What do you like best about Outreach?

I've used many different email automation tools throughout my career as a salesperson. However, Outreach is the only tool that I would recommend my friends and peers. It's user-friendly that helps me easily finish the tasks and increase my outreach efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

The sales rep that I got assigned to was not responding promptly and answering my questions in a timely manner when I was running through the evaluation process. However, the tool itself is strong and the customer support are good enough to justify it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Outreach helps me automate my outreach process as well as allows me to create templates and snippets. i also love the feature of creating different email varients that helps me to conduct A/B testing to drive better engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

They're awful. No support whatsoever. We've spent two years trying to get in contact with them without any meaningful response. There's no way to resolve this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

There is no way to contact them. They have no phone line, no chat, and they don't respond to emails. We have been charged thousands with no way to cancel. We have emailed them for two years with no resolution. We would have to cancel our company card to cancel. It's insane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

No way to cancel. An employee signed up two years ago and we have been trying to cancel ever since. We don't have his email because he is no longer part of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

I absolutely love that I can reach out via chat or submit a request for help, and I get someone to respond immediately. They always have a great answer and have even provided videos of how to get that information, how to create something, or how-to work something! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have the ability to track all my activities along with the open rates of emails sent, recordings of calls made, and referrals discovered during calls. What do you like best about Outreach?

Upside having the outreach is you can take adavantage email template and the sequence email that you are sending to the cx. you can also monitor the sales that you created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

The UI, sequences, task management, templates, and account organization features are all things that make my day easier. Easy to use and easy to learn for newbies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used to really dislike one part about outreach's sequences. You used to have to manually add a task in at the bottom of a sequence then move it up one space at a time but now you can drag and drop. I don't dislike anything anymore! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Seamless connectivity with Salesforce CRM.

- Ability to sequence and add leads to certain tasks which acts as a reminder.

- Constant UI/UX Changes make it hard to get accustomed to the tool.
