As a BusDev manager, I greatly appreciate the ability to manage the team, have visibility to both activity and results, and the ability to scale our outreach to prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with Dynamics 365 CRM could be better. We get a good number of duplicates from Outreach. This is not entirely Outreach's fault, but the process of identifying and connecting to matching records in D365 could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The outreach support process is abysmal. Phone support is unavailable. Submitting a ticket is a nightmare, only to have a support rep come back 3-4 days later and blame the end-user. Outreach has decent reporting and offers data and insights to help guide timing of touch points and email opens. But with global organizations, data on open activity can be skewed by time zones so you can't really narrow down the time of day when prospects are most active opening emails or answering calls.
