What do you like best about Outreach?

As a BusDev manager, I greatly appreciate the ability to manage the team, have visibility to both activity and results, and the ability to scale our outreach to prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

The integration with Dynamics 365 CRM could be better. We get a good number of duplicates from Outreach. This is not entirely Outreach's fault, but the process of identifying and connecting to matching records in D365 could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to get metrics on our BusDev team provides insights into the level of effort and what activity drives conversion to meetings/touches with prospects. Also, we now have the ability to track all prospect touches, test the effectiveness of different messaging, and connect via multiple channels in a post-COVID world allows us to drive toward a best practice methodology. What do you like best about Outreach?

It is very technolically savvy and up to date. It helps me stay on top of all of my leads and opportunities. I can do this by creating sequences and tasks to automatically send emails and receive reminders to make a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

It is hard to use. I don't know where everything in the system is and often have to click around to find something I am looking for in Outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Outreach - I would often forget to follow up with a client or not reach out to a client as many times as I would have liked. Outreach has helped me stay on top of my calls and emails. What do you like best about Outreach?

Honestly, what's not to like? Outreach does everything our sales team needs to be successful. With new feature rollouts constantly, there is always something new to utilize! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting has improved over the last few years; however I would love for it to be a little more expansive in regards to KPI build out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

Outreach is incredibly helpful with organizing the day. The workflows are very intuitive. It's easy to set up the day & prepare the day before, then knock out tasks the next day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

The outreach support process is abysmal. Phone support is unavailable. Submitting a ticket is a nightmare, only to have a support rep come back 3-4 days later and blame the end-user. They generally do not take support requests seriously unless half of your organization is experiencing the same issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

I like the high-level reporting that gives you good visibility on KPIs to drive the success of the team. IF you need more, they have integration to most BI/analytics tools to go deeper into your analysis and join the data with other sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prospecting to accounts that visit our website. With Clearbit Reveal, we route every account that visits our website and adds to queues in Outreach for the team to reach out to prospects. What do you like best about Outreach?

I think what I like best is the simplicity of the tool. It is easy to use to set up and to navigate. The ability to lock down who can alter and write sequencing is another good feature so you can "control" the message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think auto dialling from a calling perspective could be better. having a dialer inside the tool that integrates with all the CRM and VOIP calling perspective could make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

All of what Outreach provides will make any rep more efficient but what I like the best is the sequence tracking with automated email sends on certain touch points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Outreach has decent reporting and offers data and insights to help guide timing of touch points and email opens. But with global organizations, data on open activity can be skewed by time zones so you can't really narrow down the time of day when prospects are most active opening emails or answering calls. What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without a sales engagement tool, I would have to track sequence touch points, conversation notes, and prospect campaigns in disparate systems. Using Excel, Salesforce, onenote, or other systems to track these things would prevent me from focusing on as many prospects at one time. I also see more efficiency dialing with outreach because it's one click to dial and then it automatically moves you to the next prospect in the campaign/sequence. What do you like best about Outreach?

-seeing when and how often people have read an email, also helpful when you see that an engaged prospect isn't reading your emails, you can seek out alternatives
