What do you like best about Outreach?

As a regular user of Outreach.io, I've found it to be an incredibly powerful and comprehensive sales engagement platform. Its breadth of features is truly impressive, offering the ability to automate complex tasks and streamline my daily workflow. The automated sequences feature, in particular, has been a game-changer, allowing me to set up a chain of emails, tasks, and social touchpoints to engage prospective customers in a more personalized manner. The seamless integration with Salesforce has also been invaluable, ensuring all my customer data is synchronized and easily accessible, which dramatically enhances my productivity and coordination. What do you dislike about Outreach?

Despite the many advantages I've experienced using Outreach.io, there are certain aspects that I believe could use some improvement. First, the complexity of the platform can be a double-edged sword. While it offers numerous features and functionalities, this can sometimes lead to a steep learning curve, particularly for less tech-savvy team members. In some cases, the extensive array of tools can even be overwhelming. Second, the customization options, though versatile, can sometimes be tedious to configure, requiring a significant investment of time and effort to set up sequences and templates just right. What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

This was a workflow issue. Kaia was not connecting to Zoom and my calls were not being recorded either. The other issue had to do with a step within a sequence. What do you like best about Outreach?

I really enjoy being able to automate all of my sequences. Cloning old ones and tweaking them allows me to do my job quickly and efficiently.

I've been using Outreach for about 1 year and I feel like I still have much to learn about all of the capabilities and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I have one critique that is top-of-mind at this moment - the new UI has taken away one of my favorite features. The ability to set tasks as "Urgent" and get a pop-up reminder at a specific time was something I used all the time. I hate that it's gone and I want them to bring it back ASAP! What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Outreach allows me to reach out to potential buyers in an efficient and systematic way. It allows me to customize my outreach but also send them out in batches, striking the right balance of time efficiency and personalization.

What do you like best about Outreach?

Outreach gives you the ability to connect with so many prospects at the same time in many different ways. It is full of intergrations and abilities to make that day to day grind that much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Some things don't stand out bold enough to make it easier to use. I often find myself looking around for the solution for a prolonged period of time before it smacks me in the face because it was "camouflaged " the entire time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

We love using sequencing to help structure the outreach process. Setting tasking and reminders on top of automating email sends is amazingly affective for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We struggled to truly onboard as a team and I think more dedicated team training sessions held before Go-live would have helped us speed up the time it took to really get running with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Outreach is solving our main problem in needing a tool to support the bdr team in their day-to-day while helping management move towards company goals. What do you like best about Outreach?

It is easy to use and the integration with Zoom and Google Mail and Google Calendar is simple. I like that the recordings are automatically posted. I had to contact Customer support sent them a note on line and they got back to me very fast and issue was resolved that day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

I like how user friendly it is. It seems to make sense in terms of workflow, how to organize your accounts/prospects, and is easy to find things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that they changed the reporting dashboards. The old weekly boards with customizability for days, weeks, users, etc. were very handy but they changed it so it was only a daily report with minimal customizability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
