What do you like best about Outreach?

What do you like best about Outreach?

The sequences. I previously used Outlook Quick Parts, and Sequences are like that on steroids. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

That contacts are called "Prospects" - which is inaccurate in the VAST majority of sales roles. Also, I need to push enter twice to search a prospect from the search bar. It switches from "All Prospects" to "Prospects" as I do so for no reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quickly and efficiently contacting many customers at once, and being able to quickly review past calls and emails, via the activity tabs per customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

As a system admin, I find Outreach to be the easiest tool in our tool stack to configure. I rarely have a need to reach out to their support team because their knowledge base is thorough and informative, but my questions are always resolved quickly when i do. Outreach's dev teams are constantly pushing out new features and our CSM is always recommending our participation in beta testing for features that I've asked for. What do you dislike about Outreach?

There's not much to dislike about the tool but If I were to choose a recent painpoint, it would be the user experience when importing prospect reports from Salesforce. The settings you need to configure when importing aren't really clear and I'll sometimes pull up no results in OR despite the SFDC report having leads. What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Outreach allows our sales reps to automate the emails that don't need specific attention (such as follow-ups, cold outreaches, etc) and spend more time on important one-off emails. What do you like best about Outreach?

Outreach makes sales, prospecting, and outreach so simple! Everything is right there for you to see, the interface is user-friendly, and the effectiveness is realized day 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

The backend of the system is pretty in-depth, there is a learning curve to privileges, settings, and permissions. So being an admin, you will definitely want to take advantage of support, and advisory sessions to make sure your specific Outreach environment is set up properly. What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Outreach makes cold prospecting simple and effective. The primary reason to bring Outreach on was to eliminate some of the headaches in emailing and calling prospects and bring transparency into the sales team efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

I love the automations that Outreach has. We can send out automatic emails, there is some powerful things you can do with triggers, when connected to a CRM you can allow them to work between each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Some of their documention isn't the best. There are some fields or data points that would be great to see in onc place on how it is being calulated.

Additionally the support team from my experaince can use some work too. We've had some odd bugs, that we basically got no help with, and I had to go through 3 or 4 email exchanges to report a bug that happened on Outreaches end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating automatic emails and next steps for our sales rep, as well as making it a one stop shop. They only need to use Outreach to to place calls and emails. THe outreach everywhere extention is a huge help when it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Outreach is super easy to use. You can keep all your sequences, templates, and snippets organized with tags and keep them all in a collection or folder. It makes them very easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I wish there was an easier way to view the reports in Salesforce. The integration and tracking of activity is super helpful, but having cleaner reports for replies and opens would be beneificial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Outreach is able to tell us what new sequences have the best open and reply rates. It's super helpful to be able to have different variants as well in our sequences so we can see if one intro or CTA works better than another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

I love the interface and features. Everything is really intuitive on the platform and I have always had a good experience with the customer service and the support team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I first used Outreach, I was not very experienced using platforms and had difficulty understanding where to go. I also used to have a difficult time reaching my account manager as turnover was high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

It is easy to use- I am able to create templates and sequences and contact leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

The integration with hubspot is not great- but I believe hubspot created it. You are supposed to be able to filter what leads get exported to outreach but the filters do not work. It also does not update well from hubspot to outreach (but again, I believe it was a hubspot problem).

I also wish you could see the company associated with a lead on the prospects page- If I am contacting quite a few people at once, I would like to make sure I am not contacting everyone from one company. --- Outreach did say they are making a ticket to consider this as a feature in the future.
