I've used many different email automation tools throughout my career as a salesperson. However, Outreach is the only tool that I would recommend my friends and peers. There is no way to contact them. They have no phone line, no chat, and they don't respond to emails. We have been charged thousands with no way to cancel. I absolutely love that I can reach out via chat or submit a request for help, and I get someone to respond immediately. We have vetted Outreach for years and haven't pulled the trigger because of the texting platform or the lack thereof. They are so much better in this space we have to pull the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
