The user interface of Outreach is far superior than competitors on the market. It works great with Salesforce and has great deliverability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could use more customization around reporting and it would be nice to be able to have multiple mailboxes. Lacks some features that newer platforms have incorporated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Outreach is very user friendly when it comes to keeping your tasks orgranized, which is super important for BDRs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes there are tech issues, but our rep Zach is always on it as soon as we email him. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It reminds you when you should reach out to prospects and with which channel to reach out through (phone, email, LinkedIn, or SMS). Very easy to learn for beginners and quick to implement into your sales process for both small and large organisations. Will be a key piller for both BDR's and AE's to use on a daily basis. Could be more innovative and release features faster. Integration with necessary tools to use in combination with Outreach can sometimes be slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use, easy to set up, works well with the tools we leverage, good support from the team when necessary Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
none, it solves the issues we had in comparison to the old sales engagement platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Outreach is a GREAT tool to help sales teams ensure that each of their prospects is worked in a consistent way. It is critical that each prospect get followed up with consistently and Outreach helps sales people create a process to ensure that each prospect follows the same path. We ( PhoneBurner ) recently built an integration with the Outreach system to help our mutual customers get their calls done fast and the Outreach integration team was instrumental in helping us get the app up and running quickly. Not much to say here at this time. the system has been simple to set up and configure. The support team is quick to respond. We have been using the system to create an integration between Outreach and PhoneBurner and as well as Salesforce and the data sync with Salesforce is quick and easy and the dev tools and documentation to allow us to add PhoneBurner functionality to the system was straight forward. What I like best about Outreach is that it puts all the functions I need on one page. Whether it is making calls, sending messages through email, or via LinkedIn, Outreach allows me to customize cadences in an easy way that allow for multiple ways to reach out and that get me responses quickly. I don't need to have a bunch of different apps open at once to do my job, I just have Outreach opened and I'm off to the races. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I would change is that I get random incoming calls. Some are spam, but others are from people who I assume have used that dialer number before. Some may be from people who say they received a call from this number earlier in the day, but they aren't anyone I called. Others are from doctors offices confirming appts for patients. I don't know how or why those calls come in to me. But that's a minor gripe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can create multiple email variants within sequences. Also, the templates and snippets make it easy to send follow-ups, meeting reminders, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have nothing bad to say about Outreach! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Outreach really helps you be more strategic when doing outbound sales Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The filtering options are not so great so when you are trying to get granular in your searches, occasionally it gets tough to find exactly what you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
