What do you like best about Outreach?

The interface is really easy to use, next steps section helps our reps manage day to day tasks and not lose anything through the cracks, analytics are pretty detailed, and the integration into Gmail is really intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Asks me to reset my password way too often, doesn't have a dialer on top of Salesforce (have to open up a contact in Outreach in order to call them) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Basically all of sales development runs on Outreach with the exception of prospecting research. Once we actually start attempting to engage with someone we run it all through Outreach. Makes personalization as scale realistic to achieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

It's very easy to use. It's intuitive and easy to teach others how to use it.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

BUGS! So many bugs. I'd suggest more QA folks to help with this. Not a fan of support, I can go days without my tickets getting answered. Also should have phone support available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

Ease of use for salespeople to create our campaigns without even waiting for the marketing team.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

None as of this time. Probably improve calendar feature/integration as sometimes my customers got confused about the timezones.

What do you like best about Outreach?

I like that outreach has kept me organized. Being able to schedule emails to go out days or weeks in advance has helped me save time, and everyone knows that time is money. For a sales rep, being able to schedule your outreach for the next few weeks is essential. It also helps you keep track of how many times a prospect opens and clicks on an email, so it helps with knowing if a prospect is truly interested and how many times they are viewing something prior to responding. What do you dislike about Outreach?

Outreach can be a little overwhelming to use in the beginning. We didn't receive a ton of training, so the onboarding process wasn't as smooth as it could have been. It has a lot of features, and if not trained properly, you could go down a rabbit hole trying to learn how to use everything. Only some things are relevant to sales reps, and some things may be more relevant to account managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to know if a prospect has ghosted me and if they are even reading my emails is essential in sales. Sometimes you can get lost tracking people down or wondering if they have just been busy/unavailble, so the tracking feature within outreach has solved a lot of problems. The benefit of scheduling future replies and emails to go out if they haven't responded as well has been a life saver and helps progress a deal faster by having those automatic systems in place. What do you like best about Outreach?

I love the schedule to send later feature, the ability to input calendar times, and the tracking to be able to see if clients open the email. I also like being able to see how many emails I am sending per week/month etc, to make sure I am providing adequate outreach to my clients. Snippets are super helpful! What do you dislike about Outreach?

It can be glitchy and log you out often, which can be frustrating when you don't notice and send emails without tracking them. There are some restrictions on the template creations as well which has been tricky to work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Understanding client engagement via email and efficient outreach tools (calendar scheduling, template creation, schedule an email to send later). Overall, it helps me be more efficient in my role so I can focus on other things than typing up an email and helps me know which clients are engaging in emails I send. I wish that I could pause contacts via outreach into other crms. We also use salesforce and it would be really cool if I could pause someone in outreach, and salesforce would also know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

The integrations with all major platforms such as Salesforce, Gmail, and Alyce. It's fast and efficient. The customer service you receive from account managers to Outreach team is great. Helpful training videos and live training are always available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
