What do you like best about Outreach?

Outreach makes it easy to import, track, and collaborate. I find it seamless to update prospects information, get them into sequences, and get support if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

The only con is that when it is first enabled it is very daunting. There are lots of settings and nuances that- if done incorrectly- can be troublesome. But once you get the hang of the platform and learn what to keep an eye on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

The UI, the ease of it all, all of the ways i can set reminders for myself to do something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Somethings I would think would be obvious to have like if i mark an email as invalid, to have it not able to send emails to that one and move to the next email i have on file, or not being allowed to enroll in multiple sequences or the same sequences (even if i enrolled them with the marked bounced email, i have to delete and remove the prospects email and from that sequence, which then deleted my history that i tried to reach out to them). What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

My daily outreach is so much better than previous platforms we've tried. the learning curve was quick and it's so easy to do my daily tasks now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While using the software, it was beneficial in making the sales outreach process much easier. It is very useful in automating the whole propsecting process and intrgrates very nicely with the Salesforce CRM. What do you like best about Outreach?

Works fantastic in combination with Sales Navigator and Apollo. It's making outreach and sequencing so much easier. Great reporting and dashboarding complete the user experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I dislike that contacts without emails get stuck in the prospect lists and the fact that we still have to clean up moved on prospects after changing companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Outreach I can easily target multiple accounts at the same time without loosing my game plan that initially have created to win their hearts ❤️ over. The fact that Inmail and LinkedIn now can leveraged through one button makes things so much easier. It was not the most intuitive tool to use at first and I had some initial problems with integration with LeadIQ. All resolved now though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

Being a system admin/owner it is refreshing when you are trying to integrate different active processes/systems and you run into a blocker. The technical support is fast and superior to other companies I have experienced. Quick to understand the issue without following a script. Actionable response. When we had an issue in the removal of a very old version and replacement was "hung" they resolved that issue overnight and allowed us to progress removing a blocker on a custom trigger we had implemented for another product. What do you like best about Outreach?

Two things I love about Outreach (which I use every day!)

1. Email sequencing is powerful, intuitive, and has great reporting. Haven't seen anything better on the market.

2. Call feature using local number is reliable and has been a game changer for cold calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

Outreach is great for gaining intelligence on customers and propsects and answering questions like "who is engaging with our content" and automate sales motions around that. I especially like the ability to see which propsects are opening our Outreach emails, both for customers at the top and bottom of our funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

No outreach software can replace solid strategy. If your company doesn't have a clear, compelling value prop and call to action, no amount of automation is going to help you book and covnert more meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

What I like about Outreach is the ease of use. It's very user friendly and has great integrations with SFDC which is huge for my team. In the few cases where I've needed it, the support has been quick and super helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

One thing I would like to see change is the file size max for attached files (pictures, PDFs, gifs) within automated and non automated email sequences. Also, for non automated email sequences you need to make the window larger for users to be able to personalize and edit the emails from the sequence before sending. The main problem it is solving is having one place for SDRs to go to do all of their prospecting efforst for their outbound motion. Rather than having to call/email out of our CRM, we use Outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
