What do you like best about Outreach?

Task flow functionality makes it incredibly easy to remain focused without switching back and forth between windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

There are a few quirks that make it a bit complicated to learn at first, mainly, just knowing how to use specific functions in the right places. Example would be certain sequence options are only available in specific parts of the Sequences section of Outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Outreach helps with email outbounding in so many different ways - the data/statistics you receive from it give you valuable insights that you'd otherwise not have. Connecting the dots for triggers becomes much easier when you have a tool like Outreach. The tool is super simply and easy to use - incredible for call blitzs.

Really intuitive - best feature by far is the linkedin integration! It really enhances my outbound messaging to ensure prospects can be engaged with meaningful outreach.

Easily track touchpoints for my contacts and help manage my outreach towards targeted individuals.

On top of that, Success Plan has helped level-up Mutual Action Plans to help me know the state and health of a deal to help me accurately forecast and take ownership of my book of business.

Outreach consolidates a suite of tools aiming to make the best experience possible when it comes to prospecting. What do you like best about Outreach?

I appreciate the ability to organize in a way that makes sense. The various tools/structures can be utilized differently depending on the user which is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Reporting needs work. Often I am left piecing together different views to get the whole picture. Reporting can also "appear" differently depending on where you are looking, and it is often hard to communicate this to leadership. It's hard to report on reporting that is shared through Outreach. I build out my own sequence performance review weekly, which takes 2-3 hours. Exporting details can also be hard as there is a 75-character cut-off of the sequence name, which is less than ideal. What do you like best about Outreach?

Outreach is a great tool for building pipeline. It's also easy to create valuable content to help the sales team succeed. Our customer success manager and rep are greast, and the chat support is reallly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

It does not yet have functionality for downloading our content into a spreadsheet or Word file, sequence body content is not searchable (for finding and replacing obsolete words, claims, etc.) and there's no A/B test reporting that you can download. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
