Outreach has been a great system for our reps to automate some of the regular tasks related to prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to schedule and complete tasks, set reminders, track activity, and update status all from one platform. The ability to leave pre-recorded voicemails is a godsend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Outreach at times can be a bit laggy at times but overall I have no real complaints are suggestions for product features. The only real suggestion I have is that the reminders for urgent tasks should not cover up buttons for other actions or functionality within the Outreach plugin, it makes it impossible to update certain things like toggling the sequence button on or off. Outreach is a tool that should be fairly painless and not really ever cross your mind when you are using it. However, I find myself frustrated with it every time I go to use it. It is constantly freezing my Gmail and resizing my browser with its sidebar functionality. The calendar booking feature feels very dated and is never adding my coworkers to the email invite even when they are manually added to the time slots.
The connection to SFDC feels very cumbersome, adding prospects to outreach (something that for some reason has to be done for every person you want to schedule time) does not automatically add them into of SFDC instance. Additionally, there seems to be no easy way to connect the existing SFDC reports we use for email flows. We have been working with our outreach CSM on this for weeks and it is still not working right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that in Outreach, you can opt customers/prospects out that way you never touch them in a sequence again. I also really enjoy the plug-in that makes it easy to add new prospects from whatever web browser you are on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that my team has been struggling with in Outreach is the 5% bounce rate that will freeze all other sequences. I understand they are trying to protect our domain but it makes it hard when Gmail even allows 2,000 a day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be helpful if there was a way to manage the current opps in our open pipeline actively. There may be a way to do this, but I'm not aware of it. There is nothing else I dislike so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that the interface is intuitive and that it's easy to connect other systems with Outreach. There are also lots of shortcuts built into Outreach to drive efficiencies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that my CRM (Salesforce) isn't more connected to Outreach. This may be just a problem with my org, but it takes too many steps to upload prospects into Outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Outreach is very easy and intuitive to use. I love that it automatically gives you a task to do when a prospect is opening up your email multiple times. I also really enjoy the ability to easily create and clone sequences for A/B testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One minor thing would be that I wish it would automatically send out emails when my outbox has been disconnected. You have to remember to go back and check because it may not have sent and outreach does not notify you about that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like seeing everything I need to complete by just looking at the home page. I like seeing the engagement my emails see as well, it gets me excited to reach out to certain prospects when I see emails being opened more than once Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes outreach will take a long time to load. Also, I would like a more categorized way of calling, sometimes I have certain sequences I want to get to first so if I could filter and call a specific sequence and prospects at once that would be super helpful.
