Outreach makes it easy to import, track, and collaborate. I find it seamless to update prospects information, get them into sequences, and get support if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only con is that when it is first enabled it is very daunting. There are lots of settings and nuances that- if done incorrectly- can be troublesome. But once you get the hang of the platform and learn what to keep an eye on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Somethings I would think would be obvious to have like if i mark an email as invalid, to have it not able to send emails to that one and move to the next email i have on file, or not being allowed to enroll in multiple sequences or the same sequences (even if i enrolled them with the marked bounced email, i have to delete and remove the prospects email and from that sequence, which then deleted my history that i tried to reach out to them). Being a system admin/owner it is refreshing when you are trying to integrate different active processes/systems and you run into a blocker. The technical support is fast and superior to other companies I have experienced. Quick to understand the issue without following a script. Actionable response. When we had an issue in the removal of a very old version and replacement was "hung" they resolved that issue overnight and allowed us to progress removing a blocker on a custom trigger we had implemented for another product. Two things I love about Outreach (which I use every day!)
1. Email sequencing is powerful, intuitive, and has great reporting. Haven't seen anything better on the market.

Outreach is great for gaining intelligence on customers and propsects and answering questions like "who is engaging with our content" and automate sales motions around that. I especially like the ability to see which propsects are opening our Outreach emails, both for customers at the top and bottom of our funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No outreach software can replace solid strategy. If your company doesn't have a clear, compelling value prop and call to action, no amount of automation is going to help you book and covnert more meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like about Outreach is the ease of use. It's very user friendly and has great integrations with SFDC which is huge for my team. In the few cases where I've needed it, the support has been quick and super helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I would like to see change is the file size max for attached files (pictures, PDFs, gifs) within automated and non automated email sequences. Also, for non automated email sequences you need to make the window larger for users to be able to personalize and edit the emails from the sequence before sending.
