Outreach's user interface is one of my favorite aspects about the tool. It's so easy to use and you can figure everything out without looking at their blogs. The best part about Outreach is their customer support - everyone is knowledge, helpful, and efficient. Good customer service can be hard to find these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm excited for Outreach to continue to update their analytics to start having more analysis surrounding what messaging or words work best (similar to how Gong does it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automated emails, the ability to create and customize your own sequence to include email, phone calls, Linkedin connecting, overall follow-up, etc all at a couple clicks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Too many updates to aspects of Outreach that work just fine. The updates are not announced regularly so sometimes interupts workflow when the update occurs and finding the correct place to do what I used to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and intuitive. I can set up emails when I'm "at my best" as an evening worker, but set them up to launch in the AM (or other specific times) based on when it's best for the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the Google Chrome shortcut seems to break. Not sure if it's our SSO, but I feel like I constantly have to update my browser to ensure the one off emails I'm sending are captured in our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great for keeping track of cold outreach, testing different approaches with email, and to reach out via LI, phone or SMS. The interactions are easy to record and review later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They do not have SMS integrated in the tool yet, I understand it is still in testing phase and that there is a closed beta ongoing. If they add SMS it will be a powerhouse soltuion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product has an immense amount of capabilities, but somehow the UX is extremely simple and not cluttered at all.
Taught me a great deal about email sequencing
Easy plug-in's and integrations
Reliable, an integral part of my day in sales Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the salesforce & outreach integration goes down and you have to manually sync the two for new contacts to show up or new email/phone to update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that when Outreach Kaia is activated, it records meetings and provides a transcript so that it's easy review what was said when making notes after the call if needed. The reporting functions in Commit are also nice to a point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ever since we switched to Outreach it's been a constant battle to see what the next bug will be. My computer has had issues with Chrome crashing, which apparently is a known Outreach bug. Sometimes when we try to access a template, we get a sad emoji-looking square that pops up. You can't skip a step in a sequence without risking it breaking the sequence for some reason, which used to be possible with our previous system and is helpful when we've just reached out to a customer but still want the automatic reminder to reach out. Ring Central has issues all the time to the point I usually have to make a call separately and then log it in Outreach.
Basically, I find the buggy issues in Outreach to be more of a hindrance to my productivity than the positive elements it might have. It's also not user-friendly. It took several training sessions for us to understand where to go to find the items that used to be easy to use in SalesLoft. Their training team also needs work because the trainers we dealt with did not seem to understand what we needed and while they were willing to have several sessions with us, most of them were not helpful at all.
SalesLoft also had an amazing report function where we could customize our own reports and move the columns around to make it easy to see whichever columns the user wanted to see. It was so easy stay on top of our pipeline and make edits from the report. With Outreach, the customization is only at the company level so we are all stuck with the columns we get in the order we get them. Since several teams use Outreach we each have to deal with data that doesn't relate to us to make it work for all.
I can't stress enough how much Outreach takes time out of my day with bug issues more often than it helps me with my sales process. I do NOT recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Outreach is a great tool to support our SDR team. Much more robust than other tools I've used in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Don't know if there is necessarily a downside to outreach, but I do wish the activity/sequence tracking was a little more configurable. And that there was more functionality with tracking tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very user friendly, sleek design, lots of cool options (such as templates and snippets which aren't always included with similar tools, such as Amplemarket which I absolutely hate). Great integration with Salesforce, lots of new features added in the recent years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, but I really wish it was integrated with Vitally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Flexibility when it comes to arranging a sequence, associated content, and making it a tool that can work several ways depending upon a rep's role & use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration to Dynamics doesn't appear to be their normal CRM connection so some of the configuration, onboarding, and initial sequence building could've been a little easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
