The user interface is pretty shocking. As a user of numerous other sales engagement software, this is really sad. It's unintuitive, confusing, the salesforce integration isn't great and I'd honestly rather use excel...
Ease of use is a key area they can improve on:
- Colour scheme is painful. There is virtually no contrast, making it difficult to navigate (comparing to competitors).
- Information is unintuitively setup across the entire platform.
- Really poor flows adding prospects to sequences or accessing information.
- Static search (really? in 2024?).

As a BDR, everything I need to be successful when prospecting is available to me through Outreach. From past opp history, call recording, tagging across multiple data points, and integrations, Outreach is hands down thee best platform out there. The sequence flow is very easy and it has some strong integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new dashboard that took affect 9/15/23 that tracks activity takes an insane amount of time to update. What's crazy is the previous dashboard had a refresh button to get new data in real time whenever you wanted it. This made it really easy to keep track of one's own activity (dials, emails, prospects added, tasks completed) throughout the day, or a teams activity as a whole. Now the refresh button doesn't get new data, it checks for an "update", and an update only happens automatically every 15 minutes MINIMUM. Most of the time it's longer. Why did they make a newly designed feature less useful and more clunky? It's incredibly aggravating to use now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
