Its UI. Its so easy to use and convinient that anyone can get a knack of it quickly. It has loads of features which are very useful in day to day activities. It is a primary part of our daily workflow. and workes well with other tools like zoominfo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Made the switch to Outreach last month. Have used it in the past and I've always pushed to have it as the marketing automation, dialer, and task management solution for our teams. Kaia still is young and has some way to go before it can effectively compete with Gong and Chorus for call recording/call analytics capabilities. I don't know if I "dislike" it. I just feel it's early in their product offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform, while robust, is easy to use. Building sequeneces, snippets, and content is simple and easy to do. Since implementing Outreach, we have seen 3x prospecting activity with our SDR team. Limitations with the customization of the dialer: it would be nice if we could add other fields to write back to crm here. Specifically the ability to log to any object in SF and not just opportunities (cases, accounts, etc)
The API foractivity to log back to CRM is a bit slow, and exasperated by the limitations of the dialer, our users have to wait for it to log to CRM to update the activity to make sure it is logged properly. It's about a 2 minute delay.
The Outreach Everywhere plugin: Outreach automatically looks to see if the prospect is in Outreach regardless of it that object is mapped. It would be nice if for objects that are not mapped, the "import prospect now" pop-up message did not appar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From the sales side of the product, Outreach seems to be quite efficient for prospecting. The sequence, templates, snippets are user friendly. Hence, it creates less friction for sales to waste less time on redundant work and focus more on the quality of the propection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being a system administrator, it I have to manage the sync and automation between the CRM and OR. I need to use Trigges a lot but I am often stuck by the triggers' limitations. I would be great to have more fucntion their. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I emailed the team to cancel my renewal as I moved off of the system. Instead, the billing team ignored my email for 2 weeks, sent me the renwal notice, and charged my credit card.
I've contacted billing, support, and renewals 6 times in the last 3 weeks and was notified that they would do nothing about it and the team was "resolute in their determination". It's eliminated the need for paper to do lists as all of my tasks are now virtual in the system. It makes simple required tasks that often go overlooked in high volume situations become very easy to stay on top of Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are several times where it will go down or send an error message that isn't true (this is a duplicate contact, etc). There are some limitations when sending links to our calendars for meetings - it always looks like the next appointment out for me is 2+ weeks with the way the tool is designed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
