreach has trouble loading, also it seems sometimes difficult to add/reactivate outboxes. there has been a handful of times where it has crashed mid work day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

The amount of training materials in their knowledge base is outstanding, our csms have been great. Product is industry leader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The technical support is extremely frustrating different support team members will give different information and knowledge is not consistent. Terrible at responding via email/ Many slowdowns/outages as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
